Finally, a example is presented to illustrate the obtained results.

Abstract: The huge number of users and the rapid growth of mass information flow bring the problem of ‘information overload’. But the current researches mostly concentrate on solving the user recommended problem in the micro-blog user relationship’s network; there isn’t an effective solution for the micro-blog information’s recommendation yet. In order to solve above issues, this paper proposed a micro-blog information personalized recommendation algorithm based on trust relationship, parallelized handling the user relationship’s data and calculating the trust degree butween users, calculating the micro-blog and user‘s topics related degree. In conclusion, this paper conducted TopN reconmendation to the micro-blog information flow. Through the experiment, this algorithmcan solve the ‘information overload’ problem effectly, at the same time improving user’s information acquisition.

Abstract: This article uses the vector space model to express microblogging text in quantity, via the cosine of the angle of text clustering method to calculate the similarity between the text. We can generate alternative microblogging hot cluster by centralized method, by adding the "microblogging impact Factor " into vector text mold of alternative hotspot clusters. In order to simulate the exclusive advantage of "star" in the information dissemination process of the real world, we use the alternative hotspot clusters which already weighted the "microblogging impact factor" to re-evaluate its characteristics of vector, to optimize the hot microblogging discovery algorithm and to make the sorting results more in line with the law of information dissemination, finally to give some suggestions and opinions on hot microblogging evaluation method.

Abstract: This paper introduces a design scheme of two-wheel self-balanced Intelligent Vehicle System. In hardware system, MCU module, angle detection module, motor drive module, laser path detection module, motor speed detection module, power modules and debugging modules are designed. Combined with PWM technology and PID control, speed of two DC motor is controlled, the dynamic self-balanced and fast tracking of the vehicle can be achieved well. The vehicle can be used as an experimental platform of automatic control system, and the feasibility and effectiveness of various control algorithms can be verified.

Abstract: Moving target detection and tracking simulation platform of two-dimensional translational and three axis turntable are used to target the screen drag and three-dimensional angle attitude simulation of the control problem in essence belongs to the electric servo control. In terms of the design of the servo control, motion control platform including hardware design, the control law design of the control system and software design. Detailed describes the motion platform of mathematical modeling, control circuit and the control law design, through simulation and experiment verify the validity of the motion platform control system.

Abstract: The article proposed a new research. The method may avoid interference of reverse drive vehicle by installing back-to-back reader in section, adopting active electronic tags to expand the scope and accuracy about reading and writing, using the information including the number of electronic tags in scanning section, update ratio, residence time to build the linkage system between control system and vehicle-mounted electronic tags, and cooperating with the signal condition in intersection, to make the discrimination of traffic state, especially the discrimination of congestion state. The method could identify the traffic state effectively, which was verified by simulated experiment through secondary development of VISSIM.

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of the water traffic safety evaluation method in our country, the water traffic safety evaluation model was established after full discussing, which is based on grey relational grade analysis. The water traffic safety status of shipping companies was evaluated through their correlation, which is on the basis of the Five index method, after the original data in a reasonable manner of dimensionless processing. Through a case of a shipping group, it is proved that the grey correlation greed analysis method can evaluate enterprise's security situation simply and effectively on the basis of original index of death toll, the number of accidents above General level, the number of ship destroyed and direct economic loss. Additionally, the evaluation is more objective and scientific.

Abstract: An integrating, coordinating and optimization for experts’ evaluate opinion method according to naval ship evaluation case study is researched. Ship projects evaluation index system is proposed pointing at large surface naval ship, meanwhile the weights of index of experts’ opinion and ship projects are identified. After combining the actual demand of evaluation with the algorithm, a sequence deviation estimating method is formed for estimating the difference between individual and group opinions. Thus a naval ship evaluation platform is proposed which could integrate, coordinate and optimize expert's opinion effectively. Calculation shows this new method system, which mixed the numerical computing and computer iteration technology together, could meet the actual demand of naval ship evaluation commendably. Not only can it retain each expert's original preference, but also consistent the consulting result rapidly. Thus the new method has great applicability in naval ship evaluating progress, with the ability of solving conflict among the expert group.

Abstract: Local planning is of great importance to intelligent vehicle driving at high speed where the traffic environment is complex. The local planning must satisfy the performance of good real-time and guarantee feasibility and safety. In this paper, a novel local planning method based on the optimization of curve generation and selection is proposed. By optimizing the curve parameter model, we can get the feasible path which is satisfied with vehicle dynamics constraints. Then taking into account the obstacle constraint, we apply this method to generate a cluster of candidate paths used for tracking global path. Next, we use optimization indicators presented in this paper to choose the suitable desired local path. Experimental results show that: using our method, the change in the curvature of the generated desired local path is slight and it meet the requirement of safety and control smoothness. Besides, this method can satisfy the meeting of tracking global path. What’s more, in real traffic environment, this method reflects a good performance in real-time and safety.
