Abstract: the most significant characteristic of QFD is that it can companies constantly to listen require and needs of customers, and then through the appropriate methods and measures to reflect these needs in the development of products. I will analytic the QFD method, on the basis of it, Taking an example of the Comfortable Housing Project ,I will introduce the application of QFD in the scheme design phase, in order to improve the quality of Comfortable Housing Project, to better meet the needs of customers and users.

Abstract: Claim is an important part of the code of valuation with bill quantity, but the connotation and extension of claims are not defined in the valuation mode of Bill of Quantities. Therefore, on the basis of foreign constitute systems, this paper uses deductive reasoning method to study the presumptive constitute of cost claim research. Combined the assumption with the characteristics of BQ in China, this paper puts forward the constituent system framework of construction cost claiming in China, and conduct specific research on profit claim。

Abstract: The accuracy of the results of the evaluation after the construction project is largely dependent on the choice of the evaluation method is reasonable and scientific. In this paper, the current methods for the evaluation of projects for a more systematic study were compared and analyzed; and proposed the construction of the factor analysis method for the analysis of project evaluation, and gives two reasons for the application of this method .

Abstract: After the construction project evaluation and implementation of the entire project an indispensable part of the process, and establish a sound, scientific index system for the scientific evaluation of the results obtained have a pivotal role in the project. This paper discusses the method of establishing evaluation system after construction projects, and gives a more scientific and comprehensive indicator system: After the implementation and management, project operations conducted from four economic projects, project evaluation and analysis of the impact and sustainability of projects establish the sub-indices, including duration of the project, project quality, with a total investment control, project profitability, solvency, environmental impact, economic impact, social impact, policies and projects for sustainable development and social factors, financial factors, social factors, a number of technical factors. Each sub-index and a scientific decomposition.

Abstract: The paper analyzed the current situation of the management of engineering cost information,. After considering the problems in information managements, from the perfecting of cost information collection channels, the instituting of the unified and standard systems of cost information classify codes, the strengthening of macro-managements of administrations and the instituting and maintaining of engineering cost information network, it gave solutions to complete the development of engineering cost information system.

Abstract: The third-party certification industry in China has been gradually stepping on the right track. However, it has not yet gained a foothold in rural building material market. Since the “12th Five-Year Plan” came into being, the new countryside construction is extremely urgent. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a third-party certification system to regulate and standardize rural building material market. By using the game theory method, this paper analyzed the operating model of third-party certification organization under the economy of monopoly market, and put forward the third-party certification system which was suitable for rural building material market, in the meanwhile, proposed several suggestions in the management models of certification organization for government supervision departments.

Abstract: In China, the evaluation of National Enterprise Technology Center (NETC) for theconstruction industry currently falls under a set of universal criteria, which mainly follow thetechnological innovation pattern of the manufacturing industry, and thus lack applicability. Thispaper takes the distinctive features of the innovation pattern of the construction industry intoconsideration, while maintaining consistency with the current system, and suggests an optimizedevaluation system, which is more applicable for the construction industry.

Abstract: Securing a good technical condition of the building and the technical equipment is an essential part of the management of each property owner. The buildings form a background for the purpose of building use and indirectly significantly influence the smooth running of the entire operation. Therefore, it is very important for each owner that this background works seamlessly and it is not discussed too often.Within the technical management, the technical condition of the property of the customer is completely organized. The professional approach and modern technical facilities increase the life of the building and thereby inflate the value of assets and level of benefit from it.Property and its environment make a reputation of its owner. Well technically managed property increases convenience for users and is a good sign for those who visit it.

Abstract: Construction cost risk management is an essential part of construction cost management, especially in the context of the ‘triple overrun’ that has been rampant across China over the last few years,i.e. the cost overrunning the budget, the budget overrunning the budgetary estimate, and the budgetary estimate overrunning the initial estimate. Since traditional methods of calculating construction reserve funds fail to serve the purpose of curbing the ‘triple overrun’,we deem it necessary to establish a quantitative, rational, and accurate calculation and analytical model to measure basic reserve funds. This paper aims to provide an analytical model based on the VaR technique, where parameters are determined by VaR’s three key factors, and a standard VaR process of analyzing basic reserve funds is set up. The model proves to be effective in our case study when basic reserve funds predicted by the model well match the actual ones, which is shown clearly by the Q-Q plot curves and CDF curves.

Abstract: The cost of public rental housing depending on the view of life-cycle has been studied. The construction project life-cycle cost management paradigm consider both of the cost in construction period and the cost in operation period was proposed. The proposed construction of projects cost includes not only the cost of funding sense, should also include environmental costs and social cost. By reducing life-cycle cost of public rental housing, maximize the project value, so the economy and people's livelihood can truly improved.
