Abstract: According the division of the city of urban circle with corresponding city level and functional structure, logistics system architecture of regional center city is studied. Firstly the necessity is analyzed. Secondly it analyzes positioning principle of logistics system architecture of regional logistics center city. Finally the characteristics and the corresponding logistics system architecture are studied and the corresponding conclusion is made.

Abstract: As one of the most ancient buildings provinces on the ground, Shanxi ancient villages are determined by specific natural conditions, economic conditions ,customs, and social life style, and formed by historical development, creation, accumulation in the process of long-term , which lead to obvious regional characteristics. On behalf of ancient village reserved completely, Guoyu ancient Village has high research value. Through from two aspects of village evolution process, planning elements ,the paper researches planning form of Guoyu village.

Abstract: Based on the industrial zone development, high-tech industrial zone is a newborn thing in modern urban construction; the big city has its unique advantages to carry out developed zone. Under the background of city planning develop and Call of human design, in full swing development of the development zone existence reality problems, create Shape and Space environment of the development zone, for the development zone of design practice made convincing urban design measures.

Abstract: Regulatory plan becomes more important with the enaction of Urban-Rural Planning Law. Complete coverage of regulatory detailed planning is imperative. But the deficiencies and contradictions exhibit from planning and management practices in regulatory detailed planning have become increasingly prominent. At present, planning compilation is faced issues such as low elasticity, divorce of urban development. Abandon static control, using dynamic maintenance are the new directions to the development of regulatory detailed planning. Regulatory control system maintained dynamically regards action plan as guiding concept, regards GIS technology as data platform, which is a dynamic, phased, chronic planning process.

Abstract: Promoting new urbanization is urban and rural development to solve the "three rural" issue, the only way to achieve modernization in rural areas, is an important way to solve the "three rural" issue is to promote balanced regional development of strong support, with the economic and social rapid development, increasing people's living standards, housing, environmental requirements are also increasing, but the face of the land uncontrolled urbanization serious regional environmental quality of urban decline, ecological damage is more common, and many other problems. Described the outstanding issues of community planning and construction of small towns and rural work under the new urbanization exist, and propose relevant measures for policy makers, builders reference.

Abstract: In Baotou, along with the rapid economic development in the recent 10 years, the construction speed of the City is getting more and more quickly, and the urban land scale is expanding rapidly. At the same time, the restrictions derived from the land resources are also getting stronger and stronger, which results in the even more obvious contradiction between the differentiated requirements from the urban development and proper land usage. The paper analyzes the scale of Baotou urban construction land expansion and the transformation rules of land-using structure in the recent 10 years, and makes conclusions upon the characteristics of urban land expansion. The paper aims to present an optimization strategy of proper urban construction land expansion.

Abstract: This paper discusses conservation and regeneration of historic districts in the background of fast urbanization. The objective is to find out appropriate solutions for a historic district and to keep its special cultural value based on interview with local people and investigation in communities of historic districts. Through analyzing the historical and cultural value of the Sanxue Alley Historic District of Xi’an, China, and examination of current situation of the district, the authors find out some problems in the district and points out that some policies for conservation and regeneration of the area, including progressive revel preservation and renewal policy, protection of aborigines and guarantee the continuity of history and authenticity and to conduct function replacement.

Abstract: This paper takes Changning Group spatial morphology as the research object. Analyzed the problems of the natural environment conditions and cleared the development purpose and significance firstly. Then combined with the status quo and planning requirements, identified the urban spatial morphology theory. Finally, applied the design theory and method into the practical applications of planning and design work in order to shape a good ecological environment.

Abstract: Shan-shui City rooted in Chinese classical culture and history, which contains Chinese philosophy of “man is an integral part of nature”, and made the natural landscape apply to urban construction, so it creates a number of historical and cultural cities which have significant Shan-shui characteristics. The urban style design of Ji’an city, Jilin province, relies on natural ecological conditions, Shan-shui environment construction and the protection of historical and cultural environment, to protect and utilize Shan-shui landscape by the design concept of showing mountain, water and green friendly. Also the urban style design of Ji’an city create urban space with significant characteristics and full of attractive by redistributing the Old Town, restoring the historic environment of Guonei city, protecting ancient sites, building eco-cultural scenic spots to achieve a small city style design concept of sustainable development.

Abstract: This paper studied commercial space of the Shanghai Railway Station. It summed up construction and development of history railway and railway passenger transportation. It clarified commercial activities of major railway terminal. It summarized appropriate scale and location of different business activities by the tightness of characteristics different commercial activities as well as problems and deficiencies of existing large passenger commercial space. It identified the source of the problem by several field researches on Shanghai Railway Station. This paper summarized different layout features of the passenger terminal commercial space design history and analyzed the differences and reasons. Finally this paper presented specific strategies and ideas of a large railway passenger commercial space design combined with their views of trends for railway passenger comprehensive development.
