It has specific operations. By analyzing, abstracting, modeling the manual of users’ operation procedures and storing it in the computer, we can audit users’ procedures through the already defined operation flow.

Abstract: Bent function is a class of the highest nonlinear Boolean functions. In this paper three methods of design and construction are discussed with examples, which are algebra method, the character function in projective geometry and random researching method. Also, the Bent function of class is implemented with C language. At last, the concatenate construction from m = 2n-k Bent functions of k variables to a Bent function of n variables is given and verified with Walsh spectra.

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty in reliability assessment of complex system. A novelty model based on Bayesian method and GO methodology is proposed. Bayesian method is adopted for multi-source information fusion to build the component reliability model, and then GO methodology is utilized to integrate the component reliability parameters and form the reliability model of the system. At last, an instance of reliability assessment for complex electronic equipment is given to show the effectiveness of the model. Result shows that, this method take advantage of Bayesian method and GO methodology, it provide useful reference for relative applications.

Abstract: The vagueness of human thinking and complexity of perception of the objective reality led to the uncertainty of decision-making. Facing with the growing mass of information, the problem of uncertain information, vague information and uncertain fuzzy decision making become increasingly important. The paper studied the multi-attribute decision-making problem raised from decision information in the form of set pair number, put forward a Set Pair Analysis Ordered Weighted Averaging (SPAOWA) operator and set up a multi-attribute decision-making method for information aggregation and ordering by score function with set pair number. Feasibility of the proposed method has been analyzed by the given examples.

Abstract: This paper describes the basic principles and algorithm of the BP neural network and builds a forecasting model of Beijing tourism demand based on the BP neural network. The forecasting model can forecast and analyze the number of tourists in Beijing in the future, which using the MATLAB tools and the number of tourists in Beijing during 1994 to 2012 for empirical research. The results show that the forecasting model of Beijing tourism demand based on the BP neural network can forecast the number of tourists in Beijing in the future more accurately.

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss a class of new weakly singular Volterra-Fredholm difference inequality, which is solved using change of variable, discrete Jensen inequality, Beta function, the mean-value theorem for integrals and amplification method, and explicit bounds for the unknown functions is given clearly. The derived results can be applied in the study of fractional difference equations in engineering.

Abstract: Since the earth is a spheroid, the coordinate systems of different countries are not the same. And because China is a vast country, many places in China also established an independent coordinate system. In the application of engineering, the transformation between different rectangular coordinate is very necessary. This paper studies the function model that polynomial fitting model of rectangular coordinate transformation, and explored the rule of impact on the accuracy that between different fitting models and the numbers of common points selected in the same model using real data. Finally, it compares the accuracy of different fitting models and finds out the optimal model, which fits the survey area.

Abstract: Under drip irrigation, the drip discharge has a great influence on soil water movement and crop growth. Studying the soil water movement rules makes great realistic significance to the precise management. Based on soil dynamics theory, we measured the water movement distance of saline soil in Changji Xinjiang through outdoor tests. Then, we built transfer function models between drip discharge and water movement distance under drip irrigation and applied the genetic algorithm to identifying and optimizing model’s parameters. Comparing the soil water movement model’s dynamic change at the same drip discharge, the model’s validity is validated. It can solve the feedback adjusting according to crop root, and the waste of water resource is reduced.

Abstract: Traffic safety problem becomes increasingly serious as a result of the rapid development of China automobile industry as well as increasing car’s ownership. The occupant road traffic injury data of NASS / CDS database (2005-2010) are systematically explored to statistically analyze injury characteristics and effects of collision velocity and angle for those occupants with lower extremity injury in frontal crash. Results of the present study has significant value on the design of vehicle crashworthiness and occupant restraint system.
