Abstract: A 2-D model of electron movement on the dielectric window surface is established, and the combined effects of additional RF field and dielectric surface electrostatic field are considered. According to the simulation of movement trajectories of electrons under different longitudinal RF field, it indicates that electrons are pulled back dielectric surface and transit time is shortened when longitudinal RF field and surface electrostatic field are in the same direction. While electrons are pushed away from the surface when the fields are in the reverse direction.We also analyzed the effect of longitudinal RF field on the multipactor discharge by calculating susceptibility diagrams.

Abstract: A new Low interference inductor is presented for wireless transmission in 3D Package. An accurate physics-based method is employed to calculate DC inductance of the new shape on-chip inductors. All inductor size parameters are considered in the method including metal thickness and inter-layer space. Due to its physics-based nature, the proposed method is scalable. The results calculated by the proposed modeling show the new inductor is of lower interference than the common one. The new inductor can transfer more efficiently than the common one.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel CO-OFDM system using phase diversity receiver and phase estimating is proposed, theoretically analyzed, and demonstrated by simulation results. 10Gb/s C0-OFDM signals can travel in this system for at least 320km.

Abstract: With the application and development of modern Project Management technology, Project Management Maturity Model (PM3) made great progress and become a tool. This paper reviews the development history of project management maturity model, researches comparingly on several PM3, points out that scientific research can evaluate the project management ability by using PM3s theory and find out shortages, then seek method and approach to improve continually on project management. Abstract: The gray system theories are introduced into the evaluation and research of the technology business incubators, and the method of gray relativity analysis is used to carry out relativity analysis of the incubating ability of technology business incubators. Taking several typical technology business incubators in Wuhan for examples, the relation between the indexes of incubating ability and the tax revenue achieved by the incubated enterprise can be obtained. Based on the thorough analysis of the result some suggestions to improve the development of Wuhans technology business incubators are proposed.

Abstract: Fussy evaluation model will be used in this article to evaluate the operational safety performance of nuclear power plant. Through the combination of the existing three indicator system, the article builds a safety performance indicator system and fatherly establishes evaluation matrix of the importance level and performance level,then gets the weigh and confidence of every indicator. Finally, the evaluation results of the operational safety performance of nuclear power plant can be obtained after analyzing the confidence and evaluation matrix.

Abstract: In this paper, the tracking survey system of empoyment of univeisty graduates is developed based on J2EE. Through tracking and surveying the university graduates employment by the system, we can provide a constructive opinion of major setting, curriculum provision, and the subject establishment. Which can increase the talent cultivation quality. This article collects practical employment condition of one university and confirms the system requirement. Moreover, it builds monitory system under the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and applies the modern information technology to discuss this system realization.

Abstract: Human error controllability is analyzed based on the classic classification method of the human error in this paper. The paper also gives the comprehensive evaluation index for controllability of controllable human error. With evaluation index, Human Error control activities can be effectively guided in the production system. At last, taken the assembling process of the automobile gearbox for example, a case study is conducted. Example proves that this method can provide decision support objectively and accurately for human error control.
