Abstract: Taking a mobile air compressor frame as object of the research, for the load generated by the weight of engine, fuel tank and the cooler which are installed on the frame, adding mass and concentrated force are two methods which is used to simulate modeling.Under the working conditions of being hoisted ,combined with the stress-strain electrical experiment , finite element analysis was carried out on the model which is established, then the simulation results of two models were analyzed. It turned out that the established model is credible. For the issue of the load on the frame, it proves that adding mass to simulate the load is a practical and efficient way for modeling.

Abstract: This paper introduces the traditional soft and hard threshold wavelet denoising and its improved algorithm,and denoise a dam’s deformation data with MATLAB programming. Compared with previous methods, the improved algorithm improves the de-noising effect quite a lot, the RMSE is obviously decreased while the signal-to-noise is obviously increased,the improved algorithm’s comprehensive precision is higher. Finally,we made a prediction for the results of improved threshold function wavelet de-noising with the use of Kalman filter model and got a good prediction effect,demonstrates that the improved method is an effective denoising method,and shows certain superiority through comparison.

Abstract: In order to meet the mass storage system’s need for higher density and integration, a novel structural design for micro flying head is conceived and an air bearing surface is designed based on micro fluid theory of hydrodynamics. Both positive and negative pressures can be generated by the air bearing surface, with the stiffness and motion stability enhanced by negative pressure. A lubrication model has been investigated with 1.5 order slip model of the generalized Reynolds equation, and the finite volume method is used for the simulation of the flying characteristics. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed micro flying head exhibits satisfying flying stability, with head-disk spacing less than 75nm, and carrying capacity exceeding 93mN.

Abstract: This article analyzes the influence of different branch number, branch length, branch angle on the productivity of the herringbone well. It also summarizes the strongest influence parameters and the weakest influence parameters. Provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of herringbone well development plan. The results show that the maximum effect parameter is branch length, then branch number and branch angle the weakest.

Abstract: This paper introduces the method of braking system design for FSAE racing car. Based on the rules of FSAE, the requirements of braking performance were analyzed and the layout was confirmed. The forces of the braking system were analyzed under different braking strengths. The simulation results show that the design of the braking system can meet the strength requirements.

Abstract: High-rise building escape is now a more and more important problem. A DCD used for that was designed in this paper. By reverse using the principle of the piston-cylinder of engine, this device can translate the gravitational potential energy into hydraulic damping, so the descent speed of people could be decreased. This device mainly consists of the drive system and the speed control system, and the pulley was used for combining these two parts. A slider crank chain and a centrifugal speed regulating mechanism were designed to accomplish the control of speed. The software of Pro/E was used for simulating each component of this device in the end.

Abstract: Designed a type of lift coating machine including its structure, hardware system and software system. The lift coating machine we design is a kind of wet coating equipment, which has some advantages such as lift speed, lift height, impregnate time, multilayer coating, continuous and adjustable deposition interval time. It does not need complicated vacuum environment, easy to be achieved in real life. In addition, it has no special requirements for coating matrix, which can run stably and significantly improve the precision and efficiency of coating. The lift coating machine we designed is suitable for the coating process of all solid materials such as silicon wafer, wafer, glass, ceramics, metal and so on, and it has extensive potentials in the coating market.

Abstract: The technological process for the structure of the injection mould and forming the claw-shaped cover are introduced. The structure with a double-slanted slide was used for the mould to realize automatic inner-pulling and reposition. The cores for forming claws were taken out artificially. The production efficiency of the claw-shaped cover has been increased.

Abstract: According operating principles and testing demands of feel simulators of battleplan, this article designs a new model testbed for them, which can be operated by auto and hand. The testbed adopts step motor to increase force and displacement on an even keel, applys ICC to gather and dispose test data. The test soft is programmed by C++ Builder 6. 0, it has testing, recording and saving data, report forming and printing functions, etc. It can test automatically. It is proved that the test-bed has high precision of testing and it is convenient to operate. The test-bed is suitable for all sorts of feel simulators testing of most battleplans made in our country.

Abstract: In order to rapidly determine the centering point to make marks basing on the center of a cylindrical hole, we developed a hole-based self-centering marking gauge for rapid centering and marking, which may be used for the purpose of marking of different dimensions basing one the center of a round hole and to mark arc, bisectrix, angle line, featuring rapidity, accuracy, convenience and efficiency.
