Abstract: Based on the establishment of evaluation framework for sustainable development of cellulosic ethanol, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to evaluate the sustainable development of cellulosic ethanol from 2001 to 2010 in Tianjin. The result shows that environmental issues are playing an important role in the cellulosic ethanol development in Tianjin. Compared with coal and oil, cellulosic ethanol is more sustainable. However, with the expansion of the production scale, the greenhouse gas emissions increase. Therefore, in order to control air pollutants including greenhouse gas and develop cellulosic ethanol better, the study of optimal developing scale and speed is the best research direction.

Abstract: The passenger cabin of evacuated tube transportation vehicle is the airproof shell. In order to ensure the safety of passengers, riding comfort and good health, the cabin should be offered with the right pressure, oxygen and temperature-humidity environment, while eliminating carbon dioxide and impurities, providing clean air, retaining a reasonable proportion of inert gas by the life support systems. Passenger cabin pressure system is specified to a mix of oxygen-nitrogen atmospheres, close to 1 atm, the oxygen partial pressure is slightly higher than the value outside the tube, and carrying amount of compressed air decided by the oxygen demand standard 0.038kg/ (person • h); drying phenomenon does not occur in the cabin, but dehumidifying to control the humidity is needed; Sorbent dosage and purification device design is based on carbon dioxide emissions 24L/ (person • h). These functions are attained respectively by some technologies such as cabin pressure controlling, gas supplying, temperature and humidity controlling, air purification and security technology.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new algorithm for predicting the cross-sectional surface roughness of the workpiece for the grinding process, which reduces three-dimensional modeling to two-dimensional modeling by virtue of the cross-sectional area of the undeformed grinding chip. Besides, this paper develops a search technique to figure out systematically the surface roughness in order to determine the final cross-sectional surface roughness produced by thousands of grinding wheel grains with randomly distributed protrusion heights. The simulated results are consistent with the measurement data, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: A band-gap voltage reference applicable for LDO circuit was designed. The band-gap voltage reference with lower change rate and low temperature-drift and high PSRR was acquired, which uses the two stage operational amplifier as the input terminal, and the miller compensation circuit was adopted in order to improve the stability of the voltage reference circuit. The circuit was simulated with Cadence tool and 0.5μm CMOS model. The results show that the reference voltage is 1.2182V, the PSRR of band-gap voltage reference is-76.8dB. The measured results indicated that the designed band-gap voltage reference is prospective for application in LDO circuit.

Abstract: This paper study a new type of photovoltaic soft switching boost circuit according the present photovoltaic soft switching boost circuit auxiliary switch worked in hard switching situation and the gain of soft switching boost circuit is not good. The operation principle of the circuit and the detailed implementation process was analyzed. The parameters of the circuit were counted. The phase shifting control algorithm was used to control the circuit. The soft switching boost circuit has the following characteristics: (1) The main switch and auxiliary switch can realize zero current zero voltage turn-on and turn off, improve the conversion efficiency of DC side; (2) The boost effect is good and the gain is high; (3) High output power quality, voltage fluctuation is low; (4) The control is simple.

Abstract: Extracting interval velocity is one of important applications of VSP data. Also, imaging of VSP data requires accurate velocity information. Two kinds of algorithms on the assumption of straight-ray and curve-ray are employed to calculate interval velocity respectively. Comparison of the extracted velocity from the two methods above with real velocity shows that both methods are suitable for VSP data recorded in the vicinity of well, while the algorithm derived from straight-ray fails in the long-offset. Moreover, the curve-ray is more reliable when there are some random errors due to the first arrivals picking.

Abstract: This paper introduces a method to adjust the gap distance of nanosecond gas switch from outside when it is filled with high pressure gas. By using a two-stage planetary gear train and a pinion-and-rack device the gap between the electrodes can be linearly adjusted. The adjusting precision is 0.05 mm and adjustment range is 0 to 10 mm. The sealing of the insulator ring, rotation axle and outside conductors is designed. The performance of the rotation axle is pretty well under 12MPa gas pressure, air leakage not found. Experimental study on switch discharging is carried out by using a high voltage nanosecond pulse generator. The results show the output voltage of the pulse can reach 600kV by adjusting the switch gap. The rise-time of the pulse can be shortened form 3.5ns to 1ns.

Abstract: Lead-acid battery retreading system is used to improve the discharge performance of lead-acid batteries. And in the system there are too many electrical parameters, such as electric current, voltage and so on, have to been set up. So HMI design plays a significant role in the whole system. This paper offers a method of using DWIN DGUS screen to finish the HMI design of lead-acid battery retreading system. And it introduces the DWIN_V4.9 and OS secondary development platform in detail. Then it describes how to use these two tools to achieve basic functions, such as touching and passwords landing. After applying the HMI design to the system, switching interfaces, using passwords, inputting parameters and other operations all have been achieved successfully.

Abstract: We studied key technologies of the rigid-flexible coupling systems modeling and simulation based on the theory of multi-body dynamics and virtual prototyping technology. The study proposed concrete measures to ensure the accuracy of the simulation to short the simulation time and improve simulation speed. It greatly improved the reliability and interoperability of research used three software UG, Ansys and Adams on rigid-flexible coupling system and found the existing issue of key parts of the design department, provided a strong quantitative basis for optimizing the loader working device.

Abstract: A method of modified innovative product design and development has been developed and used for a design work of innovative and multifunctional jackets with optoelectronic technologies in this study. This method has five working steps, including opportunity definition, opportunity exploration, opportunity confirmation, opportunity realization and achievement valuation. At first, the method of personas was used to develop key factors of design themes for an innovative jacket, and then the Delphi method was utilized to identify these factors by a group of experts. This paper described the design method, and illustrated the process to find out and decide design criteria for developing a jacket with optoelectronic effect.
