Abstract: Using the Annual Survey of Chinese Industrial Firm over the period 1998-2007, we have investigated the impact of the public subsidy on the firm survival rate of new exporting firms by the survival analysis techniques. We find that the median survival time of Chinese exporting is short, just 2 years and the mean duration is 2.5-2.6 years , which is consistent with the present survival literatures. Conditioning on the firm-specific variables , the public subsidy has negative effect on the survival rate and the ownership of enterprise matters. It also documents that the longer firms stay in the exporting market , the lower the hazard rate and the firms productivity, export intensity, the amount of the foreign capital have significantly positive effect on the survival probability.

Abstract: This paper analyzes formation conditions of regional economic development and trans-boundary environmental pollution governance cooperation mechanism by building a cooperative game model and numerical calculation. Net utility of local governments is the difference between economic utility and trans-boundary pollution governance cost, and coalition help local government expand the increment of economic utility and conserve loss of environment utility. This paper use Shapley value method to allocate net utility rising from cooperation between local governments. When the utility of local governments participating in cooperation is greater compared to not participating in cooperation, local governments cooperate for regional economic development and environmental governance.

Abstract: In the logistics industry, the reverse logistics combined with the current environmental protection international concern for analysis, the combination of reverse logistics and environment protection, is no longer a for-profit enterprise responsibility, but is their duty. Collaborative reverse logistics facilitate the processing in the waste products, reduce the damage to the environment, the environmental protection into the economic benefits of the enterprise, realize win-win situation between the enterprises and the government.

Abstract: The dynamic change and pattern of export derived energy consumption during 2002-2010 in China was calculated and analyzed. The proportion of export derived energy consumption to total energy consumption of China showed a converted V pattern. The direct energy consumption from metallurgical and chemical industries accounts for a large proportion in the total direct energy consumption of china's export. Although the proportion of direct energy consumption from equipment industry is relatively small, its proportion of embodied energy consumption is high due to its long industry chain and high input of energy-intensive intermediate. In order to reduce the direct and embodied energy consumption from the export of equipment industry, modern technologies and effective management methods should be adopted to upgrade and enhance the total industry. Additionally, measures should be taken to reduce the energy consumption of its related up-stream's industries such as metallurgy and power industry.

Abstract: A carbon emission trading/carbon tax is an economic incentive to encourage enterprises to reduce their carbon emissions. The information of greenhouse gas emissions at 2005-2009, carbon emissions trading prices in Europe, the euro-NT dollar exchange rate, and the profits and losses of enterprises, manufacturers of panel-related technology, were gathered to estimate VaR (Value at Risk) and CVaR (Conditional Value at Risk) values of implementing carbon tax or carbon emissions trading, using the Monte Carlo simulation method with the Crystal Ball software. This study uses sensitivity analysis, tornado diagrams, and spider graphs to determine the influence that variables have on enterprise net profit.

Abstract: The coal resource-based cities has now entered the depletion period due to the long uncontrolled exploitation. With the deterioration of the living environment, cities are facing the great challenges of economic restructuring. This article analyses the living environment status of coal urban in northeast of China in two aspects of the industrial building and civil construction, from environmental managing, ecological planning, industrial scaling, government functions, economic development and other several aspects to identify the factors that cause urban environmental pollution and ecological damage which affect the sound development of ecological living environment, sums strategies and controls measures which suit living environment’s sustainable development of coal resource city.
