Abstract: Researching the estimating algorithm for the vehicle yaw rate is providing complement to the sensor measure and reference of the sensor diagnosis. If the estimating precision is good enough, the yaw rate sensor will be canceled and the cost of VDC system will be cut down. Based on the eight-DOF vehicle model and a modified Dugoff tire model which is simple and accurate, the estimation algorithm of vehicle yaw rate is proposed in this paper. The state feedback observer for yaw rate is designed and compared to the observer based on Kalman filter. The simulation results indicate that this algorithm can calculate vehicle yaw rate in real-time and the estimating precision is better than the Kalman filter in nonlinear condition. Therefore, the state feedback observer in this paper is proposing a low-cost and more practical idea for estimating the vehicle yaw rate on-line.

Abstract: The stability and smoothness of embankment is very important factors for the design of a new high-speed railway project. To make an accuracy prediction of the post-construction settlement, it is necessary to carry out a carefully settlement observation during the construction of embankment. The defects of traditional settlement plate, however, are well known as disturbing construction and destroyed easily by construction. In this paper, based on the application in Shi-Wu passenger dedicated line, a new type of settlement plate has been developed. The application of this new type of settlement plate in site shows that it has no any disturbs on the pavement and compaction of embankment. And measurement becomes simple and easy to operation. Accordingly, high accuracy of settlement observation can be obtained by this method, which has the value of application in high-speed railway settlement observation.

Abstract: Pile-soil stress ratio is defined as the average stress ratio of the head of pile to the soil around of piles, which is a very important indicator to reflect the level of the together-work of pile and the soil, also a major parameter of calculation of capacity of composite foundation and settlement. How to choose pile-soil stress ratio is still a problem unsolved. Bearing performance of the DJM pile composite foundation is studied by way of field static load tests and pile-soil stress ratio tests. This paper is to analyze the bearing performance of the DJM pile composite foundation in the Yellow River Delta region with the plane strain finite element method and gain the load-sharing ability of soil and regulations of pile-soil stress ratio with the changes of effecting factors.

Abstract: This paper design an integrated intelligent control of information transmission system of the family which uses CAN as a bus. This system uses ARM S3C2440 as the master chip, multiple CAN nodes as a data exchange module, complete the household smoke alarm, access control security and meter reading functions. Between the smoke alarm module and the CAN using ZigBee wireless data transmission. Between the module and the CAN sub-meter reading using radio frequency technology for data exchange. The whole system combines the wireless module with CAN-bus which has a flexible, intelligent, and stability advantages.

Abstract: Wireless sensor network is currently a hot research area of wireless communication system. In this paper, the optimum model of the wireless sensor network would be discussed; this can control natural disasters effectively and restore the loss of human. In the square area with fixed-side 100, place some sensor nodes whose coverage radius is10 in order to monitor the whole square. After careful calculation and comparison, proposed the reasonable scheme of how to place fewer nodes to cover the area as large as possible. Finally, I do the research of simulation and propose direction of optimization.

Abstract: Laplacian eigenmap is used for motion dimension reduction. Eight Kinds of artificially typical 2D motion data are made as input of Laplacian eigenmap, and meaningful conclusions are obtained, which can be easily extended to complex data analysis in real applications. Advanced motion analysis methods have also been discussed briefly, such as 3D motion analysis, view independent motion analysis, pose representation and estimation as well as structural video analysis.

Abstract: A calculation method of static load capacity for three-row roller slewing bearing considering clearances was proposed. The statics models of the slewing bearing in the radial direction and the axial direction were established respectively. By solving the equilibrium equations of the models, the rolling element loads were calculated. Based on the load distribution of the rollers, the static load capacity of the bearing was calculated and the influences of the clearances on it were researched. Results show that slight negative axial clearance is favorable for the static load capacity of the bearing.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new study on cost optimization of steel shot blasting systems. In the study, the influences of blasting process parameters such as air pressure, nozzle diameter, cost components as well as the effect of the nozzle wear on the cleaning cost were investigated. For calculation of the optimum exchanged nozzle diameter (called optimum diameter) a regression model was proposed. By using this model, both cleaning cost and cleaning time can be reduced considerably.

Abstract: Annular plates are commonly found in the fields of engineering. The present study is concerned with the integral equation method for the free vibrations of annular plates with elastic supports. A set of complete systems of orthogonal functions, which is constructed by Bessel functions of the first and the second kind is used to construct the Green's function of annular plates. The eigenvalue problem of free vibration of annular plates with Elastic Supports is transformed into the eigenvalue problem of integral equation. And then, the problem of integral equation is transformed into a standard eigenvalue problem of a matrix with infinite order. Numerical example shows the significant advantages of the present method.
