Abstract: This paper introduces a plunger limit switch testing system based on Virtual Instrument Technology with servo control module and data acquisition module. The proposed system is designed for measuring contact resistance, force-displacement curve and voltage-displacement curve. And the product qualification is automatically judged according to the measured result. Field experiment shows that the parameter testing system has a stable and reliable performance with high precision.

Abstract: This paper presented the scenario of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics test system with the programming idea of the modularization. Based on LabVIEW, the IDCTMV simulated test software and subjective evaluation software were designed and developed. The subjective evaluation results and operation performance data including the reaction time of crews, the rate of errors, and the rate of over reports were tested by the simulation of the integrated display and control terminal for the typical operation procedure, which solved the problems of lacking test methods for the study of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics.

Abstract: Compared with the traditional vehicle detector, the vehicle detection and tracking based on video image processing and the technique of visual target has fast processing speed, and convenient installation and maintenance, and low cost, wide range of monitoring, can obtain more kinds of traffic parameters, and many other advantages, has become more and more widely used in intelligent transportation system (ITS) in recent years. This paper introduces a method for real-time detection, target tracking in traffic image sequences from a fixed single camera. The System adopts TMS320DM648 as the core processor to implement the real-time target tracking algorithms, mainly complete the effective information real-time display of the software and hardware design of target tracking system, application flexibility, small volume, stable and reliable, it is very practical in practice.

Abstract: This paper presents the basic architecture and working principle of diaphragm gas meter experimental apparatus in the limiting temperature conditions. A double-standard test method with critical flow nozzle as main standard and roots flow meter as reference standard has been proposed. Indicating error and pressure loss characteristic at different temperatures are obtained by experimental research on the metrological characteristics of diaphragm gas meters (G2.5) which are produced by numerous corporations under the condition of non-reference temperature. The experimental results show that the indicating value of diaphragm gas meters under high temperatures is basically accurate, but the metrological property is a little patchy in terms of quality at low temperatures. The maximum indication error of part measuring instruments is up to 16%.

Abstract: There is high failure rate in diesel engine inlet and exhaust system, so the inlet and exhaust system condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is of great significance.To overcome drawbacks of pure BP algorithm, a heuristic algorithm is adopted to give a transition from particle swarm search to gradient descending search to set up a Particle Swarm Optimized Back Propagation (PSO-BP) Neutral Network (NN). Then vibration signals have been measured from a diesel cylinder head by simulating two faults:the gas leak and abnormal lash; The diesel engine vibration frequency energy signals after wavelet packet decomposition are taken as the input feature vectors of NN. Finally, we carry out fault detection experiment by the PSO-BP NN model to validate the method. Experiment results show that the PSO-BP NN has more fast convergence speed and higher diagnosis accuracy than BP NN, and it provides a new fault detection method for engine inlet and exhaust system.

Abstract: To analyze effects of quay environment on the AUV radiated acoustic field test, the PNAH (PNAH: planar near-field acoustical holography) was used to simulate acoustic field. By simulating the free and non-free acoustic field and comparing amplitudes and angles of complex sound pressure, Analyze effects of quay wall and seabed reflection on the AUV radiated acoustic field test to determine the standard of quay wall and seabed environment which meets testing. The work would provide a certain reference for the AUV radiated acoustic field test.

Abstract: In order to solve the contradiction between the increasing demand of power supplies and the difficulty of building new distribution lines, improving the transmission capacity of existing distribution cables is imperative. Using emergency ampacity can increase cable transmission capacity temporarily. Software of calculation emergency ampacity of distribution cable is developed and experiments are undertaken in this paper. The consistency of calculation and experiments shows that the software could calculate emergency ampacity of distribution cable correctly. By the software, the relationship between emergency ampacity and emergency time & initial status are studied here. The research shows that emergency ampacity is much higher than the continuous ampacity. What’s more, the shorter emergency time is, the higher emergency ampacity will be. The lower initial current is, the higher emergency ampacity will be. The more cable circuit number is, the lower emergency ampacity will be but the stronger lifting capacity will be. If emergency ampacity is considered in cable line design stage, cable cross-section or the number of circuit number could be reduced; and if emergency ampacity is considered in emergency load control, the number and capacity of transferring power supply can be reduced. The application the emergency ampacity of distribution cable will result in a great improvement in economy and reliability of power supply.

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of portable horizontal grid earth electrode has been designed for mobile equipments. With the impulse ground measurement system, the responses to double exponential pulse current of five earth electrodes in two arrangements have been tested on soil, grassplot and cement floor respectively. After filtering and calculating, the curve of transient grounding resistance (TGR) in time domain can be gotten. And in the end, some conclusions have been drawn. The analysis of discharging capacity of horizontal grid earth electrodes in time domain has great significance in the design of mobile equipments’ earth devices.
