Abstract: The traditional production process of large seamless rings brought the serious waste of material and energy. 42 CrMo alloy steel was taken as material of the rings. The research of Casting-Rolling Continuously Forming process was Smelting Casting→ Ring blank→ Concurrent heating and heat holding →Hot rolling forming. The work reported here concentrates on resolving the energy consumption, consumables, low production efficiency of ring production, provided some reference for the rings production.

Abstract: In order to ensure the magnetic wall-climbing car which is applied to installation and maintenance of wind power work normally, the ambient temperature will cause the formation of "expansion and contraction", to avoid that affects the accuracy and performance of the equipment, thermal deformation analysis of its frame should be conduct. Using ANSYS to carry on the finite element analysis of the magnetic wall-climbing car frame. The material of the frame is steel 45, which have heat treated. That can get a better toughness, ductility and wear resistance. Then import the three-dimensional model of the frame to the ANSYS software, select the frame tetrahedral meshing method. Its first thermal analysis, and then add the static structural analysis. Solving the frame at-50°C, 50°C thermal deformation, the biggest overall deformation change between-0.89636mm and 0.34858mm. which less than one-thousandth of the maximum overall length is 1750mm of the frame, and meet the design requirements.

Abstract: Due to the complex timing sequence of NAND flash, a unified design process is urgently required to guarantee the reliability of storage system of nano-satellite. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a widely used high level modeling language for object-oriented design. This paper adopts the UML as the design and modelling tool in the low level storage system design to elaborate the UML application in each phase of design in detail. The result shows taking UML as the modelling tool results in a clear and unambiguity design, which promotes the reliability and quality of software. At last, the feasibility of object-oriented implementation in C is presented.

Abstract: In traditional biomechanical analysis of upper limb, the high-precision motion data and lifelike human models are needed. It is obvious that those processes are costly and time-consuming. In this paper, a novel and simple combination method based on Kinect-LifeMOD is proposed. Firstly, the Microsoft Kinect (a latest depth sensor) is used to build a cheap and precise motion capture platform. Real-time and reliable key-node rotation data of human skeletons can be acquired by this motion capture system. Next, rotation data is converted into position data as the input of the LifeMOD software which can establish mathematical model of upper limb and execute biomechanical analysis automatically. The experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve the satisfactory performance.

Abstract: On the basis of dynamics simulation software ADAMS,using a simplified model of crank-rocker mechanism with gravitational field for the study.It built the model of contact force and the coulomb friction [1,2] to simulate the motion pair with clearance.This paper made a preliminary study on the effect of the multi-joint clearance on the dynamics characteristics of the institution.The result showed that mechanism with double joint clearance had little influence on the mechanism speed and had relatively large impact on mechanism acceleration.Mechanism with three joint clearance increased the impact on the speed and acceleration appeared greater fluctuation and changes in direction.However,the contact force with three joint clearance was more stable and smaller than mechanism with double joint clearance. This kind of model is closer to the object movement in reality, so it can predict the laws of motion and provides more reliable theoretical reference for precision、optimization and noise prevention design of institutions.

Abstract: Based on the multi-body system dynamics in the ADAMS environment, a virtual prototype of the reel fulcrum of crane was developed. In this model, the whole system was disassembled lifting mechanism system with flexible body dynamics model of the wire rope. The virtual running environment was established according to the actual crane operation cases, which is designed the hanging & lifting working process. It is the key step to build the reel fulcrum dynamics model for performance analysis of system dynamics, which is the basis for the optimize design of the reel fulcrum of crane. Theoretical model analysis usually does not consider the coupling force status of the reel fulcrum of crane. It is a steady-state analysis to the reel fulcrum of crane models. These models have played an important role in the assessment of the reel fulcrum of crane performance and the system parameters, but do not reveal the interaction of the reel fulcrum of crane and the wire rope, which fail to be a comprehensive understanding practical system dynamics characteristic. Virtual prototype simulation results will be applied to prototype design and evaluation, and save a lot of manpower and material resources. At the same time,the method has an advantage for dynamics analysis to simulating some dangerous movement conditions, which is hard to be replayed or simulated at the test actual working condition site. In particular, some cases cannot be recurrence in the accident handling process. The simulation results show that the response value. Variable stiffness characteristics of wire rope of hoisting mechanism are implemented successfully through discrete multiple rigid body being applied to the wire rope in this paper. The establishment of the Reel fulcrum dynamic model is based on ADAMS, which realizes the reel fulcrum of crane system coupling modeling. These results show that the model reflects the actual dynamics of the reel fulcrum of crane, and also presents that some of the theoretical analysis results cannot be usually confirmed.

Abstract: In this paper, surface waviness quality in abrasive waterjet offset-mode turning has been studied regarding variations of some process parameters. Influence of five main operational parameters such as water pressure, cutting head traverse speed, abrasive mass flow rate, workpiece rotational speed and depth of cut on surface waviness of turned parts have been investigated using statistical approach. Second order regression model presented for surface waviness. The model accuracy was verified by comparing with experimental data. It found that abrasive mass flow rate, cutting head traverse speed and DOC are the most influential parameters while water pressure and workpiece rotational speed show lesser effectiveness.

Abstract: the parts library system of three dimensional parametric design of planetary gear base on CS structure which use SoildWorks as the CAD development platform, which establish the base parts library, can automatically generate the required size specifications of the parts. The parts library adopts template file as the driving source, openness of strong, fast to run, convenient for management and maintenance, is a kind of ideal driven approach so far, this method is also suitable for a parametric function and the development interface of the CAD system, such as Pro/E, UG, etc.
