Abstract: This article analyzes the characteristics of complete sets of electrical appliances enterprise production and the current situation and the demand situation of enterprise information application, points out that the complete sets of electrical appliances enterprise information platform should be based on product data management, including CAX/CAPP/PDM/ERP integrated application platform. In this platform architecture, information integration of product data management is responsible for the management of design and process, generate BOM design and process of BOM, form the basis for ERP data, and ERP is responsible for the order of the original information input, logistics and cash flow. Using the corresponding interface design, PDM and ERP will keep database exchange of information. In the J2EE platform, establish the enterprise PDM and ERP system prototype. In system implementation, the phases of the modular structure, construct the enterprise information platform of the system. As to demonstrate the application, in a relatively short period of time, complete the implementation of a complete set of electric enterprise information system, and achieved remarkable results.

Abstract: For processing the personalized products’ parts under the JIT management mode, it introduces the JIT management mode, and elaborates the application of using the Heuristic Algorithm based on Non-delay Schedule to draw up a processing schedule of personalized products in the case of Job-shop. Combining with the manufacturing Rock-drill Machine’s sliding table, applying the Heuristic Algorithm to schedule the parts processing and optimizing it, making the Gantt chart. It can finally get the schedule to guide the manufacture.

Abstract: In this paper, the research situation of flying cars are introduced firstly. The autobody modelling influencas dynamic characteristics of the flying car. Some investigations are performed about the aerodynamic characteristics of the flying car.The key technologies that come from design demand and they are demonstrated secondly.Finally, the development of flying cars in the future are prospected and analysed.

Abstract: Due to the limitation of the manufacturing industry of our country, there is no specially Manufacturing and production base for underwater production facilities. Process planning technology is the key of building a set of complete manufacturing system of underwater production facilities. So the process planning technology of the key components of underwater production facilities is researched on the paper. And a process design system based on Creo2.0 is developed. The processing of the key components of underwater production facilities can be designed on this system.
