Abstract: Improving the capacity of urban technological innovation is the only way to develop urban economy and improve national innovation capacity. From the perspective of the technology spillover effect of the different industrial agglomeration mode, we select the prefecture-level cities of 23 provinces in China from 2008 to 2010 and use empirical analysis.The results suggest that: The research on the innovation of civil technology in China imply that the relatively diverse industrial cluster, that is to say the Jacobs' externality, could accelerate this process. Both of educational expense and GDP affect the innovation of urban technology positively and significantly. FDI doesnt make a significantly effect on the innovation of urban technology.

Abstract: Influential factors of sustainable development of rare earth industry mainly refer to resource utilization, social economy, environment, policies and regulations. Existing control index of mining plays a positive role in sustainable development. Meanwhile, the government departments are also relevant parts of such process. Unrestrained exploitation and production revealed short-sighted behavior in the development of rare earth industry. Consequently, the following measures should be taken for sustainable development so as to strengthen environment protection and industrial concentration by further restructuring of rare earth enterprises.

Abstract: This article aims to quantitatively measure the contribution rate of construction land scale to the secondary and tertiary industry growth in GuangXi province, by establishing Cobb – Douglas production function. The results show that: construction land scale has a significant influence on the impact on Guangxi industrial economic growth; the construction land demand will remain strong in the future for the economic development of GuangXi; constraints of construction land scale on economic growth are obvious in GuangXi. So it can be concluded that demand- supply contradiction of construction land will be further intensified in GuangXi with the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization, and intensive utilization policy must be strengthened in order to improve construction land use efficiency.

Abstract: In order to study the spatial pattern of the urbanization level and economic development and their relationships in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration, principal component analysis (PCA) were used to calculate the comprehensive development level of urbanization and economic development, and GIS were used to analyze their spatial pattern. The research results showed that the urbanization and economic development levels have high correlation in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration; the urbanization levels of all cities in Shandong peninsula urban agglomerations will continue to improve, but the urbanization speed is becoming slow. We get two enlightenments from the results: The current advance of urbanization in some areas of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration phenomenon is worth of attention and vigilance; and the cause of the low level of urbanization is a relatively low level of economic development.

Abstract: Based on the evaluation of the space service level of public landscape facility in Qinhuangdao city as an example, a detailed analysis of the evaluation is presented. The reasonableness of the public landscape facilities and its layout are evaluated by this evaluation method. The evaluation index of spatial service level which is called dynamic balance is proposed. Meanwhile, the GIS is employed to establish the evaluation system for further improving the city's infrastructure construction.

Abstract: This paper, based on the related concepts of traffic supply and traffic demand, starting from the features of the unbalanced traffic supply and demand, analyzes the factors that influence the degree of traffic supply and demand unbalanced and puts forward the measurements of the disequilibrium degree of the city traffic supply and demand based on road network capacity. By the means of the ratio of supply and demand in the urban traffic network difference to the total supply to calculate the degree of disequilibrium, and applicate in the city of M as an example and analysis. The results show that the method is feasible and practical.

Abstract: The core and foundation of urban sustainable development is urban green planning, as urban green planning will directly determine the structure, morphology and results of the future development of city. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between urban green planning and sustainable development. The research indicates that, at this stage the focus of China's urban green planning is the construction of new production and consumption pattern oriented to low-carbonization development. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the associated legislation for urban green planning and development, to draw up and promulgate associated norms, and to reinforce evaluation and supervision for it.

Abstract: There is an intrinsic linkage between the resources and environment and the urbanization development. The state of urban resources and environment directly affects the size and speed of urbanization, while urbanization development has some adverse effects on resources and environment, too. This research indicates that, under the constraints of limited resources and environment, China must take the road of sustainable urbanization. However, the core of sustainable urbanization is to promote urban green planning, construction and development. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the ecology-oriented development of the industries and the communities in the cities.

Abstract: the paper aims to summarize a sustainable development mode that adapts to geographical characteristics through the research of urban spatial form in Western Sichuan Plain. The paper uses empirical and comparative research methods to summarize the urban spatial form in Western Sichuan Plain, and proposes three sustainable development strategies. The research conclusions can offers a reference for the study on sustainable development strategy of urban space in Western Sichuan Plain in the future.

Based on the above research, follow the goal and principle of well-being of peoples livelihood, explore the ways of returning well-being of peoples livelihood to homing position in the re-development of urban old settlements, and guarantee the realization of housing right of residents to promote the equitable distribution of social resources for housing in re-development.
