Abstract: In recent years, the application of high resolution remote sensing images has become more and more widely with the development of Remote Sensing technology. QuickBird satellite image is the more commercial used high resolution remote sensing image, but due to its technical confidentiality, high-resolution satellite generally does not provide rigorous sensor model. This paper uses ERDAS10.0 to orthographic check the QuickBird image by the method of orthorectification, introduces the method and procedure of the orthogonal projection like drawing, analysis the positioning accuracy.

Abstract: A new method of tomato disease image retrieval was proposed, which based on the composite feature extraction of disease images. The feature was converted to a set of hash sequence. This retrieval method can reflect the image content in a better way for the comprehensive application of color, texture and shape features. The digital index of image through perception hash algorithm processing can retrieval images and return the result more rapidly.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose cylindrical coordinate system which can analyze upper-body pose of the depth images correctly. This method extracts the part of human body from the depth images, and we configure the center of the part as origin of the cylindrical coordinate system. And we configure multi-layered cylinders based on the origin, then, we can analyze pose using the pattern which is crossed depth images namely cylinders and upper-body. Since the crossed point of the cylinders and upper-body is obtained as brightness values, it can extract to convert feature vector of the cylindrical coordinate system. The extracted feature vectors of the cylindrical coordinate system are presented to feature space of circular and are categorized pose patterns. The pose patterns are learned using average value of the feature vectors, and the pose patterns are categorized as pose to compare to pre-defined pose patterns using Euclidean distance. In this paper, we applied dynamic cylinder model to the region of the upper-body, so we can be classified as head, body and arms through simple computation, and to extract pose information is possible effectively. In this paper, the effect that can get through proposing pose estimation method is as following. At the first, pose estimation is possible by using only minimum feature points which apply cylinder model in region that connect human's torso, head and arms. The second is as following. When we obtain the feature points, because of applying cylinder model, we can extract user's feature points and angle of rotation easily. And in this paper, we don't consider the status of the user's body is titled using only the upper-body poses of the state rightly standing pose toward the front. Because it has disadvantage which cannot distinguish between changes according to the tile of the torso, but we can detect the vectors of the hands and arm using cylindrical coordinate system. Therefore, in the future, we will study to be able to recognize the pose in the tilted status.

Abstract: Slice cell counting system has been widely applied for medical clinical field, which studies image smoothing, threshold segmentation, morphologic processing and cell information statistics based on digital image processing technology. This paper presents system design and realization of counting technology for slice cells. Cell microscopic image is smoothed by adopting mean filtering method at first. Then HIS threshold segmentation method is used for further analysis. There are five steps in morphologic processing including hole filling, erosion, thinning, center point modification and edge extraction to search cells. Cell information statistics including number, average radius and area is carried on finally. Test result shows that the method presented has good accuracy, quick speed and strong robustness for realtime application.

Abstract: Floods usually cause large-scale loss of human life and wide spread damage to properties. Determining flood zone is the core of flood damage assessment and flood control decision. The aim of this paper is to delineate the flood inundation area and estimate economic losses arising from flood using the digital elevation model data and geographic information system techniques. Flood extent estimation showed that digital elevation model data is very precious to model inundation, however, in order to be spatially explicit flood model, high resolution DEM is necessary. Finally, Analyses for the submergence area calculation accuracy.

Abstract: Digital video watermarking is an efficient way of copyright protection. A robust watermarking was proposed that ccording to the video features using the evolutional method of video image classification processing, suitable for video performance and human visual characteristics of video watermarking, and put forward a kind of using Bees evolutional algorithm for video image classification processing of video watermarking algorithm. All the key frame numbers are converts to a binary matrix after data transformation. At last the binary image is produced. From this, the watermarking image reflects the video’s features, so it is effective to resist the watermark copy attack.

Abstract: In order to realize the recognition automation of rock section pore images, a method combined Fuzzy C-Means clustering with BP neural network is proposed to recognize the pore of rock images. Firstly, Fuzzy C-Means clustering as segmentation algorithm are applied to the rock images and they are divided into two types, then using the BP neural network training and classification recognition. It is shown that the trained BP neural network can accurately identify the effective porosity in the casting image, and lay a good foundation for practical applications.

Abstract: Nowadays, it has become an increasingly prevalent trend to preserve exciting experiences in the form of videos and photos when people go out for amusement. In this paper, we propose a novel system to produce a personalized digital souvenir for people when they take part in thrill rides like events. Specifically, we employ on-board devices including a digital camera with a built-in microphone and a WiFi-enabled compact computer to capture the exciting experience of riders. To search highlights of a rider, we devise a mapping scheme to link the id of a rider and that of the camera pointing the rider by utilizing the RFID (Radio Frequency Identifier) technology. The retrieved highlights are combined with pre-prepared templates to produce a final digital souvenir. Field trials are performed to evaluate the technical feasibility of the proposed system, which lead to remarkable results.
