Abstract: The fuzzy PID controller is almost realized by single chip microcomputer software, its real-time and anti-jamming are poor. This artical uses FPGA as the core controller and adopts the idea of modules, a fuzzy PID temperature controller is designed and achieved. Actual operating result shows that this method can significantly improve the control effect, simplify the design, but also can improve the real-time and anti-jamming capability of the system.

Abstract: To achieve the control of movement speed stability and location accuracy of two-dimensional motion platform, considered the movement characteristics of sliding table drive motor, a motion control method based on servo motor encoder feedback signal is proposed in this paper. By using real-time emulation platform of XPC target and related peripheral circuit, completed the construction of the motion control system. By analyzing the experimental data, proved the two-dimensional motion platform control system based on xPC target operation stable, meet the position control accuracy, motion response rapidly, and easy to adjust the control parameters requirements, and own high engineering practical value.

Abstract: At present, sub-micro-Newton (sub-μN) micro-force in micro-assembly and micro-manipulation is not able to be measured reliably. The piezoelectric micro-force sensors offer a lot of advantages for MEMS applications such as low power dissipation, high sensitivity, and easily integrated with piezoelectric micro-actuators. In spite of many advantages above, the research efforts are relatively limited compared to piezoresistive micro-force sensors. In this paper, Sensitive component is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and the research object is micro-force sensor based on PVDF film. Moreover, the model of micro-force and sensor’s output voltage is built up, signal processing circuit is designed, and a novel calibration method of micro-force sensor is designed to reliably measure force in the range of sub-μN. The experimental results show the PVDF sensor is designed in this paper with sub-μN resolution.

Abstract: Transformer and high reactance are two important devices in power substations, and the running sound has the information of their running state. But inspection robots don’t have the function of sound recognition. A new sound recognition algorithm based on harmonics feature and vector quantization for power substation devices was proposed. Inspection robots is adopted to record and sample the running sound of the devices, the 27 harmonics in [0Hz,1300Hz] is adopted as the feature vector, the LBG algorithm is adopted to train the optimal codebook for VQ, and the running state of the transformer and high reactance was recognized with the high recognition ratio 99%.

Abstract: In this article, the necessity of static characteristic test of high temperature pressure sensor was discussed; the principle static characteristic test of high temperature pressure sensor is illustrated; the static testing of high temperature pressure sensor is completed; the static experimental model of high temperature pressure sensor is established; the main technical indexes was established, it provides an important theoretical basis for the application and test of high temperature pressure sensor.

Abstract: Based on the research of the current situation of design and production of fancy yarn, the article point out the reason why the current development of fancy yarn has been limited. Chose dyed fancy yarns in different length as subjects of contrastive experiment, the authors further analyze the different pattern shape caused by the different width of basic fabric formation during the production of fancy yarns. And after the primary discussion of the changing rules and main impact factors of the formation of the fabric pattern, this paper comes to a conclusion, which is with great practical importance to the current development of sweater products, that there is a close relationship between the pattern change of the fancy yarn and the section length of the dyed circle, the proportion of dyed yarn and the width and formation of the fabrics.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of mixed traffic flow of China, An intelligent traffic signal controller is introduced. STM32F207 and w5500 are used to design hardware structure. The software design is completed based on CoOS. Single point fuzzy control is used to improve dynamic traffic flow. Experimental results show that the intelligent traffic controller has high level of integration, powerful functions, and reliable performance.

Abstract: Utilizing the wind power in high altitude to generate electrical power has significant meaningful while the pollution of environment of the planet is becoming worse and worse. Wireless aerial surveillance platform is very important to military surveillance, while present method costs too much. To meet the requirements mentioned above, a long-endurance multi-function floating platform is proposed in this paper. The long-endurance multi-function floating platform mainly consisted of four parts: the floating platform, the ground control base, the control box and the controller. Fuzzy-PID is used to control the movement of the rope, which connects the floating platform and the ground control base. A control strategy is made to reduce energy consumption of this system. A real system was built to demonstrate the feasibility of this paper.
