Abstract: The pressure of gas collector in coke oven is an important industrial parameter in coking process, even in the whole metallurgical industry. Due to the complex characteristics of the multiple gas collectors pressure system, conventional control strategies meet challenges when the pressures in collector pipes are required to be kept at the appropriate operating point. Dynamic matrix control (DMC), which focus on the complicated industril process and has achieved successful and mature applications, is the most widely-used model predictive control (MPC). This paper introduce DMC to the multiple gas collectors pressure system. The simulation results in a three-ovens system show the feasibility and effectiveness of DMC.

Abstract: In the subway movement the stability of current collection is extremely important. Using experiment system of the pantograph current collection to simulate the vehicle running in different speed can be used to analyze the condition of contact pressure, the current collection quality, the disconnection frequency under varies speed conditions and bring up the method to reduce the disconnection occurred. The results of the study have the positive significance in researching the characteristics of pantograph-catenary disconnection parameters when the vehicle running, and have certain reference value in analyzing mechanism of pantograph-catenary disconnection.

Abstract: Gears typical failure modes and fault diagnosis methods were summarized, and their characteristics and deficiency were contrasted. As almost all method need feature extraction before information fusion, the rich information in original signals were lost in this process. Another difficult problems of information fusion is the the space-time registration. The probability box theory can be a new method to solve the above two problems. The gears fault signal modeling method based on probability box theory were then proposed. Finally the prospects and study directions of this method’s applications in gear box fault diagnosis were proposed.

Abstract: On the train parts of 5T system at present all kinds of fault real-time monitoring the relevance of the weak, poor information sharing, centralized monitoring problem not in time, the system can achieve 5T effective integration of information system, information real-time delivery, 5T information fusion and 5T information fusion integrated query and statistical analysis and other functions through the acquisition of 5T system data, to train vehicle as the object of management, in order to train car number as the only connection identifier, fusion 5T information resources, to establish a global view of train vehicle safety monitoring information model. To improve the level of security early warning and fault analysis ability is of great significance.

Abstract: Experimental studies on operating a marine diesel engine to determine the performance map under different working conditions need to consume a lot of money and labor. To solve this problem, a mathematical model based on Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) combined genetic algorithms (GA) to predicate the performance emissions of the marine diesel engine is firstly reported in this paper. The predicted result showed that the network performance is sufficient for all target emission outputs. The input layer without transfer function consisted of 11 neurons is used, and output layer predicted 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Electronic parameters such as VIC, SOI, CRP, NUN, VEO and VEC have influences on the PAHs emissions. The actual data obtained from the diesel is well agreed with the predicted data. The usage of ANNs is highly recommended to predict engine emissions instead of having to undertake complex and time-consuming experimental studies.

Abstract: Reliability allocation is a collection problem of engineering decision, multiple factors comprehensive balance and process optimization. Considering that both the factors that influenced the reliability allocation and their weights have the characteristics of uncertainty, which always be ignored .Therefore a subjective and objective combined weights method that combined the entropy method and Interval analysis method was proposed. Taking NC grinding machine as an example, firstly, establish the reliability objective function based on the minimum discrimination information principle, and employ the Lagrange multiplier to get the combined weights of the 6 factors. Then use the fuzzy comprehensive allocation method to obtain the reliability allocation results, which was compared with the actual accumulated data, so that the feasibility and effectiveness of this method was verified.

Abstract: Through the correct assembly of various types of Plate Self-Locking Nuts, and their related mechanical properties test, on the premise of that Floating Two Lug Plate Self-Locking Nu, Floating Plate Self-Locking Nut, Cherry Rivetless Self-Locking Nut Plate, and Retainer Rivetless Plate Self-Locking Nut can satisfy the procurement specifications, use the same load levels on above four kinds of Plate Self-Locking Nuts to implement resisting shear connectors fatigue comparison test, and provide the basis for the selection of the Rivetless Plate Self-Locking Nut and its utilization in aircraft fatigue critical region. The results show that with the experimental study of four kinds of plate floating self-locking nut, the overall performance is relatively good to Floating Plate Self-Locking Nut and Retainer Rivetless Plate Self-Locking Nut, both of the two kind of Self-Locking Nuts plate can meet the requirements of the mechanical properties to Plate Self-Locking Nut, and their fatigue performance is greatly improved as opposed to the Floating Two Lug Plate Self-Locking Nut. Since the studied Plate Self-Locking Nuts are already used to aircraft in a larger amount, the study could be applied to various aircraft design and selection of the Plate Self-Locking Nut.

Abstract: This paper put forward an automobile intelligent electronic control automatic clutch systems, use the electromagnet controlled by circuit to replace the clutch pedal of manual car. Through the switch, we can automatically control the detachment and combination of the initiative part and the driven part of clutch, which makes the operation of automatic car more convenience.

Abstract: The background magnetic field compensation is necessary to ensure the aeromagnetic survey accuracy, and verifying the accuracy of compensation needs a lot of flight data. However taking a flight test is not only expensive, but also needs to combine multiple departments, which is a difficult thing. To resolve this problem, the background magnetic field data of aircraft maneuvering flight is simulated, analyzing the effect of aircraft maneuver attitude and geomagnetic spatial gradient. the simulated data and the measured data are similar in form. so it can be used to verify the compensation of aircraft background magnetic field.
