Abstract: In order to obtain road information to process and requiring movement precision for intelligent mobile robots, we propose solution based on data collection and analysis to control motor. First, we introduce the basic method of serial communication on Matlab. Then, we design PC serial communication and test platform with step motor in Matlab environment. Finally, we can control the mobile robots’ motor driver by processing external data with Matlab. The results show that the solution improves the data-process ability of intelligent sweep-robots, greatly simplifies the development process, improves the efficiency of system development, and can be humanized to write and modify mobile robots’ motion path by PC.

Abstract: In view of the nonlinear mapping ability of artificial neural network, the ability of self-learning and adaptive uncertainty system dynamic characteristic, fault tolerant and generalization ability and parallel processing ability, etc., the article puts forward a PID adaptive control algorithm based on neural network inverse as well, introducing RBF neural network to the inverse control, and operating PID integration. In a sudden external disturbance and model parameter change, the control scheme can significantly reduce resistance perturbation influence on speed, and strong robustness on parameter variations and external disturbances of the system.

Abstract: The breeding plumbing boiler is a full automatic temperature adjustment system with double efficacy of winter heating and summer cooling, constituted by host, auxiliary engine, control system and plumbing pipes, etc. Intermediate between PLC output port and AC contactor is to achieve the isolation between weak current and strong current, enhance the reliability of the system. Two frequency changers are designed for the hardware of system. Frequency converter input power linked up front access air switch. Frequency converter input terminals main circuit switch and the three phase power through air connection, frequency converter main circuit output terminals connected to the contactor three-phase motor. It is proved by field experimental operation that the control system proposed not only can realize automatic control of boiler burning process efficiently, but also reduced energy consumption greatly and effectively improved the level of boiler control management.

Abstract: A Fuzzy PID-Smith Control algorithm is proposed based on Fuzzy PID Control and Smith Predictor Control for the indoor temperature control of VAV air conditioning system which is a big inertia, pure time-delay, nonlinearity and greatly affected by circumstances complex temperature system. The algorithm flow and fuzzy reasoning rules were designed and it possesses the advantages of both Fuzzy PID and Smith Predictor. The simulation results show that the algorithm has fast response, small overshoot, high accuracy, strong robust and self-setting in line when the parameter changes and a great improvement in the aspects of overshoot and adjusting time has been achieved compared to the current control algorithm.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the design scheme of the automatic door control based on the Micro-controller. The whole system adopts the modular design theory, uses high polymer piezoelectric materials as transducer and takes MC68HIIK4 as cybernetics core. Also, according to automatic door control requirement, it proposes corresponding improvement program on the basis of the common small-sized translational induction type automatic door. The system has the following advantages:simple operation,functional maturation, high sensitivity, low R&D cost.

Abstract: An internal model and an inverse model of nonlinear system were established based on LS_SVM. On this basis the algorithm of internal model control for nonlinear system based on LS_SVM was put forward. The simulation results show that the internal model and the inverse model of nonlinear have high modeling precision and strong generalization. What’s more the algorithm of internal model control for nonlinear system based on LS_SVM has good control performance, strong anti-jamming ability and robustness.

Abstract: A new type of spherical robot based on the concept of changing the barycenter of the system is presented. The robot is consist of a shell and inner driving unit inside. The driving motor can provide the torque to move forward and backward, and the other motor can control the movement of a slider which is used to change the barycenter when turning the direction. The whole system is easy to design and the plate inside can be installed with certain sensor for special tasks. The dynamic model of the robot is introduced. The simulation results which shows the accordance with the experiment is presented.

Abstract: Multi-car elevator system is a new technique which can reduce the occupied area and improve the transport efficiency in the high-rise and super high-rise buildings. It is remain to be studied in both the control strategy and scheduling method compared with the traditional single elevator group control system, In order to improve the utilization rate and shorten the waiting time, the particle swarm algorithm PSO and GA genetic algorithm optimization control method are studied aiming at the rationality of scheduling strategy of the rationality of elevator. Combining the advantages of two algorithms proposed a novel optimal scheduling algorithm for PSO-GA and carried on simulation analysis, the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the new method of improved PSO-GA.
