Abstract: This paper establish the index system of metro project which included four control targets of the engineering project management that is quality, cost, construction period, safety into integrated dynamic system. We realizes the PCA dimension of the 17indexes in the set and gets four principal components by using PCA of multivariate statistical methods. According to the feature vector of four main components, the main ingredients are classified and reorganized. By comparing the scores ranking of four redefined main components and evaluation scores ranking, we conduct integrated dynamic analysis of metro project objectives. Finally, the results of case study shows the conclusion is in line with the possible situations of the metro project management.

Abstract: As EPC engineering generally have long construction period,technically complex and other characteristics, disputes in construction projects inevitably become a major problem troubled owners and contractors. This paper focuses on the causes of EPC engineering contract dispute and resolution mechanism. The countermeasures of how to build the DAB dispute resolution mechanism of the EPC contract are proposed,by analyzing the constraints in the implementation of the DAB dispute resolution mechanisms.

Abstract: Reliability is always one of the most focal points for the power system researchers. With the improvement of equipment reliability, human error has become a great threat to the power system security. But the human reliability analysis in power system does not get as much attention as it perhaps deserve. As a representative HRA method, the Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM) is cited in this paper. And it is applied to evaluate the human error probability of a simple switching operation case. This practice is a beneficial attempt to introduce HRA method into the power system reliability research and lay a foundation for the further explorations.

Abstract: In order to realize sustainable development of high-speed rail project,green construction is an inevitable trend.Considering the characteristics of high-speed railway project construction,and taking the <Evaluation Standard for Green Construction of Buildings> (GB/T50640-2010) as the indicators criteria, matter-element theory is introduced into construction green degree evaluation of high-speed rail engineering,which divides green degree level of whole project under construction and single evaluation index for the construction unit accurately with correlation function and membership grade.The model provides a quantitative method to evaluate green degree of high-speed railway project,which makes reference for project developer, construction company,and national supervision.Finally,a empirical research of 2nd line of Lan-xin,which pictures the calculation procedures and verifies the operability of the model.

Abstract: Based on modification of CREAM extended method, an approach is proposed to calculate the human error probability suitable to power system situation and an operation reliability assessment model is firstly put forward. Then the event tree analysis method is introduced to analyze the impact of human error on operation reliability. Simulation results of IEEE-RTS79 demonstrate that human error makes a significant impact on the operation reliability.

Abstract: With the development of construction industry, engineering projects are becoming more and more large and complicated that makes the informatization more and more important, at the same time it produced a need of evaluation of engineering project informatization. A rough evaluation of engineering project informatization is established, and using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the model quantitatively. Authors run the rough evaluation model by using the data of a simulation investigation performed on one project and obtain a result of the project's informatization level.

Abstract: Combining with China's current bidding methods that are commonly used in tendering process, the article introduces the concept, principle and characteristics of unbalanced bidding, and establishes unbalanced quotation improvement strategy model based on capital time-value theory and linear programming. This model can reduce the enterprise's bidding quotation scientifically and increase the successful bid probability without changing the corporate earnings. Meanwhile, the article combines with actual application cases, indicating that the model is practical and operable.
