Abstract: parallel machine vice is a type of general fixture, it has some defect for positioning for machining work piece need to be completely fixed. We designed a type of assistant positioning device for parallel machine vice to ensure complete positioning of work piece. The device can be easily and conveniently installed on the guide rail of a parallel machine vice, which keeps the generality of the machine vice and improves its performance. It features new structural design, easy to be processed, easy for use and optimized working efficiency and can be classified as a type of assistant positioning device of machine fixture with integral advantages economical efficiency and practicability.

Abstract: Taking disk cam mechanism with translating follower as an example, this paper introduces a method of rapid parameter design for disk cam contour through motion simulation platform Inventor 2009, by which the cam entity can be produced in accuracy. The function of motion simulation of Inventor 2009 is fully used to check the design, so that the efficiency of product design could be greatly improved.

Abstract: This essay focuses on a new type 2-DOF shaking table, which is driven by four hydraulic cylinders. Taking 2-DOF shaking table for example, in order to conveniently and rapidly achieve the control system simulation , using Simulink for simulation platform and combining with SimMechanics. Build dynamic modeling in SimMechanics and use Simulink to build servo system. The experimental results show that it can provide the efficient and significant simulation platform to research the control strategy of shaking table.

Abstract: Based on a 3-DOF parallel mechanism, this paper establishes the dynamic model by Lagrange method, and gets 3 calculation curves of the input driving generalized forces by theoretical calculations (MATLAB) and simulation (ADAMS). After analyzing the results of calculation and simulation, it verifies the correctness of dynamic model and its good dynamic performance. At last, it shows that the input driving parameters have a great influence on the driving generalized force. This paper lays a foundation for driving force design and stiffness analysis of the 3-DOF working platform physical prototype.

Abstract: Based on the finite element theory, an analysis about the changing of rotor vibration mode of the wind turbine with and without rudder at static state, and a research was carried out to study the impact of the rudder on wind turbine vibration frequency during operation condition of a small horizontal axis wind turbine by using Ansys Workbench. The result showed that, rudder vibration mode was the coupling of rudder vibration mode and first order anti-symmetric vibration mode of rotor. With the increasing of rotating speed, wind turbine vibration frequency increased because of the stiffening effect caused by centrifugal force, and the difference of first order anti-symmetric vibration frequency and symmetric vibration frequency was decrease which was caused by the aerodynamic force. At the same time, the changing of the external load had no effect on the vibration frequency of rudder, the reason of that was counterweight of the rudder. When the rotor speed was in the resonance region, rudder vibration frequency was equal to first order anti-symmetric vibration frequency at the rotating speed n=10.91Hz, an obviously resonance phenomenon occurred. The related research could provide some theoretical guidance for the design of small wind turbine rudder.

Abstract: Launcher is widely used in rescue and delivering items. On the basis of the electromagnetic theory, magnetic suspension principle and linear motor theory, we put forward the idea of magnetic suspension launcher. Through the theoretical research and simulation analysis, an in- depth study is also given to the distribution of the electromagnetic field and other influential factors concerning the propelling system, which provides the basis for the design of magnetic suspension launcher.

Abstract: For the extreme operating environment and variable working conditions of wind turbine and difficulty in finding fault feature accurately and promptly, a new incipient bearing fault method based on selecting optimal IMF (Intrinsic Mode Function) and Hilbert spectrum was proposed. Firstly, non-stationary time-domain signals are converted to stationary or quasi-stationary angle-domain signals; secondly, the EMD (Empirical Mode decomposition) method is used to decompose modal for angular waveform signal and obtain the IMF, and optimal IMF components are selected by cross-correlation criteria and kurtosis criteria to reconstructing signal. Finally, the reconstruction signal is processed by using Hilbert transformation to obtain the marginal spectrum. The paper finally verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method through experiment.

Abstract: In view of the petroleum and petrochemical characteristics of horizontal tank, ANSYS software of finite element analysis was carried out on the horizontal tank within the magnetic flux leakage testing, analyzes the influencing factors of defect magnetic flux leakage signals. Experiments verify the finite element analysis results, the experimental results show that the research of horizontal tank within the magnetic flux leakage detection effect is obvious.

Abstract: In order to achieve 600 meters radio frequency communication and 2-10 meters serial cable communication between remote controller and parking heater, the paper designed the hardware of remote controller and vehicle receivers. Select CC1100 as radio frequency chip, select PIC16F914, ATmega16L as remote control and receiver SPI control chip, select CE8301, LM117 as remote control and receiver power supply module. Finally, the circuit diagram of the receiver and remoter are designed.
