Abstract: Lacking internal logistics process analysis and design in the logistics park planning has a certain influence on the park construction and post-development. Given this, this paper proposed general design principles of internal logistics processes of the logistics park and whereby internal logistics processes designed with the combination of ideas of IOT to the information flow, which can significantly enhance the overall service level of the logistics park.

Abstract: Landscape architecture has become one of the most important parts of contemporary living environment due to its extensive value in the field of aesthetics and ecology, society and culture. However, because of the lack of effective theoretical guidance of cost control, contemporary landscape consumes a lot of resources and environmental costs during the construction and maintenance, which is against the original intention of constructing good ecological environment. Low-cost landscape architecture, with the idea of low intervention, low consumption, low conservation and low emission, is trying to research on controlling the landscape architecture construction interference to the environment and reducing landscape cost of construction and conservation from material selection and labor management to promote the long-term development of landscape architecture effectively.

Abstract: This paper suggests a dynamic model to describe the day-to-day departure-time swapping behaviors in commuting trips. The model is formulated as a finite dimension discrete dynamic with the departure flows in different time intervals being the swapping and evolution variables. The new model can maintain solution invariance and its stationary departure flow pattern is equivalent to the departure user equilibrium. In the end, a simple numerical simulation is performed to characterize the present departure-time swapping dynamic model.

Abstract: With the in-depth studies of smart grid and the promotion of their engineering practices, lots of smart grid technologies have been applied in urban development. Smart grid is becoming an important part of the development of smart city. This paper focuses on construction and development of smart city, and proposes the basic strategies for smart grid implementation in urban areas in the context of smart city development with regard to its basic characteristics. The smart grid implementation carried out by SGCC (State Grid Corporation of China) is introduced including a large number of integrated smart grid projects in local region.

Abstract: Bus routing problem is the basic work of public transit planning and operation. This paper develops a solution for the optimal routing problem of bus connected with a passenger transfer center based on the research of vehicle routing problem (VRP), which is an important issue in the logistics distribution. The optimal routing solution is formulated as linking a series of bus stops in a certain order, aiming at minimizing the total cost, which includes user and supplier costs. To solve the problem, a weighting function is established to determine the weight of every link first and then an ant colony algorithm (ACO) is used to calculate the optimal solution. At last, a case study is presented based on the existing routes and stops served for the Huilongguan Community in Beijing, and the results shows that the set of routes obtained from the optimal solution costs less than the existing one.

Abstract: This paper applied Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) to estimate the recreational value of Urban Park— “219 park”. The economic value analysis of recreational activities will technically enrich the connotation of part management, which can benefit the transition of recreational activities and resource management from extensive to intensive; by compared the two results, it will also provide a important references on rules and measures for government and relevant authorities.

Abstract: As the development of tourism industry and changes in tourism demand, the competition between area tourism industries has become more and more fierce. The synergetic development is very important in optimizing the industrial structure, upgrading the tourism industry level and promoting industrial transformation. This paper analyzes the relationship of synergy development and urban tourism competitiveness, and discusses the problems encountered during tourism integrating in Jiangsu. Based on the discussion, this paper also puts forward some suggestions for exalting urban tourism competitiveness.

Abstract: While the tourists volume begin to wander even decline after some tourist attractions go through the golden period of swarming tourists, determining how to do the second pioneering and re-attract tourists around has become an actively explored topic. Firstly, we started from the concept of tourist attractions, exploring the characteristics and classification. Secondly, on the basis of the scenic life cycle theory, we expounded the meaning of tourist attractions second pioneering. Thirdly, we illustrated the tourist attractions second pioneering theoretical foundation for sustainable development. Finally, we studied the tourist attractions second pioneering major issues facing sustainable development and put forward corresponding countermeasures.

Abstract: This article estimated the capital allocation efficiency of China's four major regions and 31 provinces. The results showed that, in the long run, China's overall capital allocation efficiency shows a rising trend, the regional capital allocation efficiency decreasing progressively as eastern, central, western, north, and provincial level also have significant differences. Then it continued to analyzed impact on the efficiency of capital allocation and found that the nationalization of the degree, the level of human capital, the level of opening up, the level of financial development, the level of government interference, the level of urbanization all have varying degrees of impact on regional capital allocation efficiency.

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of the safety of urban rail transit system operation, this paper adopts the comprehensive analysis and statistical chart included by the statistical analysis to process the data, which is based on the relevant data in accordance with Beijing Rail Traffic Control Center Statistics in 2012 and indicators of the station, line and road network, in addition, the trend and the indicator between horizontal and longitudinal contrast are also analyzed about stations, lines and the road network . The results can conclude the potential security risks information, such as, the maximum early peak average daily transfer of Xizhimen station, the maximum passenger traffic of Line1 ,the maximum passenger traffic of the road network up to July and August, and the largest proportion of signal failure. Finally, the laws can be find out, and the specific prevention measures can be put forward for the management, which has a certain significance for the reduction of accidents, and can give some theoretical guidance to urban rail transit operations managers.
