Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents and assessment items in the certification criteria for Child Care Support Apartment program in Japan that is implemented mainly by local authorities with a view to provide information that could be used as reference in enhancement of the residential environment. For this purpose, the architectural planning elements for individual residence units and the public spaces of the Child Care Support Apartment Certification programs in effect in Yokohama city were identified and analyzed. It is anticipated that the result of this study would be of contribution to provide a hint in direction for improvement of residential environment with child support programs.

Abstract: The engineering ideas, which reflect value pursuits of engineering practitioners, are overall, principled, programmatic requirements for engineering. From the function aspect, the engineering ideas are the fundamental guiding ideology as well as essential principles for engineering practices. Based on the predecessors' achievements, this paper presents that the core ideas of modern engineering can be summarized to have following attributes: people-oriented, resource saving, and environmental friendly. Furthermore, the relevant explanations and demonstrations to each point are incorporated.

Abstract: In the face of the energy crisis and environmental pressures , the development and construction of low-carbon building has become a forceful measures to promote the development of building industry science, which is also an important factor to improve the people's living and living standards .From the perspective of the entire cycle of life,we use the analytic hierarchy process to explore the constructional project in the decision-making , planning and design , construction , and the effect of the usage and demolition disposal phase of the carbon emissions , we build the model of cycle of the low carbon building initially;it makes clear that we will face difficulties and challenges to develop the low carbon in the field of building codes, providing a theoretical basis for the development of the healthy and effective low-carbon building.

Abstract: International engineering contracting market has very large differences in national laws. In the project implementation process, the legal risk loss will be immeasurable. The characteristics of legal risk make it predictable and preventable, thus strengthening international engineering contracting legal risk identification and coping strategies has a certain practical significance. This article starts from the related theory of legal risks, study our international engineering contracting market development process. On the basis of case studies, from the formation mechanism and the process and the type of legal risk to measure the international engineering contracting legal risk. Then, specific coping strategies for the identified legal risks are proposed for contractors.

Abstract: The highway engineering is an important area for investment in infrastructure construction in China, in the stage of engineering design, to solve the difficult problem of life cycle cost estimates, the paper builds the highway engineering life-cycle cost estimation modular conceptual model, and develops the highway engineering LCC estimation modular platform under the model. It provides a practical way for the highway life cycle cost measuring, and presents a new idea for life cycle cost estimation model.

Abstract: An architecture that has obtained a three-star green building design identity certificate was taken as an example in my thesis. We analyzed the data of ground source heat pump, photovoltaic power generation and energy consumption monitoring system in this project. Based On actual usage of the three green passive technologies, we find some problems and get some conclusion. System efficiency of ground source heat pump meet requirements of the renewable energy construction application engineering evaluation standard GB-T 50801-2013,and at the same time satisfy the requirements of the green building evaluation standard GB 50378-2006. Photovoltaic power generates 350400 kWh per year and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 346.9 tons. But it is lower than the theoretical value by 31%.The data Energy consumption monitoring platform is higher than the electricity supply bureau by 12.68% .The data of Sub-item measured close to the calculated value. The error is less than by 3%.

Abstract: With the influence of the project on the society and environment increasing, and with the world development strategic position of sustainable development more significant, on project cost management we should stand in the project’s own angle considering its own financial benefits, and all the time pay attention to the project’s impacts on society and environment to realize the total optimum profits of economy, society and environment standing on a higher layer, on the whole society and economy layer and based on the guiding ideology of sustainable development. The whole team cost management, as the core of cost management, is no exception. Taking the sustainable development as the basic guiding philosophy, the owner and the other parties act with united strength and coordination on the basis of mutual trust and shared resources, to form a whole team of new partnership and achieve “win-win”. The whole team cost management based on sustainable development is a kind of green cost management method, and the extension and sublimation of the concept and connotation of traditional cost management. Researching on the theory and method of the whole team cost management based on sustainable development has important theoretical and practical meaning to sustainable development of project itself and even the whole world.

Abstract: Agent constriction system is a product of government reforming investment system. Firstly, the definition of agent constriction system was given based on governmental decision. Secondly, agent construction mode was compared with general contract mode from the point of identity, management main body, management objective and character. Moreover, sameness and difference were discussed between agent construction mode and project management mode. Thirdly, Chinese actuality of agent construction system was analyzed. Some important problems have exposed during the operation process. They are about legal status of agent units, agent units’ right, agent charge standard, talents echelon development of agent units. Finally, pointed at these problems, improvement measures were put forward such as improving laws and regulations about agent construction system, cultivating and developing capable agent units, and strengthening performance evaluation of agent units. It is seen that agent construction system is an inevitable tendency reforming project management system.

Abstract: Real estate investment analysis is a very complex process of systematic analysis because there are many factors linking with each other closely. Therefore, the process of selecting analysis factors should insist on principles, such as comprehensiveness, diversity and timeliness. In order to minimize the risk of real estate investment, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, catching the main issue, and figuring out the primary contradiction should be the main concern.
