Abstract: For realizing energy conservation and burdening optimization of sintering process in iron and steel enterprises, as to the predictive issues of energy consumption and performance indices, the Support Vector Machine for Regression (ε-SVR) was introduced into sintering production system. A general modeling mode was proposed and the predictive model of energy consumption and several performances like chemical compositions was established by history data of sintering. Then, this model was compared with several other methods such as multiple linear regressions, ELM, BPNN and RBFN in a case study. Results show that the ε-SVR method can achieve qualified prediction results rapidly with the best accuracy and time efficiency.

Abstract: Problems on resource and environment are found through the analysis of traditional stamping process. The theory of variation weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced and the evaluation model has been built. Then the weight-constant and weight-variation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to evaluate the selection of punching machines. The conclusion proves that the variation weight makes the evaluation more scientific and accurate.

Abstract: This paper aims at proposing the strategies and methods of the integrated implementation of ERP and BPR on the basis of theoretical analysis of related problems emerging in enterprises’ carrying out activities of BPR and ERP. The strategies and methods refer to that enterprises can apply BPR to gain an ideal process model, with which enterprises adopt ERP to match its functions. Then, according to the existing BPR model and ERP, they can build a set of consistent management information system, develop a reasonable implementation plan, apply the related computer technology to achieve integration of ERP and BPR and form a complete enterprise computer management system in the end. Only in this way can the enterprises optimize or re-construct a scientific and efficient management information system to manage themselves well.

Abstract: Customer needs towards consumer products become diverse and sensuous in a market where many products have similar performance and functionalities. It is important to investigate the mapping relationship between product form elements and corresponding kansei qualities in order to design product those meet different types of customers’ subjective impressions. In this paper, the authors established kansei quality evaluation criteria of product forms and presented a new kansei quality prediction method of product form design which introduced quantification theory type II to model the Form-kansei quality mapping relationship. Finally, the authors gave the implementation procedures of kansei quality prediction model in detail. The proposed method is adapted to kansei quality prediction for the majority of consumer products form design.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to develop an algorithm to design an assignment of production in the solid dosage form manufacturing cell. Typically, production requirement of each quarter will be obtained through forecasting from sale department. Then, the required production will be assigned among the production lines using the developed heuristic algorithm. The proposed assignment criteria include line efficiency and work load balance. In addition, the bottleneck of each production line will also be identified and utilized as the capacity constraint.

Abstract: In order to effective control heavy military vehicles collaborative development flow, the paper proposes product maturity-driven collaborative development flow controlling method and defines product maturity multi-dimensional space model to describe product maturity from project, design, manufacturing, quality and other dimensions. Therefore, the paper focuses on the research of collaborative development product maturity model defining method, product maturity-based collaborative design and manufacturing business flow controlling and collaborative data pre-issuing flow. Finally, applying the five-level product maturity model and developing the collaborative development platform, the product maturity-based inter-organizational collaborative data pre-issuing was realized and the effectiveness and reasonability of the method was verified.

Abstract: Conclusion of effectiveness evaluation plays an important part for the decision-making of the military operation network (MON). But the existed evaluation risk sources may have an irretrievable effect on the evaluation conclusion. This paper takes MONE evaluation as the background, analyzes the concept of evaluation risk, the necessity of research and the main risk sources in the operation effectiveness evaluation. Focusing on how to reduce the effectiveness evaluation risk, this paper analyzes the major problems in the current research, combining with the meta-evaluation theory, proposes risk reduction mechanism basing on robust management method.

Abstract: The cabs of vehicles used in mines are complex man-machine interfaces since those vehicles normally operated in harsh environment. Multi-level fuzzy evaluation theory is a method used to study these interfaces. This paper describes the user sensory experience theory, based on which we establish fuzzy evaluation indexes and man-machine fuzzy evaluation prototype . Then, the method to determine the levels of factor weights and the selected approach of fuzzy synthetic operation has been developed. Finally, a case study has been presented to evaluate certain types of mine vehicle cabs.

Abstract: With the national policy changes, pharmaceutical distribution companies using information technology to improve the competitiveness of enterprises was imperative. This paper took TAM and TOE as theoretical framework. And then combined pharmaceutical distribution business characteristics, the pharmaceutical distribution enterprise IT adoption influencing factors model was conducted with technical, organizational and environment organizational characteristics. The empirical results supported that relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, firm characteristic, leadership support, human resources investment, information technology strategy, relation of competition and cooperation, and government support had great influence on enterprise adoption.

Abstract: Supplier selection is one of the most important activities in supply chain management. However, the method of selecting appropriate supplier is not straightforward as it involves number of potential suppliers with diverse criteria. This paper aims to select the best supplier using interval type-2 fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (IT2FTOPSIS) method. The method is used to a case study of computer components supplier selection. Of the four candidate suppliers, it is found that the supplier S3 is the best candidate. It indicates that the IT2FTOPSIS method offers a feasible solution to supplier selection problem.
