Abstract: In order to explore the waste reuse problem, we establish waste reuse model composed of manufacturer1 which is a waste supplier and manufacturer 2 which is a waste buyer, when the information of recycling cost is symmetry and asymmetry. The paper gives the output and price strategy of main product under different conditions. The result shows manufacturer1 runs more risk when information of recycling cost is asymmetry. Therefore manufacturer1 needs to prevent risk associated with asymmetric information. This paper further gives manufacturer1’s cost sharing contract which reduces manufacturer1’s risk and increase profits.

Abstract: On the basis of the extended Kaya identity and by means of LMDI, the writers analyze quantitatively the 4 factors including energy mix, energy intensity, economic level, and population size, etc. thus giving effects to changes of carbon emissions from livelihood energy consumption by the farmers in the rural residential areas in Sichuan Province from 1997 to 2010.The results show that the energy mix and energy intensity have brought negative effects to the growth of carbon emissions. These effects will come into being more and more obviously. Economic level played a direct role in growth of carbon emissions, which is considered to be their greatest and everlasting contributor in respect of growth of carbon emissions. The contribution of population size keeps pace with carbon emissions basically. These reflect Sichuan Province have made some achievements in developing new energy in the rural areas in recent years. The rural population have been maintained under stable control in Sichuan. Meanwhile, with its economic development, the rural residents livelihood have been improved gradually and the demand for energy consumption keeps on rising. Finally, carbon emissions have increased in the rural areas of Sichuan Province.

Abstract: The low-carbon evolution of traditional industry cluster is the key to a low-carbon economy, and also a frontier of industry cluster theory research. The paper uses evolutionary game theory to construct a low-carbon evolutionary model of Chinese traditional industrial clusters, which considers uncertain factors such as political, economic, cultural, etc. Through the analysis of the cluster low-carbon evolutionary paths and stable equilibrium strategies, the model reflects the inherent law of clusters low-carbon evolution. Finally, the paper gives advices to promote industrial cluster agents to adopt the low-carbon cooperation strategy.

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, the shortage of resources and the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the human society sustainable development problems become the focus of the world. Governments have issued the circular economy and environmental protection legislation. Reverse logistics gradually get concern and attention. Reverse logistics can be achieved through the manufacturers mode, the cooperation mode and the third party mode. This paper established mathematical model and compared research of the three modes under government surveillance, and to analyze of the impact of different recovery mode of the appliance industry Reverse Logistics.

Abstract: In circular economy framework, how to enhance enterprise competitiveness is a key issue. This article discussed the relationship between circular economy and enterprise competitiveness, proposed how to build enterprises competitiveness through perspective of circular economy. In detail, green R&D, technology improvement and innovation, clean production, and green management will be helpful to build enterprises competitiveness in circular economy framework. Besides, national policy and service support is important as well.

Abstract: The ecological method and sports science were applied in expounding the formation of ecological environment and the establishment of ecology sense. In terms of sustainable development, the ecological problems caused by sports industries, construction of sports sites, large-scale sports events, sports travelling and golf playing were presented. The approaches and measures were imposed on the optimization of sports ecological environment including the promotion of related laws and regulations, the improvement of the enforcement and supervision of existing rules, which can lay theoretical foundation for sustainable development of sports ecology system.

Abstract: By questionnaire survey, this study probes into university studentscurrent cognition and attitude toward energy saving and carbon reduction and conducts path analysis. The research tool is self-designed questionnaire on cognition and attitude toward energy saving and carbon reduction. First, 9 experts and scholars are invited to test content validity of questionnaires and conduct questionnaire pretest. The researcher revises the questionnaire, practices questionnaire survey, analyzes data and selects 685 university students by stratified cluster sampling. There are 617 valid questionnaires. Data obtained are analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, One-way ANOVA and structural equation model.

Abstract: With the environment increasingly worsening, global warming has become an environmental problem challenged around the world. The cognition of low carbon and environmental protection has been widely spread and applied in urban planning construction. Universities are the frontiers of scientific research. At university, such aspects like construction energy conservation and the use of new material have been put into practice, and under the guidance of planning, construction, management departments and others, the ideas of low carbon and ecology is promoted to build the campus with sustainable development. Universities play a leading role for all walks of life in society. The campus construction of Fenyang Medical College is taken as the turning point in the paper, research and analysis of the actual situation and the inevitable requirements of low-carbon and ecological campus construction is proposed in the paper.

Abstract: This paper explores the risk decision issue of the emission/right trading in power enterprises according to the various possible situations which may exist in the carbon trading system. Firstly, the emission environment is divided into three separate Cases and two combination (hybrid) Cases are virtualized. Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages for both the enterprises and the country are analyzed under the existing separate situation and the risk decision-making framework of the emission/right trading is established for the power generation companies. Finally, a trading risk decision model is constructed in the combination Cases by using the financial asset portfolio theory and the effective frontier for the model is given. The model is broad and simple in application scope. It has some theoretical meanings and practical values. And it provides the operational space for the risk decision of the power enterprises.
