Abstract: For the needs of engineering talent for the social and its own teaching conditions of Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, the electronic basic courses have made effective reform and exploration in practice of teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods and so on. A new curriculum system of multi-platform and multi-level instruction and a new teaching model based on the theory of scaffolding Instruction were constructed. EDA simulation software was also introduced in the theoretical teaching. These efforts greatly improve teaching quality and enhance students' comprehensive quality.

Abstract: The soil mechanics and foundation is a course with strong theoretical and practical features. Based on the possible problems in the teaching process, the author provided some considerations and suggestions such as transforming teaching concept, strengthening the systematicness of the teaching content, electing textbook and improving teaching method, increasing the interest of student, valuing the practical teaching link. A series of inside and outside tests at school were introduced to help the student master knowledge in all aspects.

Abstract: Using the information technology appropriately will positively affect the professional development of the teachers and, in turn, the educational reform towards the direction where we hope it to go. A survey about the teacher IT ability and training needs has been carried out from 2011-2013. More than 300 primary and middle school teachers are involved in our questionnaire and interview. Most of the teachers (76.84 percent) believe the improvement of the information literacy will be of great benefit their professional development.

Abstract: Under the influence of thought of enterprise education, new challenges are posed to practical teaching system of e-commerce major of cultivating compound talents. The paper combines the present hotspot of requirements of enterprise education for training entrepreneurial ability and constructs new-type and open practice system of e-commerce major in high vocational colleges based on enterprise education so as to adapt to the current needs for cultivating e-commerce professionals.

This has brought great difficulties to the economic modeling and forecasting system. This paper presents an improved modeling and forecasting methods, recombinant methods by introducing chain data and add data growth economic indicators in an artificial neural network training, the time series data input window to solve practical engineering problems forecasts.

Abstract: This article combs the charging mode of electric vehicle,and analyzes different charging ways for buses,taxis and sedans,thereby drawing their appropriate charging time and characteristics of the interaction with grid. The paper establishes the load calculation model for the charging and swapping in Evs respectively. The load calculation model divides one day into 1440 minutes, and use the Monte Carlo simulation algorithm to extract the initial SOC, the initial charging time and other information for load calculation and analyze the EV charging load. The results show that the charging load of electric vehicle has obvious difference between peak and vally,and provide reference for the management and policy oriented electric vhicle access network.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the power demand becomes more and more. Together with limited coal resources and the environmental pollution problems caused by coal-fired, there is an urgent need for evaluation on the utilization of coal resources and the environmental pollution degree. Under this background, we gave a satisfactory degree standard that a basis for the division of power load data. In order to reflect the recognize effect of the data with different satisfactory degree, we gave a level effect function. Then we establish a level effect-based electrical load forecast model for the synthesize of different results under different satisfactory degree, and gave a concrete forecast result combined with a specific case. Theoretical analysis and case study show that the established model not only has good structural characteristics, but also has a strong realistic meaning. It is beneficial to make a reasonable electrical load plan and control its usage.

Abstract: The Drum-Tower District is a historic site in the Inner place of Tianjin which represents the commercial culture,ecdemic culture,exotic culture and civilian culture of Tianjin. The buildings of this region are usually made of wood and other highly combustible materials. Once there be a fire, the influence will be very serious. The study of fire spread model Drum-Tower District is necessary. In the model of fire spread the cellular automaton rules were used. The effects of the different influence coefficients on the evacuation time were investigated, and the typical characteristics of space-time dynamics were analyzed. The numerical simulations show that the model is very good and can be used as a tool to predict fire.
