Abstract: The three-dimensional virtual reality technology was introduced into the visualized substation. The virtual substation models of main electrical equipment and the whole scene were built by using 3dsMax modeling software. After the design of special events response routing and editting the corresponding script language, users can interact with virtual objects in the scene model, resulting in feelings and experiences on the ground. Compared with the real substation, the virtual substation has the advantages of low cost, interactive operation safety, and is of great significance to improve the technical level of the operators.

Abstract: DSP (XC2267) is the main control chip which does the increment PI algorithms and realizes the voltage and current double closed-loop. Three-phase thyristor rectifier method based on the phase self-adjusting of FPGA is proposed. A method for swept-frequency start circuit is designed to implement the transition between the high-power and low-power. The invert system uses the compound control of improved PWM and frequency phase lock to improve the control accuracy and efficiency. Lastly, by using bench, the circuit is tested and the feasibility and effectiveness of the whole system are verified.

Abstract: Owing to more and more people concern about environment issues and reduction of fossil fuels, a growing number of distributed generations (DGs) are being interconnected to the power system. The active distribution network (ADN) provides an effective way to achieve the large scale connection and efficient utilization of them. This paper analyzes the vulnerability performance of active distribution network quantitatively and discusses the impact of DGs on the distribution network transmission efficiency under different grid structure through the application of complex network theory in power system. The example results show that meshed network structure can effectively promoting the consumption of DG and verify the feasibility of applying complex network theory to the distribution network for vulnerability analysis.

Abstract: A kind new type of information management system of smart substation electrical /optical cables (hereinafter referred to as: cables) based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is proposed, because the current information management efficiency of substation cables is low and the error rate is high. The paper analyses and optimizes the composition and realization way of the information management system in the design, construction and inspection three aspects, to implement software read CAD drawings, software generates and optimizes the arrangement of cables and path planning. Engineering practice shows that the system has shortened statistical work, reduce the dosage of cables, reduce construction errors, and can offer intelligent, automation and dynamic management of the cables laying and acceptance in the substation construction and expansion.

Abstract: Passenger experience has become a major factor that influences the success of an airport. In this context, passenger flow simulation has been used in designing and managing airports. However, most passenger flow simulations failed to consider the group dynamics when developing passenger flow models. In this paper, an agent-based model is presented to simulate passenger behaviour at the airport check-in and evacuation process. The simulation results show that the passenger behaviour can have significant influences on the performance and utilisation of services in airport terminals. The model was created using AnyLogic software and its parameters were initialised using recent research data published in the literature.

Abstract: Inaccurate alignment with the runway centerline caused by localizer over-bending, will make the aircraft’s approach unstable, and hinder the timely and correct establishment of landing configuration, even threat the safety of aircraft. Targeting at the problems above, and according to the actual operational circumstance of coastal airport ,this paper, based on the performance specification of instrument landing system and character analysis of localizer over-bending at coastal airport, presents the relationship between localizer bending extent and the distance from the runway centerline to the coastline. Meanwhile, corresponding mathematics model is built and related simulations have been done, which effectively enhance the crew’s situation awareness of localizer over-bending and improve the aircraft’s landing safety at coastal airport.

Abstract: Vehicle handling and stability is a most important part of active vehicle safety. ISO standards on passenger vehicle dynamic test are analyzed. A corresponding set of road test system is established by introducing steering robot. And several export certification tests of ISO standards have been accomplished for Chinese independent brand automakers. The test data and characteristic figures are presented for a vehicle which shows good circular driving behaviour, steady transient response behaviour and road-holding ability and lateral stability according to ISO standards.

Abstract: In order to study road safety as well as the relationship between traffic volume and traffic safety, we introduce matter-element model to build safety evaluation system. In this model, we can get quantitative values of the degree how much it belongs to the certain safety level, including six security indexes such as traffic volume, traffic density and traffic-flow speed, as well as four different security levels. By combining two traffic conditions of the same section, we change the initial parameters of the traffic model to get security level grades of the two conditions. The results showed that with the increase in traffic volume, road safety decreases. However, when the traffic volume increases further, the road safety increases instead.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the regional differences of FDI in Chinese ports between 1991-2011 by measurement methods based on the Theil index, concluded that the foreign direct investment differences in Chinese five largest port groups fluctuated greatly between 1991-2011. Among the port groups, the FDI regional differences of the southwest coastal port group was the largest, followed by the southeast coastal port group. Since 2008, the Theil index of the FDI of the Bohai sea port cluster had fluctuated significantly, which indicated that the recent foreign direct investment in Chinese ports began to move from the Pearl River Delta’s port group and the Yangtze River Delta’s port group to the Bohai sea port group.

Abstract: With the urbanization accelerating, the development of integration of urban and rural public transportation has speed up. In that case, Hohhot city has become particularly important, but obviously, the development of Hohhot is still at a primary stage. And the these is about the development and integration of urban and rural public transportation in Hohhot city and the operation mode and operating mode line between the two areas are analyzed, combined with the fact of passengers flowing into Hohhot on line organization. We finally summarize the reasonable operation organization mode.
