Abstract: Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) is a vehicle in smooth transition to pure electric vehicle. According to the functional analysis to REEV, propose the overall design of auxiliary power unit, develop an APU control system. This control system is based on infineon XC164CS Single Chip Microcomputer, use modular method, design and develops the data acquisition module, IGBT driver module, CAN communication module and conducts bench experiment to the system. The bench testing shows the system has high sampling precision, fast speed, good stability and easy to debug. Basic APU strategy control plan is designed to ensure electricity generation with first constant current, then constant voltage work mode, and can perform the fault diagnosis function, meet practical requirements, and achieve the expected control purpose.

Abstract: In this study we researched on the gaseous mercury removal performances of fabric filter (FF), electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technologies on 300 MW coal-fired boilers, gaseous mercury sampling was conducted according to US EPA Method 30B and Method 29, and the changes of various forms of mercury before and after the dust removal treatment were analyzed. The results show that FF is the most effective for fine particles removal, and more than 99.5 % of the particulate mercury was removed; the gaseous mercury removal efficiency of ESP was only 30%, while the efficiency of FF was 45% or higher; the combination of FF and wet FGD could remove 63.65 % of the gaseous mercury.

Abstract: In order to discover the hidden trouble of the 10kV transformer, in this paper, on-line monitoring system based on LabVIEW is developed. The paper briefly introduces the basic concept of the virtual instrument and the frequency-response analysis (FRA), and then it expounds the development process of the hardware and software of this system. The hardware performs the main functions: signal injection, filtering, amplifying, signal conditioning, and storing the result in computer. The software includes four modules: user login, data acquisition, data analysis, data query. Finally, the monitoring system is validated by a corresponding experimental study.

Abstract: Quantum dot infrared photodetectors (QDIPs) have already attracted more and more attention in recent years due to its superior performance. In this paper, a model for the dark current of the QDIP is built. This model supposes that the dark current in the potential barriers is equal to the dark current of the total device according to the structure of the QDIP, and the total electrons transport, the drift velocity and the mobility dependences on the electric field are also taken into account. The corresponding results show the correctness and the validity of the dark current model.

Abstract: Low voltage electrical apparatus is the electrical appliances which play the role of on-off, control or protection in the circuit of AC voltage to the 1200V, DC voltage to1500V. The function of it will have a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of the power system and industrial control system. It is needed to carry out an accurate test on the each function of them before they leave the factory. In order to ensure the accurate of the test data, it is worth studying on how to build a test data management system for low voltage electrical apparatus. Through LabVIEW establish a connection to the Access database technology. An independent data management system is developed.

Abstract: BP neural network and evidence theory data fusion technology can be used in troubleshooting electronic equipment, from the simulation results show that the fault diagnosis method based on evidence theory and BP neural network can effectively diagnose faults in analog circuit, and it has automated intelligent characteristics.

A New Design of Laser Driver Circuit Controlled by ARM Used in a Gas Detection System Based on TDLAS
Abstract: Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) is a technique for gas detection based on the laser’s characteristics of wavelength scanning and current tuning. It has the advantage of high selectivity, high resolution, high sensitivity and fast reaction speed. The TDLAS detection system is based on the principle of the harmonic detection which is a technique making a signal modulated by a high frequency one scanning for the absorption peak of the gas to be detected, and then processing the detected signal using double frequency of the modulation signal as the reference. In this paper, we designed a laser driver circuit to meet the need of the TDLAS detection system using the LPC2138 microcontroller which is based on an ARM7 CPU as the main controller, using DAC7513 to produce a sawtooth signal, and using AD9958 to produce a sine-wave modulation signal.

Abstract: A new power system fault diagnosis model is proposed in this paper and it will be used in the UNIX platform. It includes the Petri net system's structure, software service and hardware integration method. Though technology of Petri net is quite successful, its application to power system fault diagnosis is deficient. According to the UNIX platform, a new power system fault diagnosis model is designed and it takes an example to explain how to use its high performance computing method (or parallel computing method) and UNIX environment to design a new intelligent algorithm with information fusion and multi-data resources in power system fault diagnosis.

Abstract: Digital breathing rate tester uses amplifier circuit, filter circuit, shaping circuit, and frequency quadruplicator circuit to process respiration signals. The signals processed are mixed with signals from logic controller circuit, pass the NAND gate, combine with signals from NAND gate and enter the pulse counter circuit. Pulse counter circuit’s digital tube shows the breathing rates.

Abstract: This article through to the Rayleigh channel, les channel and all shadows channel features such as research, put forward the suitable for unified measurement and control system design scheme of downlink signal simulation, using switch module can effectively simulation actual measurement and control environment. The implementation of the system to evaluate the working state of the receiver, troubleshooting, and provided an important tool to find the accident reason.
