Abstract: After processed the signals obtained from monitoring system, one theory of condition evaluation was proposed on basis of a new evaluation parameter—index variation. One new condition grade division method was proposed from approximate statistic distribution of index variation, and as per the concept of confidence degree and confidence interval. Because the monitoring data and the standard of condition grade division were all interval numbers, interval extension evaluation theory was adopted to establish the model of condition evaluation. Set-Valued Statistics and gravity center based decision theory were introduced to divide weight into subjective weight and objective weight to make calculation. This evaluation method was found to be reasonable and had good project practicability.

Abstract: With the expending of power system and the complexity of system structure,operating stability, reliability and economy is faced with opportunities and new challenges.this paper, A hierarchical classification control structure is hired to finish coordinated control tasks based on multi-agent system,The simulation results show that decentralized coordinated control scheme is better than a simple decentralized robust control, decentralized coordinated control programs, especially in the case of large interference effect, Thus, the proposed scheme is effective to improve power systems transient stability and to enhance the robustness.

Abstract: Predicting vehicle trajectory accurately is a crucial task for an autonomous vehicle. It is also necessary for many Advanced Driver Assistance System to predict trajectory of the ego-vehicle’s. In recent years, some vehicles trajectory prediction algorithm is mainly based on a simple Motion Model. This paper puts forward a method which combines road recognition and the hypothesis of steady preview and dynamic correction for trajectory prediction. In the road recognition algorithm, both methods of Kalman Filter (KF) and Recursive Least-Square (RLS) work well to estimate the road slope and road friction coefficient.

Abstract: Electricity power companies have the obligation to provide qualified electrical energy to the power user, the same as electricity customers, the power company claims to provide qualified energy, electricity customers are obliged to choose the right appliances to minimize the impact on the power quality of the power system . Higher harmonics is an important indicator of the impact of power quality, household appliances majority of non-linear loads, the use of the process will produce high harmonics, although the power is not, but a huge number, pooled together, will still PQ great impact. Therefore, the measurement of electrical waveforms common household appliances, will harmonic analysis, harmonic control, or other harmonic study is instructive.

Abstract: A novel type of L-serine and chitosan modified glassy carbon electrode (L-Ser/CS-GCE) as a electrochemical sensor for determination of paracetamol was fabricated. With potassium ferricyanide as the probe, electrochemical properties of this sensor were characterized via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and measured EIS data were fitted with an equivalent circuit to investigate the detailed information about the electrode/solution interface. The electrochemical behavior of paracetamol on L-Ser/CS-GCE was studied via Cyclic voltammetry(CV). This electrochemical sensor showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of paracetamol in pH4.9 acetate buffer solution and accelerated electron transfer between the electrode and paracetamol. Linear scan voltammetry (LSV) was used for determination of paracetamol. Peak current increased linearly with increasing paracetamol concentration in the range of 2.0×10-6~1.0×10 -3mol/L and the detection limit was found to be 8.3×10-7mol/L. The electrochemical sensor showed good stability and reproducibility. The practical application of the electrochemical sensor was successfully applied for determining the concentration of paracetamol in commercial acetaminophen tablets.

Abstract: The magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing, as a modern nondestructive testing technology, requires fast and accurate signal progressing methods. A practical signal progressing method for MFL testing was presented, especially for tank floor MFL testing. According to the FFT result of the original signal, a difference amplifier and a low-pass filter were designed in the hardware signal progressing. In the digital signal progressing, a numerical differential progress and an IIR band-pass filter were adopted. Experimental results show that the presented method could effectively eliminate noise. Defect depth measuring results show that, for the 8 mm thickness specimen, the maximum absolute error of depth is 0.23 mm, which means 2.8 % of the 8 mm thickness.

Abstract: Embryonic bionic hardware has made great progress since its appearance, while self-healing strategies have some disadvantages. Based on the repair methods scholars proposed, a new strategy on the self-repairing of electronic arrays was presented. The key idea is when cells in the array fail, using spare cells replace them, with no change of the normal cells. This self-repairing strategy contains three parts, that is, an array of working cells, a layer of spare cells and a control layer. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show the new single-cell replacement strategy has the following advantages: easier implementation and largest self-healing capacity.

Abstract: Moving target tracking is the key part of intelligent visual surveillance system. Among the various tracking algorithms, the Beysian tracking algorithms and the kernel tracking algorithm are two algorithms that frequently used. The Beysian tracking algorithms mainly conclude Kalman filtering algorithm, extended Kalman filtering algorithm and particle filtering algorithm. Mean Shift is the most representative algorithm of the kernel target tracking. In this survey, the status and development of target tracking algorithms has been studied more extensively with providing a few examples of modified tracking algorithms. Then a comparison was presented based on the limitations and scope of applications. Finally, the paper showed further research prospects of moving target tracking are introduced.

Abstract: The boiler system in power plant consists mainly of a steam-water system and combustion system, which produce a high-pressure superheated steam to drive a generator in order to produce power. The steam temperature control of the boiler system is a critical operational consideration. Parameters of boiler producing process must be controlled strictly. But the boiler system has high nonlinearity, large delay, strong coupling and load disturbance. Therefore it is difficult to develop practical mathematical model of the control object using the traditional PID control. In order to realize the optimal control of steam temperature, this paper presents the adaptive fuzzy-PID control Strategy. Simulation results based on MATLAB show that the proposed strategy can largely improve the system response performance compared with the traditional PID control

Abstract: In wireless power transfer (WPT) system, detection of illegal load especially the metallic illegal load is necessary to protect the system safety due to the high frequency electromagnetic. This paper presents an efficient and easily-realized method based on energy channels for detecting the legitimacy of load in WPT system. The method is designed that the load at a given frequency to carry out on-off modulation and the primary part demodulation to judge the legitimacy of the load according to the energy equilibrium equations. To realize the proposed method, the relation between primary DC(direct current) input current and secondary load resistance have been analyzed. Therefore, the final detection method is set up which is only required sampling the frequency of DC input current to avoid complex system modeling and requirements of high speed sampling system. Finally experiment and simulation have verified the method which is much efficient and easily-realized for detecting the legitimacy of load accurately.
