Abstract: This paper presents the conclusions the machined surface quality for steel X04Cr16Ni12MnTiN. Based on the cutting tests, cutting speeds of 50 to 90 m/min, feed rate of 0.02 to 0.8 mm and screw drill carbide monolite. The results of the article are conclusions for working theory and practice for drilling of steel X04Cr16Ni12MnTiN.

Abstract: In order to ensure the quality of charge, honeycomb structure explosives was designed to resolve the current issue about the backward method of charge; Explosives with structure of honeycomb and double sided explosive cladding are used to increase of energy efficiency of explosives and save the amount of explosives. In this paper, the experiment of double sided explosive cladding for stainless steel and regular steel was successful investigated. Compared to the existing explosive cladding method, the consumption of explosives for stainless steel to steel of Q235 are reduced by 77% in the case of cladding the same number of composite plates.The explosive cladding parameters were calculated before experiment. It has shown that the calculated parameters prefigure exactly the explosive cladding windows for stainless steel/regular steel.

Abstract: In analytical chemistry, particle diameter is very important during the sample preparation. A model is presented describing the effects of particle diameter on the content of analyte determines the size of the particle; and the particle size determines the weight of samples and relative standard deviation in the results. This new methodology for the optimisation of physical sample preparation is applied for the first time. Based on this relationship, we can find an extensive application in analytical chemistry.

Abstract: The principle of laser induced air breakdown was introduced. The laser energy conversion in ionization process was studied. The phenomenon of laser induced air breakdown was observed by using high speed camera. It was found that a higher laser energy induced more laser energy to transfer into light and sound energy. The plasma reached maximum in shape in about 20 to 30 ns after laser excitation, and disappeared in about 16μs.

Abstract: By analyzing the mechanical and control module of electro-hydraulic servo control system of hydropreumatic suspension experiment rig, and finding the corresponding mathematical model, and constructing a controller with fuzzy PID control algorithm, and then using AMESim with the accurate modeling of the hydraulic system and Simulink with powerful data analysis and processing functions for system to simulate to verify the experiment rig excellent control performance, which can effectively provide a scientific basis for the optimization of vehicle safety and comfort.

Abstract: The design is based on Onsemi power management chip NCP1652, in the input range of voltage 85V~265V, to achieve of 19V 90W off-line high power factor output. Using the NCP1652 double working mode, comparing with a single stage flyback converter, when it works in light/heavy load conditions, the circuit can still have a stable output and a high PF by controlling the circuit working in the CCM/DCM mode. Where, Input voltage: 110V, Output: XV; Input voltage 220V, Output: XV; Input voltage: 110V, Output: XV. Under-Voltage Point: 16V; Over-Voltage Point: 23V; Over-Current Point: 5A; heavy loaded with 1s from the start, the standby power consumption < 1W. Abstract: Applying photothermal cohesion technology in fresh-air system and air-purifier is a new attempt. In this paper, an experiment of photothermal cohesion technology for the purification efficiency of PM2.5 is performed, and the improved efficiency value of cohesion unit on different wind speed is researched based on the specific devices. The effect size range of the photothermal cohesion was also studied by comparing the count concentration and mass concentration of particulate matter, separately under opening and closing the cohesion unit.

Abstract: The problem of the actual production process is based on the concentrated four-axis machining process, high machining precision and machining difficulty of rub the drum parts, the author analyzes the four-axis machining fixture design of rub the drum, and then puts forward the method of the four-axis machining fixture design of rub the drum, offering the fixture design flow chart. Taking Solidworks software as a platform, the author makes a analysis of 3D digital design and assembly to rub the drum, fixture and clamping mechanism, completes the virtual assembly with rub the drum, fixture and clamping mechanism, realizing the integrated design, making the structure of the clamp more clearly and shortening the product development cycle.

Abstract: Through the whole process of the design and manufacture of the product of rub a drum machine in the Solidworks and Mastercam software, the author proposes modeling parts and blanks by Solidworks software. Meanwhile fits together assembly module of parts and blanks by Solidworks, and then imports the graphic data to Mastercam software, using the basic method of NC programming by the layer from the part contour line and realizing integration technology form design to manufacturing. The combination of Solidworks and Mastercam means the practicability and innovation of application of NC machining technology. The method is simple and practical, especially for the most engineering and technical personnel to use.

Abstract: The flow pulsation is one of the main factors, which affect the performance of water hydraulic piston pump, and cavitation also has importance effect on flow pulsation. In this paper, CFD technology is used to simulate visually the porting process,which causes the flow pulsation in water hydraulic axial piston pump. As a result, the flow pulsation rates and other parameters on fluid-field corresponding to different rotary speed and different loading are obtained respectively when cavitation is considered and not, which can present theoretic references for the development of water hydraulic pump.
