Abstract: Herbicide save work time saving, convenient and quick, has become a means of agricultural production is necessary. Herbicides, however, is a double-edged sword, both can effectively eliminate the weeds, and there will be some side effects, some damage to the crops. Herbicide is the current side effects after spraying herbicide, make crops 7 to 15 days is not long, affecting the normal development of crops and mature, causing recessive production, below is how to strengthen the side effects of prevention and control, chemical herbicides to provide some reference Suggestions.

Abstract: The finite element model of double etching pits was established, optical performance of multicrystalline silicon wafer before and after etching was simulated by RF MODULE of COMSOL Multiphysics version 3.5a. Optical characteristic of unetching wafer and acidic textured were compared. It is indicates that acidic textured (double etching pits) has low reflectivity, high power flow Y component , the better light trapping. When the wavelength is 600nm, the maximum and minimum value of surface electric field Z component of acidic textured are 1.9 times and 1.4 times respectively than that of unetching wafer, and two extremum value of surface magnetic field Z component are 2.1 times and 1.9 times respectively than that of unetching wafer. Numerical simulation results of Multi hole model are closely with experimental values, which can guide the practical production.

Abstract: To analyze the strengthening mechanism of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel welded joint with ultrasonic impact treatment (UIT), the welded joint specimens were full coverage strengthened by the technology. The microstructure of the surface layer in fusion zone of the welded joint with and without UIT was investigated by optical microscopy (OM). The hardness and residual stress distributions along the thickness direction were also measured by micro-hardness tester and X-ray diffraction method respectively. The results show that the microstructure in fusion zone of the untreated 30CrMnSiNi2A steel welded joint were coarse dendrite, and there were many welding defects in this zone. UIT has the ability to achieve more compact microstructure with only small welding defects. The average hardness value of the treated specimens reached 571 HV, increased 14.4% as compared with that of the untreated specimen (499 HV). A residual compressive stress layer with thickness of 850 μm was also obtained from by UIT, and the maximum residual compressive stress was-347 MPa. The grain refinement, work hardening and residual compressive stress in fusion zone introduced by UIT increased its anti-fatigue performance.

Abstract: Particle distribution of titanium hydride (TiH2) during the ball mill process was studied by milling it with different time. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) pictures showed that particle size decreased quickly at the initial stage, and homogeneous, super fine TiH2 powder was obtained after 4 h mill. Application of TiH2 in energetic materials was investigated by preparation of TiH2/RDX composite explosive and measuring the detonation speed. Results showed that detonation speed of TiH2/RDX explosive was depended on the content and particle size of TiH2. TiH2 is a potential additive in high explosives (HE).

Abstract: Corrosion exists everywhere. It’s very widespread that the aluminum alloy aircraft structure suffers the corrosion damage under the marine environment particularly. The equivalent accelerated corrosion test of the new aluminum alloy 2B06 and 7B04 was carried out.Corrosion damage was inspected and measured through microscope. The rule of the corrosion damage can be obtained by statistical analysis. And which can supply the reference basis for the corrosion damage repair and evaluating the calendar life.

Abstract: Antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) Nano powder was prepared by co-precipitation method, selecting SnCl4 • 5H2O and SbCl3 as the main raw material, citric acid as dispersant, ammonia solution (1:3) as precipitant, which was characterized, analyzed and tested by XRD, SEM, and digital conductivity meter. The optimum technological condition is that evenly-scattered powder whose crystalline structure is rutile, particle is sphere, size is about 10nm and conductivity is 1.32 ×102 µs/cm can be obtained when the reaction temperature is 60°C, Sb doping ratio is 10%, pH value is 2, calcinations temperature are 600°C and calcinations time are 2 hours.

Abstract: Rabbit hair fibers have been modified by ZnO nanoparticles for improving anti-static and ultraviolet protective properties. Field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction patterns were used to reveal the physicochemical processes of nanoparticles loading onto fibers. The mass specific resistance value of treated fibers is significantly decreased by over 107 times than that of raw fibers, which is 10.40 MΩ·g/cm2 after treatment. The ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) value is 102.1 and ultraviolet radiation A (UVA) blocking reaches 97.9%. Meanwhile the mechanical property improves slightly.

Abstract: The effects of a red phosphorus master batch (RPMB) on a modified intumescent flame retardant (MIFR) ABS composite system (ABS-MIFR) were investigated in this study. The Underwriter's Laboratory Bulletin 94 (UL-94) flame retardancy rating clearly revealed the synergistic interactions of RPMB and MIFR. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to evaluate the thermal decomposition of these flame retardant composite systems. The results show that adding RPMB increased the char residue formation and the thermal stability of ABS-MIFR at high temperature.

Abstract: For achieving sufficient flame retardancy, high magnesim hydroxide (MH) content is needed in MH flame retardant Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) composite (ABS/MH), which will cause difficulty in processing and poor mechanical property. We prepared modified flame retardant MH, fumed silica (SiO2) and zinc borate (ZB) via TX-10 phosphate/polyacrylate latex as well as MH flame retardant ABS with the modified flame retardant of 60.0wt% and studied the synergistic flame retardant effect of SiO2 and ZB with MH in ABS/MH. The incorporation of ZB, SiO2 or SiO2/ZB could prolong the time to ignition, reduce the average and peak heat release rate of ABS/MH in cone calorimeter test.
