Abstract: Transcranial magnetic stimulation is a biological stimulation technique born in the middle of 1980’s, which can affect and change brain function. Compared with the conventional electrical stimulation, it has so many advantages that it seems very likely to become an important tool in doing research into brain function; moreover, with the development of this technique, its applications of in clinical medicine is more and more appreciated. This paper emphasizes the basic principle and applications of tanscranial magnetic stimulation.

Abstract: Good use of embedded Linux open, portability features, wireless control systems for mobile robots to build; while the dynamic model of the mobile robot kinematics model and analyze and track their trajectory control methods studied, BP-PID trajectory tracking control algorithm. Research results show that the wireless control system built with the design requirements, the use of the control algorithm is effective and reliable.

Abstract: In TCP-IP network environment that can’t provide a reliable guarantee of QoS, congestion and insufficient bandwidth becoming a major bottleneck in network applications, in order to prevent multimedia streaming occupied too many network resources ,leading to the traditional TCP flow can’t be normal transmission, the paper analyzes the RTP protocol QoS control and TCP congestion control mechanism ,directs the phenomenon of multimedia streaming flow seizing the traditional network resources, and proposes a tentative for streaming media rate control algorithm, effectively ensuring the multimedia streaming and traditional TCP flows to friendly coexist and fair competition.

Abstract: Currently, more than 100 million anti- personnel mines are under the ground all over the world. These mines not only disturb the economic development of mine- buried nations, but also injure or kill more than 2000 people a month. As a result, the removal of landmines has become a global emergency. China as one of the largest coal production and consumption country around the world, it is also of the accident occurred frequently country such as fire damp explosion, water burst, catch on fire during the exploitation of coal mine. The research of detecting by coal mine shaft underground explorative robot make the coal mine rescue works implements smoothly, to reduce casualties caused by mine disaster, it will be substituted for or partial substituted for emergency workers to enter the coal mine rescue. Main effect of coal mine detection robot is taking place of human to go into the post- disaster coal mine for detecting information of the environment and sending the information to the command center. Therefore, it is of great significance to research on coal mine detection robot for reducing casualties and unfolding of the saving work smoothly. Researches on the hardware design of control system of servo drive are not only the key technology of the issue, but also the guarantee on completing the detection task of coal mine detection robot. Main work of path planning for coal detection robot are not only to find a safe and collision- free path from the starting point to end point in the environment of post- disaster coal mine with the uncertain obstacles in it but also to make the path shorter and energy consumed less. The implementation of control system of coal mine detection robot AC servo drive can achieve many tasks, such as motion control, environmental information acquisition, communication with the remote control system and executing complex control algorithms.

Abstract: Aiming at how to solve the problem of cheque image discrimination quickly and accurately,an automatic system for cheque discrimination by using Optical Character Recgnition (OCR) technique based on the features of a cheque image was designed and developed, the main functional modules and key technologies of the system were studied, and all the functional modules were organized in a good logic way,finally, the automatic system for cheque discrimination was intergratted. The results of the experimental tests showed that the system can identify the information of one cheque quickly and accurate, the discrimination results were good.

Abstract: By introducing the existing lack of industrial temperature control algorithm is applied, leads to the advantage of DMC algorithm industrial furnace temperature control, the next from the prediction model, rolling optimization, feedback correction of the three aspects of the principle of DMC algorithm is fully explained, on this basis, the preparation of Matlab procedures, simulation of the DMC algorithm in industrial furnace temperature control, thus indicating DMC algorithm in the field of industrial temperature measurement is a method should be promoted.

Abstract: Applications on Multi-agent system have been widely studied recently. The positioning of Robotic system is to estimate the position and posture and accurate position estimation. FastSLAM is a SLAM algorithm based on particle filtering, which can perform positioning fast and has been widely applied. This paper applied the genetic particle filtering into SLAM problem to optimize the SLAM algorithm. We present the algorithms based on genetic particle filtering which can obviously reduce the number of particles needed in FastSLAM. The experimental results show that the improvement measures can effectively improve the performance of the algorithm, so that it enables them to maintain a reliable positioning.
