Abstract: In this paper we implemented six different boarding strategies (Wilma, Steffen, Reverse Pyramid, Random, Blocks and By letter) in order to minimize boarding time and turnaround time for Boeing 777 and Airbus 380 aircrafts by using Agent-based modelling approach. In the simulation, we divided passengers into six different categories which are group size more than 5 people, passengers with child, gold members, first class passengers, business class passengers and economy class passengers. Results from the simulation demonstrates Reverse Pyramid method is the best boarding method for Boeing 777 and Steffen method is the best boarding method for Airbus 380.

Abstract: Steroidal saponin: (1β,3β,5β,25S)-spirostan-1,3-diol1-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranoside] (RCE-4) is the most abundant and bioactive members in Reineckia carnea, has been reported to possess antiinflammatory activity, but the underlying mechanisms remain largely unknown. The present aim was to study expression of inflammatory cytokines, on the basis of this investigation, the possible mechanism of RCE-4 was elucidated. In the present study, we found that the concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 released from LPS-stimulated RAW264.7cells significantly increased compared to control (P<0.01, respectively). After pretreatment with RCE-4, the TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels significantly decreased compared with the LPS group (P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). Further studies indicated that RCE-4 significantly suppressed Akt phosphorylation and NF-қB activation, and with the dose of RCE-4 increasing; their improvement became more and more strong. Our results showed that RCE-4 inhibited LPS-stimiulated TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 productions through the blockage of PI3K/Akt-mediated NF-κB activation. Our findings might provide a molecular basis for the ability of RCE-4 serving as a promising candidate for treating various inflammatory diseases.

Abstract: Ledum palustre is an important perfume plant in northeast China, and widely distributed at Changbai mountain of Jilin province. The components and contents of essential oils in Ledum palustre were highly correlated with their growth environment. By using GC-MS, about 32 compounds were identified from Ledum palustre essential oils of Changbai mountain. The chemical components were L-bornyl acetate (20.2%), 1,2,3,4-tetramethyl-benzene (16.5%), (−)-myrtenal (4.4%), terpinen-4-ol (4.3%), 2,6-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene (3.8%), trans-pinocarveol (3.7%), L(-)-borneol (3.0%), geranyl acetate (2.8%), (+)-aromandendrene (2.3%), ledol (1.7%), sabenene (1.6%), β-pinene (1.4%), camphene (1.1%), caryophyllene oxide (1.1%), and citronellyl formate (0.5%), which indicate the application of Ledum palustre essential oils from Changbai mountain should be different from other areas.

Abstract: In order to reveal the effect of drying temperature on quality of purple sweet potato powder, four drying temperatures (70, 80, 90 and 100 oC) were selected. The effect of color, anthocyanin content, and scavenging ABTS free radical ability were studied. The results showed that drying process decreased anthocyanin content, and with increasing drying temperature, the a* value and anthocyanin content decreased. However, the treatments dried at 80, 90 oC exhibited the similar scavenging ABTS free radical ability with control, while the treatments dried at 70, 100 oC had lower scavenging ability than control.

Abstract: Saponins from Rhizoma Panacis Majoris (SRPM), the bioactive component in Rhizoma Panacis Majoris, have been used extensively as a remedy for liver injury diseases and achieved good clinical efficacy, but the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. The goal of our present study was to further confirm SRPM hepatoprotective effect, and evaluate that whether SRPM attenuate oxidative stress and fibrosis in carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced hepatic injury, based on these results, investigate the probable mechanisms involved. At first, the separation and purification of SRPM were studied. And then, in the animal experiment, the male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control, model, l-SRPM and h-SRPM group. Hepatic fibrosis model were made according to our previous studies reported. At the same time, the experimental rats were treated respectively with relative drugs, once a day for 8 weeks. Hepatoprotective effects of SRPM were evaluated by liver function, total antioxidant capacity and total-superoxide dismutase, histopathological observations and the hepatic fibrosis relative gene expressions. In the study, we found that SRPM significantly improved liver function, serum antioxidation level, reversed the upregulated α-SMA and TIMP1 mRNA expressions, and further increased the MMP1 mRNA expression. Our studies indicated that SRPM exerted beneficially hepatoprotective effects on the CCl4 induced hepatic fibrosis, mainly enhancing liver tissue antioxidant capacity, reducing the lipid peroxidation of hepatocyte membranes, and then alleviating hepatic fibrosis and hepatic cell death.

Abstract: The uneven bars are among one of the advantage projects of Chinese women gymnastics team, and Jaeger Salto stretched to hang on HB belongs to difficult E group action. We made kinematic analysis of Jaeger Salto stretched to hang on HB of the elite uneven bars athlete Huidan Huang on the 2013 National Games of the women's gymnastics qualifying, The conclusive kinematic characteristics of this high skilled element can provide useful information for the technical training of coaches and athletes, and enrich gymnastic theories.

Abstract: We made a 3D camera resolution on the elite Chinese weightlifting athlete Zhong Huang, with the three-dimensional analysis we gained the kinematic parameters and found the problem of his technique, thus provide some scientific basis for the weight-lift training. The results show that in the barbell lifting stage, the distance of Zhong Huang’s hand is 69.6cm, a narrow grip and the depth of pre squatting is small. In the force stage, the angle of knee joint is relatively large, full squatting distance prolonging the working distance. In the squat support stage Zhong Huang had a good flexion of the hip and knee, in line with the "straight, stable, shallow" pre squatting requirements. In the stand up stage, Zhong Huang lifted the barbell and stood fast, which explains he had a good effect of force. In the jerk stage, he had an over bent of knee.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide the theoretical basis for the teaching and training of the hammer throwing and improve Chinese man hammer to reach world-class as soon as possible. This paper made a 3-D camera resolution on the top three men's hammer throwers in 2012 China Long Throw Open (Shizhu Wang, Kun Guo and Xiao Feng). With the comparative analysis on the related kinematic parameters of the world elite men's hammer throwers, it presents the main problems and gaps in China men's hammer throwers motion technology.

Abstract: To analysis the main component of Laetiporus sulphureus primary separation product (LSPSP) and observe the hepatoprotective effect of LSPSP. Silica column and HPLC was adopted to isolate main constituents from LSPSP. The main components were analyzed and identified by HPLC and HNMR. And then its hepatoprotective effect was evaluated, we used Sprague-Dawley rats as experimental rats, and made hepatic fibrosis models induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4).The hepatoprotective effects of SPSP on hepatic fibrosis of rats were evaluated by content of AST and ALT, levels of liver cell injury and degree of liver fibrosis. In the study, we found that LSPSP mainly contains eburicoic acid and trametenolic acid B. After treatment with LSPSP, the levels of serum AST and ALT significantly decreased, alleviated liver cell damage, reduced the collagen deposition in the liver tissue, and then inhibited liver fibrosis. Our studies indicated that LSPSP main components areeburicoic acid and trametenolic acid B, it exerted beneficially hepatoprotective effects on the CCl4 induced hepatic fibrosis.
