Abstract: The material selection and manufacturing processes of numerical control device were related with the reliability of system. Therefore, the reliability evaluation of it was significant. Numerical control system was, obviously, high-reliability product and the application of Bayesian theory has become an important means of its reliability assessment. The failure data of numerical control device obeys Weibull distribution which has complex forms. The posterior distribution becomes extremely complicated and the numerical integration which Bayesian computing depends on is not available. Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method ensures the implementation of the assessment. The result of Bayesian estimation proves that it increases the robustness, accuracy and effectiveness of the calculation and it's suitable for numerical control device reliability evaluation.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new real time error compensation implementation method for CNC machine tools. The proposed method reduces the complexity of compensation system significantly, which takes full advantage of numerical control system. The Compensation Control software is developed based on original Human-Machine-Interface software of Siemens 840D numerical control system. Meanwhile, the compensation controller shares the CPU of with the Man-Machine-Communication module. Due to it hardly needs any external devices except some necessary sensors, the proposed compensation strategy greatly reduces the cost of building a compensation system and the stability of compensation system is enhanced accordingly. Experiments have been conducted and the results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of machine tools dramatically.

Abstract: Designed a positioning, welding and reset automatic control system based on stepping motor, PLC, touch screen. Welding torch is positioned through the photoelectric switch. PLC controls stepping motor running and welding torch starting arc and ending arc. Communication between the touch screen and PLC improves the efficiency of the system and achieves the girth automation welding process.

Abstract: The process of PID parameters turning is complicated and time-consuming to engineering technician. To solve this problem, simulating the Z-N method of engineering turning, based on the simulink, a simple and efficient method for PID parameters turning is presented in this paper. Compares with the general methods, it has many advantages, such as simplicity, visual manipulation, leaving out the work load of program and so on. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this method and be fit for application in the engineering.

Abstract: The automatic cleaning technology of melt spinning process status was introduced in this paper. The problem was analyzed that the cleaning efficiency of manual cleaning is unstable using the previous shoveling spinneret. A new automatic cleaning device was developed called automatic shoveling spinneret machine and the operating principle of the automatic shoveling spinneret machine is described. The machine can replace manual cleaning through a company's test.

Abstract: This paper introduces how to realize the stepper motor control based on digital signal processor TMS320F2812. The paper introduces two control methods of the variable reluctance stepper motor based on the TMS320F2812’s general purpose input/output (GPIO) and event manager (EV) respectively. Also the control principle of the hybrid stepper motor based on the space vector PWM (SVPWM) is discussed. How to configure the peripheral registers of the comparison unit and the PWM generating circuit in the event manager of TMS320F2812 to generates the SVPWM signal is given out.

Abstract: This paper presents a new design and dynamics simulation approach of spherical parallel robot for fast tracking objects based on parallelogram mechanism. Using SimMechanics toolbox and simlink toolbox in Matlab Software, and guiding the three dimensional Solidwork model into it, the dynamics simulation and control on three DOF fast tracking spherical parallel robot is designed and studied. The experimental results show that the design mechanism obtains the anticipated requirement.

Abstract: At present, artificial bait casting and water quality detection are widely used in the domestic aquaculture, it is difficult to improve the yield and quality of the output of aquatic products such as fish, prawn and crab because of low production efficiency and limited labor force. This paper proposed an automatic aquaculture workboat driven by air propellers based on 3G(GNSS、GIS、GPRS), equipped with main controller ARM11, automatic path planning and tracking based on GIS and GNSS system and remote monitoring with GPRS communication module, the workboat can perform bait casting and water quality parameters detection such as dissolved oxygen, pH, water temperature, ammonia nitrogen and salinity automatically according to the aquaculture tasks. It can improve the aquaculture work efficiency and save the manpower and the material resources.
