Abstract: This paper evaluates the adaptability of the water-source heat pumps (WSHP) in urban Guilin. Volume data of all assessed water areas are obtained from decades-long observations by Guilin hydrological station and government reports. Judging from data from the same sources and fresh samples, water quality in assessed areas generally meets the requirement in Technical Code for Ground-Source Heat Pumps System (GB 50366-2009). According to continuous measurement of temperature change in separate years, water temperature is basically suitable for demands in Water-Source Heat Pumps (GB/T 19409-2003). By assuming the assessed water areas as flowing waters, the maximum instantaneous heat capacity of each water area in each month is calculated. By setting the energy per square meter of building area needs as standard values, the maximum serviceable building area each water area can offer in each month is calculated. This paper can serve as guidance in adaptability evaluation on WSHP projects in hydrological-alike environment.

Abstract: Two key technological issues i.e. significant energy consumption factors identification and baseline model development, energy savings uncertainty analysis are analyzed based on international performance measurement & verification protocol (IPMVP) and national standard GB/T 28750. Besides, two theoretical solutions are proposed correspondingly. Finally, energy savings calculation on an energy-saving retrofit project of a building heating system verifies the validity of the theoretical solutions proposed.

Abstract: This paper presents a realization process of a hybrid system consisting of biomass and wind as well as solar power generation on the target region. The installation principle and procedure are introduced based on the conditions of natural energy such as wind speed and solar radiation degree. The output characteristics from 20kW biomass generator is explained and analyzed in according to coop rational possibility with the wind power and solar power system. The operation characteristics of 40kW wind power turbine is provided based on the practical operation data collected within three years and the simulated results obtained from the software calculation. The operation conditions of 20.6kW solar power system is also analyzed based on the solar irradiance density in the located site. The general efficiency of this triple hybrid power system in economic and environment aspects is also studied by using and comparing the simulation methodology and the data in practical operation.

Abstract: This study examined the impact of internal stakeholders on environmental performance information disclosure. Based on data from Shanghai A-share companies for the period 2008 to 2011, we differentiated the effects among different groups of internal stakeholders. Our results show that shareholding ratio of the top ten major shareholders and the number of corporate employees positively affects environmental performance information disclosure (EPID) significantly, and institutional shareholding ratio negatively affects environmental performance information disclosure significantly. We do not find shareholding ratios of small and medium-sized investors, qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII) and B-share investors affect EPID significantly. Our results suggest that internal stakeholders do affect environmental performance information disclosure, but the extent varies depending on specific groups of internal stakeholders.

Abstract: A case of a biogas project built in a large-scale pig farm in Beijing was studied in this paper. The financial evaluation of its economic benefits was calculated by cost benefit analysis. The biogas project can bring about good environmental and social benefit. However, there is little economic attractive without financial subsidy for higher investment of biogas project. When the rate of financial subsidy from government on biogas project is above 73%, the recovery period of investment is shorter than 5 years. It makes a biogas project better economic attractive. The subsidy rate for biogas engineering case was up to 80%. Its recovery period was 4 years, and cumulative net profits 3.02 million RMB, which showed a strong economic attractive.

Abstract: A leading industry in a region refers to an industry that can drive industrial development and economic growth in the region. It is generally selected subject to qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper uses Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone as an example to propose modern agriculture, new industry, and eco-tourism as leading industries for Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone based on the historical study in compliance with the following aspects: theories and principles of selecting a regionally leading industry; indicators such as comparative advantages, industry associations, regionally economic promotion, industrial development potential, technological improvement, and social benefits; AHP method as the key method; development trend of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone; qualitative and quantitative selection of leading industries for Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone.

Abstract: It is of great strategic significance for an enterprise, a trade and even a country to evaluate sustainable technology scientifically and rationally. The essay thinks sustainable technology is compatible and symbiotic with the scientific & technological, economic, social, human and natural environment systems, and thus it reaps comprehensive benefits continuously of economy, society, ecology and others. After have analyzed and clarified the basic characteristics of sustainable technology, the essay constructs correspondingly a system of 19 evaluation indexes to sustainable technology, and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of sustainable technology with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) which is scientific, rational, effective and widely applied. Through the multi-level and multi-operator models of FCE, the essay further analyzes the general method and procedure of comprehensive evaluation to sustainable technology with a practical example. Therefore, the essay solves preliminarily the urgent problem to evaluate sustainable technology in a scientific, rational, standardized and quantitative way.

Abstract: This paper used the Factor analysis and the Coordination measurement method to calculate and compare the year of 2011 provincial cross-section data of Chinas regional economy and ecological environment, thinks that the ecological environment and the coordinated development of regional economy in our country is still in the initial stage at present. The development of every region throughout the country exist differences. At last, some related suggestions about the ecological environment and the coordinated development of regional economic were put forward.

Abstract: In recent years, tourism has developed rapidly in our countryhe partys eighteenth congress pay more attention to the environmental pollution problems and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" put environmental governance as an important goal, the protection of tourism ecological environment has been more and more attention. China's tourism ecological protection is still in its infancy, this paper uses qualitative analysis method; analyze the domestic tourism development at facing ecological environment problems, and put forward tourism environment protection countermeasures for corresponding problems.

Abstract: Along with the development of society and economy, domestic tourism activities is rapidly increased, accompanied by increasing environmental problems brought by the tourism activities is becoming more and more brought to the attention of the people, if our country want to realize the sustainable development of tourism industry, we must replace the old development model to Eco-tourism to meet the needs of tourism and environment. Through qualitative analysis, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the Eco-tourism, and the classification of domestic ecological tourist resources to comb, and put forward some suggestions on developing Eco-tourism, hoping to provide a reference for the development of the domestic Eco-tourism.
