Abstract: Because of brushless dc motor with ac motor, simple in structure, convenient in operation and reliable maintenance and so on a series of advantages, and has the dc motor running with high efficiency, no excitation loss and speed performance is good wait for an advantage, but the low voltage DC brushless motor output torque is small on the market, can't adapt to the requirements for this problem, this paper proposes a solution of winding and the structure of the stator are analyzed and discussed, some through the motor parameter optimization method for improving the capability of the brushless dc motor overload.

Abstract: In this paper, quaternionbased mathematical model of Quadrotor without singularity is established to avoid Gimbal Lock problem in Euler angles. Flight control algorithm based on sliding mode variable structure control (SMVSC) is introduced to control the attitude and position to approach the challenge of underactuation, nonlinearity and strong coupling. Numerical simulation is conducted to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Limited by the matrix operation ability of normal control CPU (e.g. MCU, PLC and so on), the realization of fuzzy control always via the way of “calculate offline and inquire online”. Applications and practices have proved that such a realization method brings system steady-sate error, and limited the application range of fuzzy control. Based on the study of FC theory and the analysis of Mamdani fuzzy reasoning from geometrical meaning, a real-time fuzzy controller is designed and used in a Linear Motor XY Plaform control system based on Motion control card. The results show that the Real-time FC can avoid the steady-state error effectively and improve the controllability further.

Abstract: As China's space-tracking ships' missions change, there is ever higher demand on ships' orbit determination accuracy. This is reflected in Shenzhou missions, during which ships' orbit determination accuracy influences the whole tracking and control system. This paper bases its research on the analysis of error sources' influence on the determination of near-earth and near-round orbit, and proposes urgent problems and research prospects of maritime orbit determination accuracy enhancement. It establishes a model for adjusting ship attitude and speed, designs a self-adjusting information retrieval calibration method, realizes accurate simulation of ship complex error and researches on optimal selection of first-orbit root number based on sequence statistics. It also conducts research on improving preliminary treatment model and enhancing orbit report accuracy.

Abstract: This paper studies a residual current monitoring system; PLC and PC select a combination of hardware, and to identify the specific method for AC and DC small signal data acquisition. On the software side, gives the effect of a schematic diagram of a data processing program, summed up the real-time data acquisition methods section. In the PLC control test procedures, test procedures were analyzed for comparison with the given process flow diagram of the main test and the numerical results, the present system reduces the complexity of the control to improve the automation of the detection process.

Abstract: Based on an underwater robot with three degrees of freedom (DOF), a control system with autonomous motion and monitoring function is designed to detect the security of underwater structures. With LabVIEW as the PC software and ARM as the main controller of the lower computer, communicating through the CAN bus, this robot system has the ability of walking freely on the dam surface according to the joystick’s signal , and acquiring the robot’s position and posture as well. In addition, a two-way video multiplexer is used to transfer two video signals, which are used for navigation and observation respectively. Finally, the experiment indicated the system could realize the desired goals .

Abstract: Asynchronous motor various start models was analyzed through Mat-lab programming. With analysis on AC-DC-AC inverter startup simulation model, the results show inverter startup has advantages of startup time shortened, good stability, and quick convergence.

Abstract: According to the requirement of information integration for the CNC equipments, remote monitoring and management system for CNC based on Rich Internet Application (RIA) is developed. The structure and key technology of the system are introduced in detail. Serial port servers are used to realize the network connection of the CNC equipments. Based on RIA structure, the system achieves remote transmission of NC programs, real-time monitoring and analyzing the running status of CNC equipments. With more convenient information processing and more accurate equipment condition mastering, the productivity can be improved effectively.

Abstract: This paper expounds the structure and principle of shipboard radar servo system, according to traditional PID parameter tuning problem, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control technology is applied to the servo system position loop, through the simulation experiments show that the method can 't depend on the mathematic model of the system, and according to the relation between input and output of the PID parameters on-line adjustment, automatic adjustment loop bandwidth, increase the system dynamic performance and steady performance, strong robustness and adaptability.

Abstract: In this paper, a targeting system in lifesaving equipment is introduced. The targeting system is made up of seven modules, that is laser ranging module, wind direction and speed sensors, electronic compass, tilt sensor, control operation module, LCD display module and power module. With the help of the operational control module, the data of every module is processed, and the optimal angle is calculated. The optimal angle and pressure ensure the accuracy of lifesaving equipment. Several actual experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed targeting system in the lifesaving equipment.
