Abstract: This paper analyses software and hardware, the content of information display and the method of fault diagnosis of the old information management system of the hoist with AC-AC converter. Communication between the information management system and PLC has been investigated. The way to translate the communication protocol of the hoist of AC-AC converter imported has been found. The software Visual Basic 6.0 is adapted to programmer and make up the interface. The faults diagnosis system which can provide the fast device maintenance and the faults localization during system running has been reconfigured.

Abstract: The pointer alias is indispensable for program analysis. Comparing to point-to set, it’s more efficient to formulate the alias as the context free language (CFL) reachability problem. However, the precision is limited to flow-insensitivity. To solve this problem, we propose a flow sensitive, demand-driven analysis algorithm for answering may-alias queries. First the partial single static assignment is used to discriminate the address-taken pointers. Then the order of control flow is encoded in the level linearization code to ease comparison. Finally, the query of alias in demand driven is converted into the search of CFL reachability with feasible flows. The experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of distributed consensus under digital communication, in the paper, assuming the initial states of nodes following uniform distribution, a non-uniform quantization scheme based on probabilistic quantization is proposed, and the entire data range is divided based on µ-law non-uniform quantization scheme. The quantization step-size near the average of initial states is smaller, and the corresponding quantization errors are smaller. Base on the proposed quantization scheme, a non-uniform probabilistically quantized distributed consensus algorithm is proposed. The performance and the mean square errors of the non-uniform probabilistically quantized distributed consensus algorithm is analyzed, by analyses and simulations, the results show the non-uniform probabilistically quantized distributed consensus can reach a consensus, and the mean square error is far smaller than that of probabilistically quantized distributed consensus.

Abstract: Recently, sponsored search has been rapidly growing which increase tremendous interests in improving performance in search engine marketplace. The complexity of market dynamics makes it difficult for advertisers to maximizing the effect of advertising. Simulation analysis is a more viable option than real world testing especially in fast accomplishing different experiments and effectively prompting decision making supports. In this paper, the sponsored search budget allocation problem model integrated with quality score for single search engine has been explored and then extended to multiple quality-based search engines. Also, several advertising policies have been proposed and verified under the general simulation framework in both single and multiple search engine scenarios.

A QoS oriented particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper, which considers multiple QoS parameters in the process of service composition.

Abstract: In order to make up for the shortage of Min-Min in load balancing, a new task scheduling algorithm T-Max-Int Under the grid computing has been proposed in this paper. In T-Max-Int, the Loss Degree of Max-Int has been brought into Min-Min. T was in the form of percentage, which represents the proportion of selected tasks that have loss degree in the total tasks. Then, experiments of T have been taken to make Makespan the minimum. Finally, T-Max-Int, Max-Min, Min-Min were compared, which proved that T-Max-Min is better than the other two algorithms in aspects of Makespan and load balancing.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of underwater production facilities manufacturing workshop, controlling the production information platform data stream based on bar code management. Firstly, the business model of workshop is analyzed and the data stream of production process is extracted. Secondly, the product information structure tree is designed to control data flow of production information platform. In this way, the data of production information platform can be guaranteed constraints, integrity and uniqueness. Finally, according to the information related products information structure tree, the bar code rules are makes, ensure the data acquisition of process to be more efficiently and accurately. The production process can be monitored and managed in real-time, the production efficiency is improved.

Abstract: As the development of computer networks the tides of fitness service-oriented government are becoming popular around the world. Now the e-government system has been the core part of the building of service-oriented government. So how to evaluate the construction quality of e-government objectively, discover and solve the corresponding problems in the construction and running during this process becomes an urgent problem in the process of e-government construction. In this paper an e-government website assessment model based on fuzzy evaluation is proposed and an evaluation system for e-government management system is established. Also by using this system e-government management website group system based on cloud model is evaluated.

Abstract: Ambiguous pattern recognition is a very important technology in the field of science including engineering application nowadays, it uses methods of fuzzy mathematics enabling the computer to recognize and judge the objective things. But, the research on ambiguous pattern recognition system rarely involves the field of security, while in fact both the participant of the pattern recognition and the database need to protect their privacy. This paper mainly introduces the secure multi-party computation into the field of ambiguous pattern recognition, raises a new solution for the secure multi factor ambiguous pattern recognition system under the half honest model, and proves the validity and security of the protocol.

Abstract: To the communication base station’s thermal environment, the influencing factors are proposed and the membership function of evaluation index is set in this paper. The degree of importance and the algorithm of the evaluation index are analyzed by AHP to determine the evaluation level of the communication base station’s thermal environment. The software is designed to evaluate a communication base station’s thermal environment and the result accord with expect, so the method can be used in analogus thermal environment.
