Abstract: Basic reserve fund is a part of the power engineering total cost. Reducing its quantity can obviously increase the utilization efficiency of engineering cost. But how can reduce the quantity of basic reserve fund, we can start from its affecting factors. To this, for the affecting factors of basic reserve fund, this paper constructed the significance analysis model about affecting factors based on its actual application situation and Fault Tree Analysis (FAT). Finally, we got the degree and prior about affecting factors of basic reserve fund. Thereby the empirical research result provided a theory reference value which can control the quantity of basic reserve fund in the engineering practice.

Abstract: There is a tendency that arbitrary and tendentiousness are brought by experts’ subjectivity during the bidding evaluation. A method for construction project bidding based on the BP neural network improved by LM is proposed. To overcome the disadvantage of slow convergence and being prone to converge to minimum, LM was used to be combined with the BP neural networks. It has been proved by an application an effective complement for the deficiency of BP neural network on the bidding decision of construction project. Through the application in reality, we found that the LM-BP neural network in resolving the problems during the bidding process is meaningful.

Abstract: The initial contract status was formed when the contract was signed, firstly, this paper analyzed necessities of adjusting contract sum and practicable routes that could be followed for classifying and compensating contract status; which was initiated under three contract types, lump sum contracts, unit rate contracts and cost plus contracts for balancing the rights and obligations for both contract parties and aims to provide a reference for pushing forward construction progress smoothly.

Abstract: In 2004 July, the State Council "Decision on Strengthening the Reform of Investment System," clearly pointed out: "continue to deepen the reform of government investment, vigorously promote the government investment project agent construction ...", which indicates that as China's market-oriented economy gradually deepened, the government will gradually withdraw from the field of micro-economic management to macro policy research and guidance. Though the management process description and effects analysis of the Duodaohai,Rizhao project, This paper will summarize the current problems in project construction which should to overcome, and provide the focus and management experience for the agent construction future implementation of the government.

Abstract: In order to objectively evaluate the input-output efficiency of the construction industry in the western region, this passage analyzes the input and output status of each construction areas in the west in 2012 by establishing DEA model , and in compare with the national average. Results showed that: in 2012, the input-output efficiency of construction, the highest values in the western region is Guangxi Province, the lowest in Tibet, and the overall efficiency of the majority of the western region higher than the national average, Finally, the passage pointed out the insufficiencies about input-output of construction industry development in some western areas, and propose recommendations for improvement.

Abstract: In order to study the Merger and Acquisition (M&A) risk management for construction enterprise with the Hierarchical Holographic Modeling (HHM) is used to identify potential risks during different phases of M&A. In addition, Risk Filtering, Ranking and Management, which is short for RFRM, can also be used as a tool of risk level assessment to find more effective risks and find the suitable solutions. If M&A is used to identify the potential risks and analyze the risk factors of construction enterprises, they can be very helpful for finding out the solutions for the potential risk factors. At the same time it is useful for managing the M&A project potential risks and implementing well to increase the successful rate.

Abstract: Construction management is the totality of activities that address the managerial and technological aspects of highway construction, conducted during the planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases of the project, for the purpose of achieving scope, quality level, cost, schedule and other project performance objectives. The ability to better understand potential risks and how to manage those yields benefits far in excess of the costs of adopting risk management practices. In this paper, the most common set of processes including risk identification, assessment, analysis, mitigation, allocation, monitoring and updating are discussed, and the relationship between the computational method (the model) and its required inputs and available outputs is illustrated. The methodology and systematic process of probabilistic risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulation methods is conducted, and a comprehensive case study of probabilistic risk analysis for a highway construction management is given out, in which the sensitivity analysis and other output from the simulation model are illustrated to support the risk management plan. It is obviously that the probabilistic risk analysis of Monte Carlo simulation could provide very important information for a decision maker.

Abstract: After analysis of yichang traditional dwellings protection present situation and the value of the development of cultural tourism,The author of this paper intends to use the protection of the traditional dwellings in Yichang and its sustainable utilization as a starting point to establish the new image of Yichang cultural tourism, which can not only promote the development of the tourism industry in Yichang, as well as play a big role in the protection of traditional houses. Due to the deficiency of Yichang, which was shown in Part of the development of traditional folk tourism . So I put forward that we should make full use of the local traditional culture and fully explore the cultural connotation of local-style dwelling houses, so as to improve the residents living facilities. Also appeal for a rational look at developmental relationship between traditional dwelling and cultural tourism, seeking the best way to protect traditional residence and its tourism sustainable development.

Abstract: To negate the disadvantage in the current evaluation indicator of green residence where no weight difference is included, an indicator system is established based on the Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings in Fujian Province through questionnaire. By combining the regional features of Fujian Province, analytic hierarchy process is applied to assign weight for green residence evaluation indicator in accordance with the statistical result of questionnaire survey data, so as to improve the effectiveness of green residence evaluation.
