Abstract: Aiming at the defects of classical modal parameter estimation approach, the impulse hammer modal test during body-in-white (BIW) stage was done through polyMAX method method. Based on modal analysis theory, an experimental model of BIW was established. The compositions of the experimental modal testing system, the design of testing scheme as well as its validation were described in detail in this paper. The collected data were identified via the polyMAX modal analysis method. The dynamic characteristics of BIW were confirmed by Modal Assurance Criterion. Influence of low frequency distribution characteristics on complete vehicle NVH was also analyzed. On the basis of above investigation, sensitivity analysis of the structure of BIW was conducted and sensitive structural parameters were determined. The test results show that the modal testing system can meet the requirement of precision with reliable results of parameter identification and sensitivity analysis, which can serve as a basis for the improvement of BIW structural design.

Abstract: The finite element model of a circular piezoelectric (PZT) unimorph actuator is set up, the static and dynamic characteristic of the circular PZT actuator are analyzed. For the investigated PZT actuator, comprehensive performance testing is carried out. Compared the simulation results of finite element method with experimental data, the central deflections of PZT actuator under the DC condition are same basically, the testing results show that the actual edge condition lies between clamped and pinned support. The impedance testing results of PZT actuators agree well with FEM analyses. Under AC condition, the central displacement which involves part of resonant component increases greatly by several times more than that under DC condition. While the displacement of actuator with resistance decreases greatly, and is slightly lower than that under DC condition. The relevant research methods lay foundation for the further study of PZT actuator under multi-field coupling condition.

Abstract: Angle error measurement is one of the important icons in orientation tolerances. This paper presents new method of angle error measurement in angular artifacts based on flatness planes. The flatness plane has been developed based on minimum zone method. The method is simple and no expensive equipments like interferometer or autocollimator and index table are required. One prism, having four sides has been presented as an example to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Results indicate that new method is very effective to measure angle error in angular artifacts.

Abstract: The paper researches on the offset error of self-triggering pulsed mini laser radar. It theoretically analyzes the variation of space charge region of PN junction in receiving photodiode. The variation value is affected by the different incident light power. One of conclusion is the laser pulse time-of-flight affected by the variation of incident light power. Another conclusion is the laser pulse width affected by the variation of incident light power as well. The paper proposes the basic equations to describe this phenomenon. In addition, the new designed experimental devices are used to prove that the theoretical analysis is true. This new system can effectively solve the offset error problems, and the negatively impact of offset error will be eliminated on the receiver of self-triggering pulsed mini laser radar system.

Abstract: A power quality monitoring information intelligent retrieval model based on ontology and multi-Agent is proposed. Combining ontology technology with multi-Agent technology, establish a four layer alliance structure of the intelligent retrieval model. At first, the function of the model for each layer has been describled in detail. Then, the concretre building method of the power quality ontology knowledge base which is the core part of the model.has been explained.Finally,esxmple analysis show the whole intelligent retrieval process.Each layer of the model uses agent alliance mode, according with the demand of intelligent retrieval; Realizing the user's retrieval request with the aid of ontology knowledge base can not only improve retrieval efficiency, but also realize deep mining of the basic retrieval information. Example analysis shows that the model can realize intelligent retrieval quickly and efficiently and have certain practical value.

Abstract: Traditional reliability test of electronic products has the feature of many contents, long cycle and rising test fees. This paper analyzes the feasibility of combination of Taguchi method and reliability test. Then, the process of optimizing reliability test is proposed with emphasis on use of Taguchi method such as orthogonal table and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Finally, the process is applied to the reliability test on the shell of a new type of portable electronic product developed by C Company, verifying that the new process is operable and can reduce test numbers, time and cost while guaranteeing effectiveness of reliability test compared with the traditional approach.

Abstract: Based on the traditional intrusion detection technology in BM pattern matching algorithm, solved the original algorithm in the detection of matching data string search inefficiency. Improved BM algorithm in combination with the advantages of traditional algorithm, overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional BM algorithm, reduces the mobile number in the pattern matching process in the pattern string, greatly improve the matching efficiency. Analysis and experiments show that, the efficiency of improved algorithm has been significantly improved.

Research and Design of Touch-Screen Domestic Universal Remote Controller with Self-Learning Function
Abstract: This paper discusses a universal remote controller of household electrical appliances using the touch screen. All the household electrical appliances, such as televisions, air conditionings, drinking fountains, fans and lamps, use only one remote controller. It is convenient for the disabled people to use the household electrical appliances. The remote controller is based on the computer controlling technology and infrared communication technology. The touch screen, microcontroller, infrared emitter and receiver compose the remote controller. The controller could control all the household electrical appliances with self-learning function. Household electrical appliances without remote control could also be controlled remotely by installing the receiving circuit. The remote controller has human friendly interface through the interaction between the hardware and software of the touch screen. The result shows that our remote controller has clarified its effectiveness.

Abstract: Based on the introduction of the hydraulic diagnostic techniques which are commonly used and existed defects in these methods, the active hydraulic diagnosis technology is put forward. Besides, theory analysis of active online test is elaborated. The theory of active diagnose is used in the hydraulic system of heavy transporter to describe online diagnosis method. The results show that the active hydraulic diagnosis is appropriate for all kinds of hydraulic system which is a general diagnosis method.
