Abstract: The entransy efficiency expression of the absorption heat pump systems was defined in this paper, combined with the concept of the entransy and based on the model of a four temperature level absorption heat pump cycle. The relationship between the heating coefficient of the absorption heat pump and heating rate with the changes of the entransy efficiency was deduced. Numerical example was introduced to analysis the impactions of the entransy efficiency on the absorption heat pump systems. The results show that the heating coefficient increases with the growth of entransy efficiency, the entransy efficiency and the heating rate becomes larger when the value u gets larger, but the heating coefficient gets smaller. The heating rate decreases with the growth of the heating coefficient, the value u has more impaction on the heating rate when the heating coefficient remains constant.

In this paper, a project portfolio selection process for major construction enterprise was introduced and details of how to handle in every stage was also discussed.

Abstract: On the basis of common index system framework of budget performance evaluation", the paper improves the performance evaluation index of various stages (inputs, processes, outputs and effects) of common index system framework of budget performance evaluation, according to the stakeholder theory, project management theory, mapping principle and combined with project implementation process. And it provides the implementation details of various stages of project management based on key performance indicator method. So it designs a set of performance evaluation common index system to provide reference for improving management performance of government investing construction projects.

Abstract: Highway as a significant part of social infrastructure affects the interests of all social aspects during construction and thus will bring about social instability risks. In this paper, the social instability risks from Jianli-Jiangling Highway project were identified and evaluated using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The results will promote science-based decision-making and careful use of preventive measures, and thus ensure the evaluated project can be smoothly implemented. This study will provide some references for similar projects in the future.

Abstract: The controversy over the content of adjustment on prime cost sum of engineering project was summarized. The payment subject was rationally analyzed first as the basis for adjustment subsequently. Then the adjustment content was illustrated by the stage of transaction and construction respectively. At last this paper gives detailed adjustment process and advice for adjustment of the prime cost sum and its payment.

Abstract: An optimal cost decision is the premise of cost plan and the important way to realize the goal of cost and increase economic efficiency. At the same time, the correctness of the cost decision depends on accurate cost information.This paper builds the cost decision-making model based on the BIM with Revit API secondary development technology and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), so as to provide methods for the cost decision of construction project and promote the application of BIM in cost management.

Abstract: Chongqing Fuling Fifth landslide is a large landslide along the layers of rock. It has the following characteristics such as high sliding speed, serious damage and other characteristics. Based on landslide characteristics and governance requirements, we set three governance programs. Considering the function and cost, we use DARE method for value engineering analysis. The analysts believe that an optimum solution can be given priority, and the program has also been recommended by the review panel members unanimously approved. Upon completion of the large program selection, we further analyzed the principle of value for the selected program to optimize the sub-projects, which achieved good economic and social benefits of cost-effectiveness.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of resource allocation for engineering construction programme, the comprehensive evaluation model of resource allocation rationality for programme is established with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The rationality of resource allocation for programme is evaluated objectively based on the assessment of correlation degree between monomer project and the programme and the evaluation of resource allocation rationality for monomer projects. And the evaluation results have been analyzed and sorted through the principle of weighted average.
