Abstract: Real estates are the material basis of the survival and development of a city, and are important parts of urban development. We use 3ds Max as a tool to create 3D models of buildings and Supermap Deskpro.NET as a platform to make an effective combination of 3d models, real estate graphic data and real estate attribute data. Three-dimensional display of surveying and mapping information and three-dimensional visualization management of house property information are realized.

Abstract: Through the analysis of land use actuality, this paper summarizes the characteristics of land use, in virtue of geographic information system (GIS) platform, the database of land consolidation is constructed, combining with different calculation models of cultivated land and rural residential land consolidation potential, the consolidation potentials of cultivated land and rural residential land are calculated, and the thematic maps about land consolidation potential of each village and town in study area are mapped out. The results show that the land consolidation areas are mainly concentrated in the middle of study area.

Abstract: Seawall is an important barrier of Zhejiang coastal strip. To effectively manage the information of maritime work in Zhejiang and convert the traditional management into the modern management, the information management system of maritime work based on GIS is developed. Take Kaomen seawall for example, the overall structure of information management system based on GIS is designed, focusing on the data entry, spatial attribute show, spatial attribute query, spatial information statistics and analysis. This design plays a significant role in the flood control and disaster reduction in the future, making the information management of maritime work convenient and practical.

Abstract: This paper exemplified by the dynamic thematic map under different data sources has explained scientifically the dynamic data storage in session objects, thematic map making by aid of the development's function of an object-oriented environment, a real-time map displaying. Experience has proved that the measure in flash platform which editing the geographical map, designing the map elements, doing movie clips, constituting them together,importing sound,etc, is very effective and more flexible.

Abstract: Visual LISP language is favored by many people for its simple and practical. Because of most CAD teaching materials centre on introducing concrete languages’ use and single symbol making, lack of a comprehensive description of the whole process of developing professional symbols library, it is very difficult for People having mastery of LISP languages to developing professional symbol library by this language. In this article, the authors develop a symbols library for common Topographic Maps and design an environment to transfer and input the symbols with the aid of Visual LISP language, including defining graphic coordinates systems, coordinates transformations, putting library files in order, calling user-defined file etc. This paper provides great help for people who Devote oneself to map symbol library system development.

Abstract: It is a general trend to adopt the geocentric coordinate system as a geodetic datum for the international measurement community. The definition and realization of Chinese geocentric three-dimensional coordinate system (CGCS2000) which has been employed since July 1st, 2008 were introduced in detail. The defining parameters and derived constants of the reference ellipsoid used were given. The comparison between CGCS2000 and WGS84 was carried out. The differences of geodetic coordinates of a point between the two coordinate systems, normal gravity and vertical gradient of normal gravity on the two ellipsoids caused by the change of the flattening of the ellipsoid were analyzed. The results show that these differences could be neglected in view of present measurement accuracies.

Abstract: Guyed hanging basket is qualified with reasonable structure , great carrying ability and clear construction process, and also can provide a good operating space for beam segment construction. Applying cantilever pouring construction with guyed hanging basket should be the development direction of the construction of large-span reinforced concrete cable-stayed bridge. By taking the girder construction of the grand bridge over Beijing-Hangzhou Canal as an example, this paper introduces the measurements in cantilever construction with guyed hanging basket, aiming at providing reference for other similar projects.

Abstract: This document bases on settlement observation of a residential district which is influenced by the subway construction in Shanghai China.Because of the long-term measurement,there were some equipment boxes installed on the top of the settlement marks.Thus making the leveling rod in an leaning angle to the right or left direction relative to the sight line.In order to know the error of the measurement,we make analysis of the error.And it also can be a reference for other surveyings when encounter this similar circumstance.

Abstract: In precision machining, we often detect the location of some round holes or other geometric parameters. Given the disadvantages of traditional method is contacted, artificial and time-consuming, this paper has proposed a image measurement method based on stereo vision. We use the method of digital image processing to perform the denoising, binarization, edge detection, and centralized location of the orifice image, and analyze the accuracy of the hole machining and arrangement. Experimental results show that the error of image measurement proposed is less than 0.14mm, which meets the general requirements of the hole measurement precision and is applicable to the online measurement that the accuracy requirement is not high and the task with large amount of object to detect.
