Abstract: In order to guarantee the safety of wind turbine, online monitoring system of wind turbine was utilized. Data acquisition technology is one of key technologies in monitoring systems. To reduce communication error rate of wind turbine monitoring system, the reliable data acquisition methods were presented in this paper. It utilized TCP protocol and double buffer asynchronous communication method on system server. The cycle buffer and multithread processing method was utilized on the acquisition terminal. The working state data were saved into PostgreSQL database with Npgsql dynamic link library. The data acquisition methods realized high speed, large capacity, and reliable data transmission. They can improve the accuracy and lower the cost of wind turbine monitoring system.

Abstract: In order to improve the traceability and the tracking precision of fast moving targets on its own, a intelligent video monitoring solution is proposed. Sound source localization technology was adopted to realize quick positioning for dynamic target. Three-frame-difference method was given to detect the moving object , then the obtained target center parameters were used as the control signals of PTZ control system to drive the camera to trace the moving target for real-time tracking and monitoring. Experiments and simulations show that the control schemes can completely satisfy the requirement of monitoring.

Abstract: Nowadays, RWS(Remote Weapon Station) has been in level of development, and will be launch a series of test. On the traditional type approval test , the dynamic parameter tests such as muzzle vibration, muzzle velocity, vertical target density are compulsory. They determine the battle effectiveness of the RWS. What’s more, the traditional test methods can hardly meet the requirements of RWS’s dynamic parameter tests. Based on traditional dynamic parameter tests, some scientific , feasible test scheme are put forward : muzzle vibration is tested by use of Hall sensor, muzzle velocity is tested by use of laser-screen target and data acquisition, vertical target density is tested by use of sky-screen target.

Abstract: Because characteristics of coal seams in the roadway are time-varying, and coal and rock distribution is very uneven. The boom-type roadheaders should be adjusted quickly on the basis of the conditions of the cantilever swing speed in real-time ,to overcome the change of the roadheaders cutting resistance and transition areas in the roadway. This paper presents a composite control mode of boom-type roadheaders based on neural network and genetic algorithm ,which can improve production efficiency highly, and safety and reliability.

Abstract: Indoor precise control field can be used for providing Object-space information in Close Range Photogrammetry. The technique and method to devise the precise control field which can meet multipurpose of research needs fast,conveniently and accurately is an important issue of digital photogrammetry. The paper discusses the method to establish the simulation design system of indoor precise control field with VRML and VB, and uses the system to guide the construction of an indoor precise control field,achieves the corresponding function. The result shows that,on the aspect of simulation design and three-dimensional visualization of indoor precise control field, the modeling approach of the system is flexible and the scene is realistic, furthermore,the system has convenient connection with the database,and perfect interactive function with the models,it can also support visual analysis, bidirectional query of the data automated modeling, camera calibration and meet the application need of algorithm and accuracy assessment.

Abstract: Currently, the electromagnetic environment has become more and more complicated. So, the research of real-time monitoring and analysis of regional radio signals and real-time display the electromagnetic situation of the region is more and more important. In this paper, the related technologies of the spectrum of existing monitoring systems is in-depth studied, and its own characteristics is analyzed, and on this basis, the reasons of using a distributed spectrum monitoring system is discussed. Secondly, for the demand of the issue, this paper put forward a design concept of distributed spectrum monitoring system which based on middleware, in other words, to apply the middleware technology to the distributed spectrum monitoring system, using the middleware to achieve the distribution of tasks and transmission of the results when coping with multiple testing tasks. Finally, designed and implemented the middleware, and the reliability and performance of middleware have been tested.

Abstract: Nowadays, with the fast development of power system, reactive power control has become a hot topic. As a kind of reactive power control equipment, magnetically controlled reactor (MCR) has been widely concerned and researched. This paper analyzed the working principle of MCR by mathematic method, built the circuit model in MATLAB software. Simulation results show the operating characteristics of MCR.

Splitting Strength Detection Test of Shallow Asphalt Pavement and Master Curve of Splitting Strength
Abstract: In order to realize effective detection of the splitting strength of shallow asphalt pavement, using the self-researched and developed Strength Detector of Shallow Pavement, researched deep into the change regulation between shallow pavement strength and temperature by laboratory and spot penetrating experiments in multiple temperatures. First of all, the splitting strength is found to be a linear function of the average penetrating depth; Secondly, on the basis of temperature and average penetrating depth equivalence principle, obtained the master curve of the splitting strength by translation and fitting. Established a unified and practical test standard for the Strength Detector of Shallow Pavement; At last, analyzed the spot penetrating experiments data of three different types of asphalt pavement in Harbin district. The results show that the splitting strength curve of asphalt pavement in Harbin district appear a deep V-shaped character from April to October. The differentials between splitting strength of the three different types of asphalt pavement maximize in July.

Abstract: Power transformer of rural is prone to theft and damage, we always put the transformer in the house or take care of it to solve this problem, however, the shortage of these two methods is to increase the cost of power supply, bringing inconvenience for people's production and life. This system is the device that can overcome the shortage of technology and provide base-station dual positioning of GPS and GSM, it will locate and track the transformer, preventing the transformer to stolen effectively.

Abstract: To overcome the limitations of the independent stacked hybrid actuator with multiple sensors, a new hybrid linear actuator combines the advantages of both technologies: piezo actuator for extremely high accuracy and motorized stage for long travel ranges. A hybrid linear actuator prototype has been developed for testing in our satellite tracking antenna pointing control system. For the maximum absolute positioning accuracy, host positioning controller depends only on one common position sensor for both the coarse and fine positioning at the same time. Synchronization control scheme shows promising results for extremely small steps, high repeatability and good linearity over long travel ranges.
