Abstract: The segmentation method of classical random walker needs to select seed points artificially, and may cause incomplete or inaccurate segmentation. In view of these problems, this paper presents an image positioning method of automatic random walker based on IFS (Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set). IFS edge detection method is used to get the edge information of image, and then the connected domains are found out in image edge using the morphology method. Select the central pixels of each connected domain as seed points for automatic random walker, and then segment the IFS edge image by random walker. Experimental results show that the proposed method overcomes the application limitation of semi-automatic random walker algorithm, and improves the accuracy of image positioning.

Abstract: Existing Adaboost methods for face detection based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) do not consider that PSO suffers from easily trapping in local optimum and slow convergence speed. This paper presents an improved Adaboost method for face detection to solve this problem. In this method, self-adaptive escape PSO (AEPSO) is introduced into conventional Adaboost face detection, meanwhile, Haar-Like rectangular features are represented by particles, so that features selection and classifiers construction could be resolved by using AEPSO. Results of simulation based on Matlab indicate the improved method obtains better detection performance.

Abstract: Gaussian Mixture Model is a popular method to detect moving targets for static cameras. Since the traditional Gaussian Mixture Model has a poor adaptability when the illumination is changing in the scene and has passive learning rate, this paper describes a method that can detect illumination variation and update the learning rate adaptively. It proposes an approach which uses the color histogram matching algorithm and adjusts the learning rate automatically after introducing illumination variation factor and model parameters. Furthermore, the proposed method can select the number of describing model component adaptively, so this method reduced the computation complexity and improved the real-time performance. The experiment results indicate that the detection system gets better robustness, adaptability and stability.

Abstract: The paper introduces the working principle of Rogowski coil and characteristics of various Rogowski coils, Summing up the productionl principle of high precision coil. The measuring system which is composed of PCB Rogowski coils and integrator are designed by optimizing coil parameters,and the simulation of system is analyzed.The result shows that the system has higher sensitivity and good frequency characteristics, and can meet the requirement of measurement in power system.

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards, a wide variety of home appliances gradually into the ordinary family. In these appliances, there are many various nonlinear loads, nonlinear loads generated in the process of using a large number of high harmonics, and sold on the market are mostly air switch 50Hz power under conditions of use in accordance with the design, which kinds of air switch is suitable for applications in which high harmonic supply. This article will explore this issue through theoretical research and testing methods.

Abstract: Taking the temperature control of a refrigerated space as example, this paper designs a controller which is based on traditional PID operation and BP neural network algorithm. It has better steady-state precision and adaptive ability. Firstly, the article introduces the concepts of the refrigerated space, PID and BP algorithm. Then, the temperature control of refrigerated space is simulated in MATLAB. The PID parameters will be adjusted by simulation in BP Neural Network. The PID control parameters could be created real-time online, which makes the controller performance best.

Abstract: In order to improve pass-rate of liquor filling products; avoid poor quality as a result of liquor leakage and volatility, the sealing device for liquor filling and sealing machine has been improved, a parameter-adaptative fuzzy PID controller and a temperature control device based on a single chip microprocessor have been designed. Practical applications have shown that the parameter-adaptive fuzzy PID control system has high control precision and good tracking performance, small overshoot, strong anti-voltage disturbance, stable and reliable heat seal connection quality, and can meet the requirement of production process. Abstract: Studied on the approach to design digital meter for monitoring technical state of armored vehicle engine through digital measurement of engine speed, oil temperature and cooling water temperature, etc. Used a chip microcomputer to collect, calculate, store and manage all the data automatically, used CAN bus to realize data communication between the chip microcomputer and a main controller and used a two-stage anti-jamming measure to improve electromagnetic compatibility. Developed a digital termination to display and monitor these engine parameters. Such a digital monitoring system gives a technical support for automatic measurement and monitoring as well as information development of armored equipment.

Abstract: For large inertia servo system, improving the system response speed and control precision has always been a difficulty. This paper presents an improved auto disturbance rejection control (ADRC) strategy, which has good control performance for this kind of system. Firstly, transition process is arranged for input signal, which can solve the contradiction between overshoot and rapidity, can also increase the regulation range of feedback gain; secondly, linear extended state observer is designed to identify load changes and other fluctuations; then, for the control plant after observation compensation, a nonlinear feedback controller is designed to obtain better control performance and better disturbance rejection capability. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional PI controller, with the control strategy suggested in this paper the system has rapid response but very little overshoot, and has strong ability to suppress interference. The design of this controller is simple, easy to implement in Engineering, so it may have important reference value for this kind of large inertia system.
