Abstract: In this paper, based on the characteristics of shell part, the application of hot runner system for the shell parts injection molding process was analyzed by Moldflow. According to this research, design parameters obtained were optimized. The result shows that hot runner system enables injection mold cooling faster , shortens the molding cycle time , and also improves the quality of the shell part.

Abstract: Studies on parameter identification of a plasticity-based damage constitutive model for concrete are presented in this paper. Differences between the stress-strain curves experimentally obtained and the ones numerically obtained at local level were used as the objective functional of a regularized least square method. For solving the inverse problem, the solution of the direct problem at local level obtained by a driver subroutine was embedded in the iterative solution procedure for the inverse problem proposed in this paper. The sensitivity matrix was calculated numerically by the finite difference method. Numerical examples are given for fitting the numerically obtained stress-strain curves on to a set of experimental results. Parameter identifications under various loading cases, which include uniaxial extension and triaxial compression with different confining stresses, were performed. Results indicate that the numerical scheme is stable and has reasonable accuracy.

Abstract: 3D braided fabric lining mandrel weaving, throat is the key part of nozzle which should meet the requirements of molding. This paper based on the research between geometry and knitting yarn array of 3D braided nozzle fabric, proposed the basic conditions which influence the molding performance of nozzle. Theoretical derivation the formula of reasonable yarn array and cross-section parameters of yarn. Verify its correctness by actual production of 3D braided nozzle fabric. The CT scan image and the moire pattern of fiber volume percentage showed that the throat size of fabric and roundness well matched with mandrel, fiber volume percentage changed uniform which satisfied the requirement of engineering application.

Abstract: This paper presents stress analysis for globoidal indexing cam mechanism with steel ball, and stress model of each component is established. Globoidal indexing cam mechanism with steel ball is made up of globoidal cam, indexing plate and steel ball. The mechanism can realize approximate rolling transmission. Stress is analyzed for globoidal cam, indexing plate and steel ball at dell and indexing period respectively. According to rotary transform tensor theory stress in different coordinate system is obtained to build static equilibrium equations for steel ball conveniently. Axial force, radial force and peripheral force for globoidal cam and indexing plate are reached.

Abstract: The assembling process of the flex lead of an accelerometer can bring in internal stress, which causes drift error and affects the precision of the accelerometer. The paper introduces a method using ultrasonic vibration to reduce the internal stress, discusses the theory of ultrasonic stress relief on fine wires, shows ultrasonic stress relief experimental apparatus which uses an optimized ultrasonic tool head to inflict ultrasonic vibration to fine wires. By introducing the displacements of the fine wire ends into ANSYS, changes of the internal stress of the fine wire can be obtained. The experiment studies the performance of ultrasonic vibration to fine wire internal stress and deals with the relationship between infliction time and results. The experiment results confirmed that by selecting the suitable experiment parameters, ultrasonic vibration is an effective way to internal stress relief, the internal stress decline as infliction time increase then stays.

Abstract: The shallow basin-shaped aluminum sheet part had buckling defects after the bladder forming. Analysis the buckling defects’ mechanism, according to these, we proposed one step bladder forming process, used rolling leveler which could reduced the buckling height to level sheet before bladder forming, and made experiments to compare the structure effect of buckling height among the four kinds of die structure. The results showed that the one step bladder forming process is valid, and used the original die with sheet edge fold when it was bladder forming.

Abstract: In order to study the multi-type of generators scheduling optimization model,this paper is based on the LHS method and Mean - CVaR model for research. LHS method is informed as an improved method which can overcome the disadvantage of wind power simulation method of the most commonly used - the monte carlo method which needs a lot of statistical data. Scheme - CVaR model set the minimum electric abandon the wind as the goal, then select the minimum system energy consumption of power generation cost and the minimum pollutant emissions from power generation as the objective function of system combined power generation performance of scheduling ,then under certain constraints, and finally reach the purpose of optimized we expected.

Abstract: Based on the impact analysis of common rail transportation on urban rail transit and comprehensive consideration of Hohhot, including passenger flow characteristic analysis and related product design principle, this paper studies the impact of common rail transport system on the urban rail transit and describes the product design of common rail transport system of Hohhot in two aspects: common rail train stop plan and the nature of the passenger flow, which is dedicated to provide relevant theoretical basis for the rail transit planning and construction of Hohhot in the future.

Abstract: The different structures of choking cavitator were studied by using numerically simulation based on the orthogonal experiment. Many different structures of choking cavitator were researched to get a set of parameters which can produce much stronger intensity of cavitation. The results of investigation show that the optimal values of characteristic parameters are the optimal flow value of 1.5 m3 / h, entry point of the optimal value of 35 o, the outlet diameter of 9 mm, the back pressure of 70 kPa and the throat length of 70 mm.
