Abstract: municipal Engineering in urban areas, has the characteristics of strong liquidity, process by natural climate, the construction conditions change,variable factors, while it also related to the requirements of government departments administrative instruction, which leads to the engineering change often occurs, that affect the project investment. This paper discusses the causes of municipal engineering change and puts forward the corresponding measures to control the project cost.

Abstract: Existing competitiveness evaluation methods of industrial clusters is too subjective and can’t be a true reflection of its core competencies; evaluation index is not uniform and can’t form a competitiveness evaluation index system. We took non-ferrous metal industry cluster of Shaanxi Province as an example, built a competitive assessment model of industrial clusters from scale, market, innovation, and efficiency competitiveness. We used Entropy-TOPSIS method to analyze. The results show that Entropy-TOPSIS method is more objective and matches the actual development in the evaluation of industrial clusters competitiveness.

Consider base model of cycle reorganization, intercommunications between its components and expediency use procedure «illumination» of cycle.

Abstract: Project investment is often accompanied by the unpredictable risk. To reduce the impact of uncertain factors on the economic efficiency, it is necessary to measure the risk level after the project is put into operation. Combing relevant theories of uncertainty analysis with the case of a 220kV substation in Hebei, China, the thesis analyzed the break even and sensitivity to get scientific results. Based on the above results, rational suggestions on sensitivity measures were put forward to provide the reference to uncertainty analysis of the other similar projects.

Abstract: Wind power has become one of the most potential and vital green energy sources. Location of the wind farm has a better wind resource，and it is also relatively open. Lightning accident in the wind farm happened occasionally, in order to avoid the situation, which impulse current damages the wind turbine, in the accident, lightning protection grounding system of wind turbine is essential .In this paper, according to the experience of Dongshan wind farm project , the method of how to design the wind turbines and booster station grounding grid as required, the calculation of ground resistance and specific measures to reduce grounding resistance of wind turbine grounding device are discussed.

Abstract: Collusion behaviors in the market are divided into three types: rotation, price alliance and compensation bid. Constructing AHP-Fuzzy model evaluates bidders’ parallel string behaviors. It is judged with the aid of grey correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Price correlation, price rationality and the annual output value rate of the total assets are taken as influence factors of comprehensive evaluation. Finally, an example proves the correctness and effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: Engineering geology course is a basic courses in engineering specialty, engineering geology practice is an important link of teaching. But now ,many of the college of engineering geological practice by the teachers and students understanding unclear and practice base of is not fixed, practice such as shortage of funds problems affected exercitation effect. Based on engineering geology internship status, Xuchang university combined with years teaching experience from the curriculum status, writing practice instruction, practice process management, teaching method improvement etc is studied, the good results have been achieved, for academic reference .

Abstract: National Certified Property Manager Qualification Exam has been conducted annually in China for the past four years. The exam has achieved initial success but is not without problems. This paper studies one sample of examinees based on the data of one exam with a view to making a scientific and reasonable evaluation of National Certified Property Manager Qualification Exam.

Abstract: For the current popularity of "green building" concept, traditional architectural design teaching model is monotonous. The papers analyze the architectural design teaching problems in context of the New Times conditions. Green building concepts combine to architectural design with putting ecological ideas into the whole teaching of architectural design. The open teaching use mode "raise questions - analysis of the problem - solve the problem" to enhance learning ability. Finally, under the guidance of green building concept the results of teaching evaluation system need to reform.
