Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important regulatory roles in animals and plants by targeting mRNA for cleavage or translational repression. The main methods of predicting miRNA are biological experimental approaches and computational approaches. MiRNAs that have very low expression levels or that are expressed at specific stage are difficult to find by biological experiments. Computational approaches, especially machine learning approaches, can effectively overcome these difficulties. SVM (Support vector machine), which is one of the effective machine learning approaches, has a good performance on miRNA prediction. At present, the number of miRNA precursors that are experimentally validated is limited; however, the number of the sequence segment, which is similar to real miRNA precursors, is up to millions and millions. This caused classification imbalance when the samples are learned in the SVM. In this paper, the authors applied ensemble learning to solve this problem and achieve satisfactory performance.

Abstract: A miniature telemetry system for recording neural action potential in freely behaving rats is described. Together with the using of surface-mounted devices (SMDs) and radio telemetric technology, the telemetric device is suitable for recording neural potential in freely behaving rats. The device includes a headstage (including a microelectrode and a high impedance preamplifier), a backstage (including a main amplifier, RC-filters, a FM telemeter), a FM receiver, an oscillograph which can store the wave of the signals and a computer which is used to analyse the wave of the signals. A detailed printed-circuit layout will allow the system to be easily duplicated. So it can be easily generalized in other neuroscientists who are not familiar with wireless-transmission technologies.

Abstract: The wide bandwidth and high amplitude feature of the beating heart motion makes surgeon hard to achieve the coronary artery bypass graph surgery on his or her own. The robot could help to cancel the relative motion between the end effecter of the robotic tool and certain point on the heart surface. Therefore a stationary operation screen could be used for the surgeon. The precise robot modeling is the prerequisite for tracking control algorithm. In the paper, we process the input and output data by using the nonlinear optimization method to obtain the system model. Next, we discuss the system identification related problems and modify the model. Finally, a good system model is achieved.

Abstract: The low voltage supply system’s reliability play an important role on improving equipment’s operation level and standards of management, this paper proposed a method to evaluate the reliability of low voltage supply system .The method was composed of four parts: statistical index system, definition of every index’s meaning and statistical formulas, confirming the statistical boundary conditions. In order to test the effective and practicability of the method, this paper evaluated the low voltage power supply’s reliability of BinZhou and the results are satisfactory.

Abstract: Enterprise Information System (EIS) platform for electric equipment enterprise is presented in the paper. It is a comprehensive application platform, inclusive of CAX/PDM/ERP, and centered around PDM and ERP, which take main responsibilities. PDM is the basis of the information platform, and is responsible for integration of information from design and technology, and provides element product data for ERP. ERP is responsible for preliminary management information input, and material flow, and finance flow. PDM and ERP exchange information of database via an interface. Based on the J2EE platform, the EIS prototype is built. In the process of implementation of EIS, functionality module is constructed gradually. As an application demonstration, EIS for electric equipment enterprise is built in a very short time, and a distinct achievement is realized.

Abstract: The purpose of this work is to compare the forecasting of time series models between two different models. One is the classical model and another is the Box-Jenkins model. The data are calculated using the circulation of Angbuaand Ahongwhich are the local earthenware products from Ratchaburi province, Thailand. Results show that the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of Angbua and Ahong are 17.80, 36.12 and 16.38,17.21 respectively. Also,prediction using the Box-Jenkins Model by ARIMA form of both products are (1, 0, 0) and (1, 1, 1). From this work the Box-Jenkins Model shows more appropriate method than the classical model considered by the less error.

Abstract: In recent years, with the development of e-commerce, logistics is playing an increasingly important role in society. And the concept of "Green logistics" has been spreading, which stress higher demands on Chinese logistics industry. Business progress is inseparable from technological enhancement. RFID technology as the basis for Internet of Things, whose application in the logistics industry will have tremendous prospects. The article aims to provide discussions on the establishment and improvement of the information system for Chinese logistics industry by the introduction to causes, patterns, strengths and weaknesses of RFID practice.

Abstract: The paper studies on the theory of Private Pilot Error Prevention aiming at its peculiarity of operation and is based on the experienced data being evaluated by the resourceful pilots. Data Resource of Prevention Rule integrated analysis is proposed which using the two data sources from the civil aviation flight terms and the questionnaire from resourceful pilots. Knowledge Reasoning of Private Pilot Error Prevention Rules mainly analyzes that the requirement of traditional civil aviation flight terms include the experience from resourceful pilots, it is useful to represent information form meeting rough set requirements, these transversion need to go through complex bureaucratic procedures.

Abstract: The differences of development cycle between product serial and concurrent development process are obtained through simulation in this paper, which implies the importance of rational planning in the process of product development. The models of product serial and concurrent development process are built based on witness. Three types of models for both simple and complex products have been made respectively to simulate ,and then compared results have been got under six different conditions . Among six situations, the results of four are that the time of concurrent process is much shorter than that of serial process; one is that the time is very close; another is that concurrent process is much longer. We draw a conclusion that product development process must be rationally planned in order to shorten the development cycle for some complex products.

The production logistics information data of steelmaking workshop in the data mining process come true, which will help enterpriser to make decisions.
