Abstract: In order to solve the inaccuracy and slowness of four-rotor aircraft pose estimation, a fast method is proposed. It uses FPGA+DSP as the hardware processing platform to reduce the overhead time and adopts the theory of Harris corner detection to gain the corner points’ coordinate and gray values. Then the pose of four-rotor aircraft can be calculated. The result of experiment shows that the method could estimate the pose of four-rotor aircraft accurately.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of single-phase ground fault classification, phase plane method is used. We use phase plane method to analysis single-phase ground fault waveform data first, so a series of discrete points is getting. The discrete points are divided by region on the phase plane to statistics the numbers in each region, so these numbers constitute the feature vector what we required. Use nearest neighbor classification method to achieve single-phase ground fault data classification. Empirical results show that this method can divided the faults into five to find fault reason, thereby improving the diagnostic capability of fault status and fault reason in distribution network.

Abstract: This paper presents a design and realization of a kind of portable wire rope testing equipment which based on the principle of nondestructive detection. A digital filter for noise removal, which is realized on STM32F103, is designed. GUI system is based on the QT platform, which has the characteristics of strong stability, high scalability, and the convenience of the operation.

Abstract: A blind pipe type fiber Bragg grating hydrostatic gauge is developed to measure the pressure of liquid. In the hydrostatic gauge, the inside of elastic tube is suffered by the pressure of liquid and drives the wavelength shift of a fiber Bragg grating mounted on the outside of elastic tube. For eliminating the disturbance of temperature variation, the other grating is mounted on the n type sheet metal and is immune to the applied stress strain of elastic tube. The hydrostatic experiment indicates that the pressure sensitivity of the hydrostatic gauge is 0.425 nm/MPa, when the original Bragg wavelength of pressure-sensitized grating is 1557.510 nm.

Abstract: Since focusing mechanisms is essential equipment, which could compensate the difference between adjustment environments and working conditions of space optics remote sensors, the detection of it is very important. Based on engineering practice, this paper firstly introduces the basic detection of focusing mechanisms, that is the appearance inspection and the boundary dimension inspection, and then introduces several common performance test projects, that is the detection of stroke, step length, gravity inclination, rock, and empty back and the test of modal, self-locking performance and closed-loop accuracy, and also introduces relative detection methods and cautions. At last it briefs other derivative detection projects.

Abstract: In order to reduce the complexity of the experiment processes for the study of gas-sensing material properties, we have designed programmed temperature control gas-sensing characteristic tester. To obtain the precise measurement of gas-sensing materials’ resistance and programmed output voltage, the tester has used ratio method, SCM control technology, basic circuit principles, A/D converter, D/A conversion, the feedback network. Test results show that this system provides a great convenience for gas-sensing materials testing.

Abstract: Design the mechanical structure of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the modular design method, and the three-dimensional mechanical structure model is created out using Pro/E; design the control system of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the open CNC system theory, the control structure takes PC and motion control card method, and the control software is developed by Visual C++ 6.0. Finally the automatic equipment has been developed which has advantages of automatically processing, high precision and low price.

Abstract: In order to expand the application range of XCTD, an electromagnetic launch (EML) scheme of XCTD is put forward based on magnetic suspension EML technology. A preliminary design is made based on the EML scheme, in which the temperature variation and distribution law which affect the launch frequency are simulated. The launching result shows that it is in the outer surface of the secondary sleeve and the middle part of the driving coils that the temperature rises fastest and the heat is distributed most.

Abstract: In order to obtain high dynamic RMS performance of the scanning mirror in the working condition, the topology optimization method based on the constrain of dynamic deformation was carried out. Effective simplifications are implemented to reduce the complexity of the calculation. With the topology method, a lightweight form of the scanning mirror was generated on the dynamic working condition. The result shows that the lightweight ratio of the optimized structure is 47.4%, the PV value is 19.36nm and the RMS value is 5.65nm, which is improved by 18.46% and 17.41%, respectively. Besides, the first order frequency has increased by 113.8Hz. The results illustrate that the proposed method for the optimization of the scanning mirror is reasonable and practically.

Its mechanical device adopts flexible design, it can adjust the size of many different product; Software system adopts industrial computer as the measurement platform, friendly interface, easy to use, can fully meet the requirements of automotive starter electromagnetic switch for factory test.
