Abstract: The calculated result of the mathematical model based on the conventional transfer function has bigger deviation than the measured. In this paper the mathematical model of the work roll bending is derived. The modeling is different from conventional modeling used many presumptions and linear processing. The modeling calculated accurately the equivalent load spring using the method of influence function. The simulation results agree well with actual data of the bending system.

Abstract: The traditional rocket and missile actuator usually uses the hydromantic servo system or pneumatic servo system, because of their better dynamic characteristic and structural adaptability. While with heavy weight, complex structure and expensive cost, it is difficult to realize. The permanent magnet active current servo motor has many advantages, such as high torque, small inertia, high efficiency, the high ratio of power to inertia, cramped construction, firmness, easy maintaining and high reliability. The electrical servo system using the permanent magnet active current servo motor as the power unit satisfies the need of the tactical missile gas vane and air vane servo system, because the range of its transmitted power is wide, its response is quick, and control power is low. This paper analyzed the pole shoe’s shape optimization characteristic against the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor for actuator, presents the design method and main process of permanent magnet synchronous motor for actuator using the field-circuit method. Optimal design can be acquired by the equivalent magnetic circuit method and the finite-element method conveniently and precisely. The analytical result of the prototype motor validated the feasibility of the optimization design.

Abstract: The paper develops a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) for the switched reluctance motor (SRM).The SRM is nonlinearity, time lag, inertia, uncertainty and so on .So the SRM is not use the general feedback theory or the conventional PID controller . So that , fuzzy logic controller (FLC) is a good way . The advantage of this method is that the proposed FLC has the characteristics of robustness. Fuzzy-PID control has better adaptability and stability, less overshoot, faster response and higher precision than PID-control and general feedback theory. Fuzzy-PID is adopted to control for switched reluctance motor to obtain a high performance.

Abstract: The remaining liquid propellant of an on orbit satellite is an important factor to evaluate satellite’s performances and the method is generally used to estimate the volume of the remaining liquid propellant. However, the method has some errors that influence the estimation. This paper takes Virial equation to ameliorate method. By using on orbit data of two satellites, this method based on Virial Equation is validated. And the results indicate the estimation error is less, more close to the true state, and could be put into practical use.

Abstract: Spring loaded balance system is a common method for designing the gravity compensation system of heavy-duty robot. In the design process of this system, the relevant parameters of the spring itself and spring loaded balance system’s installation position parameter have a great impact on the final compensation effect. This paper introduces a parameters optimization design method of heavy-duty robot’s spring loaded balance system. Based on the dynamics equation of heavy-duty robot, we built a mathematical model of the balanced joint with spring loaded balance system. The torque of balanced joint in this model and the relevant parameters of spring loaded balance system are the optimization goal and the optimization parameters relatively. Then we obtained the optimization result of spring loaded balance system’s parameters using optimization toolbox of MATLB. By the above method, we designed and optimized the spring loaded balance system of a 5-DOF articulated heavy-duty robot. Through the comparison of the result calculated by MATLB, the optimized spring loaded balance system greatly reduces the torque of balanced joint and the consumption of joint drive. Meanwhile, by this method, the optimized spring loaded balance system maximally improves the dynamic performance and service life of the heavy-duty robot.

Abstract: As one of the most important examples of human-orientated system, the exoskeleton can improve the strength and endurance of the wearer. The exoskeleton has multi-degrees of freedom. As a result, a stable controller for the exoskeleton is difficult to design. The adoption of a purely positional control strategy may lead to large contact forces. Hence, an admittance control strategy is devised aimed at limiting both internal and contact forces. To verify the rationality and feasibility of the control strategy, we introduce a method utilizing virtual prototype and collaborative simulation.

Abstract: Carbon finance is the core module of the future development of low carbon economy; it is a new type of competitive force in the construction of long-term sustainable development strategy for global financial institutions. Its development degree directly restricts the healthy development of multiple fields related to carbon finance. In this paper we firstly analyze the market structure characteristics of carbon finance based on international experience, and summary Chinese problems of carbon finance according to the domestic status. On the basis we introduce artificial neural network of P.K.Simpson, and construct the carbon financial control model based on neural network prediction. In order to verify the scientific and practicability of this model, we build dynamic behavior simulation model of carbon financial system. The simulation results show that the model can make accurate predictions on scientific decision on carbon financial system application, and the simulation results are relatively complete.

Abstract: The net profit of the enterprise is the balance of total corporate profits after income tax, mainly from business and enterprise project investment, but preferential tax policies of the countries have an important role in the corporate R&D investment field, also to bring great gains. This paper focuses on the current situation of China's R&D analysis and multiple regression model to carry out R&D investment related empirical analysis of industries and enterprises in Shanghai in 2011, and eventually come to optimize the system of tax incentives for R&D investment with positive feedback.

Abstract: For a long time, reliability plays an extremely important role in electrical automation control equipment. To improve electrical automation control equipment’s reliability, the job should be promoted to a strategic height so as to assume and effectively control the factors affecting the reliability of the equipment, thus ensure the accuracy of reliability test. This paper, based on this, first is to implement the reliability influence factors analysis, and then introduces the main testing methods. By contrast, it finally comes to the conclusion that this article can provide certain reference for the research of related topics.
