Abstract: Target detection in the presence of strong seabed reverberation is a hot research topic nowadays. This kind of target detection method is similar to signal detection with known shape and unknown parameters under non-WGN or coherent signal detection in reverberation. When a LFM signal is choose as transmitted signal, target echo has excellent time-frequency focusing property on a certain rotating angle and reverberation could lose its original linear modulation property. LFM signal can be transformed to a sine signal with some rank FrFT. Since FrFT is a linear transform, interference including reverberation and noise will keep former statistic characteristics. So LFM signal detection is thus equivalent to detection of sine signals in absence of colored noise. The reverberation will be easily erased and target echo will be preserved. Based on the analysis above all, a sub-optimum detector based on reverberation-whiten in FrFT field is advanced. The validity of these conclusions is validated by computer simulations. A satisfying result is achieved.

Abstract: Noise affect people’s all kinds of activities widely, such as sleep and rest, damage to the hearing, and even cause the nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system diseases. In practice, we often encounter pulse signals that are extremely harmful to human body health. In this paper, active noise control of symmetric α stable (SαS) distribution impulsive noise is studied. The algorithm based on the nonlinear transformation is proposed. Compared to the previous algorithm, it does not need the parameter selection and thresholds estimation. Results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: Pseudorandom Generators is an important notion of cryptography. A new randomized iterating method of one-way function is proposed, after the analyzing of current research on pseudorandom generators based on one-way function. On the basis of this randomized iteration, a pseudorandom generator with linear seeds length is constructed using general regular one-way function and universal hash function. The output sequence of the proposed PRNG is unpredictable and the length of the seeds is linear to the input length of the one-way function.

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss a class of new nonlinear weakly singular difference inequality. Using change of variable, discrete Jensen inequality, amplification method, the mean-value theorem for integrals and Gamma function, explicit bounds for the unknown functions in the inequality is given clearly. The derived results can be applied in the study of fractional difference equations in Engineering.

Abstract: Based on the traditional general DEA model, this paper proposed gray general DEA model which is based on the grey linear programming, and did some study. Then, we get the optimal solution of the gray general DEA by using a method of θ positioned programming solution. Thus, we can know the validity of decision-making unit of the gray general DEA.

Abstract: To improve the performance of power consumption information collection system and to solve the problem of system capacity small and the problem of low data rate, combined with the characteristics of WiMAX technology, the 230MHz wireless communication network of Power consumption information collection system was proposed based on WiMAX; The function and working methods of the communications network was designed. Implementations applicable to power consumption information collection system's key technologies was proposed such as Time division duplex, carrier aggregation, Software-Defined Radio through experimental verification. The results show that the use of this kind of communication networks can improve the data transfer rate, meet the bandwidth requirement, improve the reliability of data transmission and system Capacity and meet the business requirements of power consumption information collection system.

Abstract: Position information of individual nodes is useful in implementing functions such as routing in wireless sensor networks. Distributed localization method has been widely concerned in the case of no central processor is available to handle the calculations in the networks. In this paper, we focus on distributed localization techniques based on angle of arrival information between neighboring nodes. A novel distributed cooperative localization method based on gossip algorithm is proposed, which can obviously improve the positioning performance of the previous methods.

Abstract: In this paper we show a heuristic method for a kind of task allocation model, which is easy to extend to other situations. Comparing to previous methods, our algorithm is effective with low complexity of computation. In some special cases, we show that our solution is the optimal solution.

Abstract: We present a new approach for disassembling executables with self-modifying code. Self-modifying code is very common in malware. Conventional static or dynamic approaches cannot handle self-modifying code very well. We combine static and dynamic analysis to fight against self-modifying code with the multiple-path exploration technique. The evaluation results indicate that our approach works well in disassembling executables with self-modifying code with high precision and code coverage compared with the state-of-art disassembler.

Abstract: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies are used in many applications for data collection. However, raw RFID readings are usually of low quality and may contain many anomalies. The solution should take advantage of the resulting data redundancy for data cleaning. In this paper we propose a Bayesian inference based approach for cleaning RFID raw data. Our approach takes full advantage of data redundancy. To capture the likelihood, we design a 3-state detection model and formally prove this model can maximize the system performance.
