Abstract: The modified innovative product design and development method has been developed and used for a design work of innovative and multifunctional jackets with optoelectronic technologies in a previous study. There were six items of key design themes were found out, including practicality, aesthetics, portability, washability, multifunction and composability. In this study, a design strategy and solution was proposed and a multifunctional jacket with optoelectronic function was completed. Finally, a survey with questionnaire was executed and analyzed for evaluation and verification of the design achievement. According to the consequence of data analysis, the performances of a new innovative and multifunctional jacket of this study are better than those of a traditional jacket.

Abstract: The soil’s temperature plays an important role of soil ecology research. In order to gain and control soil’ temperature. A control system is proposed for soil’s temperature. And a new control algorithm which is based on the PID algorithm is designed in the control system to handle the complex change of the soil’s temperature. It does not need to know the mathematical model of soil’s temperature. At last, the control result is analyzed in this paper. The result shows that the soil’s temperature is controlled ideal by this control system which is accurate to 0.5°C.

Abstract: In order to improve the intelligent level of path planning in coordinate measurement, the algorithm of path planning based on theory of polychromatic sets and ant colony algorithm is proposed. The model of the relation about measured geometrical features, probe angles and inspection planes is established, and the sub path is got by grouping for the global path on the basis of conjunctive operation of polychromatic sets. The global path is optimized by planning the sub paths with ant colony algorithm. The practical example verified the validity and reliability of the proposed method.

Abstract: In order to meet the displacement measurement’s need for high precision and large measuring range, a novel design of optical fiber displacement system is proposed. Optical fiber is applied to the displacement measurement field with its simple structure, light weight, cheap cost and high precision. A displacement measurement model based on transmissive optical fiber is established, and theoretical calculation and simulation are conducted to verify the accuracy of the model. Displacement measuring experiments are completed and the results show that the transmissive optical fiber displacement measurement system has high measuring accuracy with the relative error less than 0.2% over a large range.

Abstract: A RF received signal strength indication (RSSI) circuit with 100MHz to 2.5GHz frequency bandwidth was designed based on Jazz 0.18 μm SiGe HBT process. The RSSI was composed of 4 cascaded limiting amplifier and full wave current rectifier. A novel DC offset compensation circuit was adopted to achieve stable operating point. The circuit was simulated with Cadence design kit. Results showed that the RSSI had a wide dynamic range from 45dBm to 0dBm, operated at a 3.3V single supply. The power consumption is 18.8mW.

Abstract: A kind of online insulation and error monitoring technique had been introduced in this paper and this kind of technique had been applied on a dry-CT. This kind of technique takes the low-voltage capacitor which series with the end-screen integration into the insulating core of CTs. The technology ensure the connection point of high-voltage capacitors and low-voltage capacitor will never disconnected and the end-screen lead will grounded forever. In terms of error measurement, self-calibration and self-examination functions are achieved with adding standard and air coil next to the measuring coil. Independent power supply technique makes the device mounting more convenient.

Abstract: On January 2, 2014, had the thermal infrared remote sensing image (TASI) near the drain of the Chang Jiang nuclear power station in Hainan Province plant. Due to the effect of external factors, such as the sun azimuth, the data within a single band appeared brightness gradient phenomenon. It was not conducive to the seawater temperature retrieval. Through research and analysis, established a model for thermal infrared image brightness gradient of the seawater. Based on quadratic polynomial fitting method, simulated the law of each kind of water after threshold classification, and then used the simulated compensation correction factors to correct the original image, had obtained a good application effect.

Abstract: In modern electronic systems, a reliable clock with precise frequency is a fundamental requirement. Moreover, the frequency and phase of the clock needs to be adjustable in some situations. So a method of full digital clock generation is proposed in this paper. Compared with other methods, it has two advantages: one is the capability of adjusting the frequency and phase on-line; the other is the high frequency precision. Experiment results show that this method can generate clock at 19.0484MHz, 19.0485MHz, 19.0486MHz with controlled phases, and the stability within 90 seconds is better than 0.05Hz.
