Abstract: Risk assessment is generally static. However, in the process of construction, there actually are plenty of changing variables; the result of the risk assessment should also change simultaneously. Real-time dynamic risk assessment is required to find problems and guide the construction at any time. It is hard for manual dynamic assessment because of the heavy workload to consider every changeable factor. Assistant computer system with automatic abnormal data tracking and risk assistant analysis is necessary. This paper will introduce the dynamic risk assessment function of this system.

Abstract: For low price bidding method, how to detect the cost price has been the research difficulty and hot. Effective detection method of combination entropy decision and fuzzy risk evaluation was proposed.According to each construction unit’ project bidding risk index systems, using entropy proportion method to determine the weights, and then through the project risk fuzzy evaluation model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of risk value, and finally according to the size of risk value in order to determine the level of profits, and the cost was determined. The effectiveness was validated through the practical engineering cases. The method opened up that judge bidding price whether lower than the cost. While overcoming the only pursuit of winning the bid in the lowest price, regardless of the disadvantages whether lower than the cost.

Abstract: The rough set theory is a new method for analyzing and dealing with data. By using this theory, we proposed a risk assessment algorithm based on rough set theory, which was described in detail in this paper. the decision table can be simplified and redundant attributes can be got rid of A method of inference based on the knowledge of rough sets and an example to show how to acquire the rules of new decision making, thus filling the method with a practical and publicizing value are given.

Abstract:

Based on engineering measurement ,the contract state change is classified into three types: variation, deviation on bill of quantities, discrepancy in BQ quantity. Based on this, analysis is made on the dynamic compensation mechanism that the bill of quantities can have to the contract state according to the change type of the contract state of the bill of quantities, finally the quantitative value adjusted by the contract price based on the change type of the three contract state based on the bill of quantities.

Abstract: Airport flying area construction is a complex dynamic process. Its typical features including: complex construction process, large construction area, underground pipe trench interwoven and so on. Traditional construction schedule management of airport flying area is based on Gantt charts and network diagrams, which is generated before the construction, not supporting real-time updates. A preliminary exploration of BIM-based schedule management in airport flying area engineering is conducted. Using Civil3D,Revit, Navisworks and MS Project software, the construction image progress model can be established. Manager also can achieve laying on the type of runway, the number of layers, daily progress charts and updates, and to achieve global control so as to improve management efficiency and management quality.

Abstract: This paper studied the calculation method of basic reserve fund (BRF) based on distribution fitting and Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) in power grid construction project (PGCP). BRF copes with the various unforeseen expenses in the process of budget compilation. Nowadays, the measuring method with fixed rate cannot adapt to the request, because of the BRF with larger uncertainty influence factors. MCS technique can achieve a good simulation to solve the problem of uncertainty. The research first uses MINITAB to analysis the distribution of various influence factors, then uses MATLAB to build calculation model to take the stochastic simulation for many times, finally gets a more realistic BRF. A case from China is used to confirm this calculation method works well.

Abstract: City underground engineering construction has the following characteristics: scattered construction sites, complex participants, massive data, delayed analysis of on-site information and early warning, limit range of risk evaluation and suggestion from experts, etc. in order to implement the safety and risk management system of Ji’nan underground engineering, improve the efficiency of safety monitoring and management, flatten the hierarchy of risk monitoring and management, there is an urgent need to establish the underground engineering safety and risk monitoring and management information system of Ji’nan. It will work as an important implement for Ji’nan’s underground engineering daily management and emergent decision-making.

Abstract: This paper explores the differential effects of work stressors on employee innovation behavior, the mediating role of intrinsic motivation by data collected from 282 engineering design staff under the situations of high strength construction project tasks and heavy stress through questionnaires. Empirical study results show that the challenge stressor has significant positive prediction function on individual innovation behavior, hindrance stressor has significant negative influence on individual innovation behavior; intrinsic motivation has partial mediating role between two types of stressors and individual innovation behavior.
