Abstract: In view of the problems on nonlinearity of system model and robustness of filtering algorithm in Integrated Navigation, the algorithm of Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) for outlier rejection is studied. The algorithm identifies outliers firstly by using the new observation rate, and then rectifies the observation outliers by using of Newton interpolation and finally gets the relatively more accurate estimated value. The combination of Newton interpolation and UKF resolves the nonlinear problem of the system model as well as effectively suppresses the impact of outliers to filtering algorithm. And effectiveness of the methodology has been proved by simulation.

Abstract: The construction period is one of the important accounting indicators of construction enterprises. Schedule length directly affects the economic benefit of construction enterprises. Network plan technology is an important tool for project period management, optimization and control. In the network planning technique, period is determined by the critical path. Critical path is the most important activity set line of project, which must be given special attention in the control and be special guarantee in time and resources. Whether or not take into account the various factors to the duration and critical path, and dynamically manage and control the work, is the prerequisite that the project can realize the benefit, but also a challenge in data modeling. The improvement and optimization of Floyd algorithm, namely the algorithm for the shortest path, which take all the factors into account through establishing a dynamic mathematic model. This model will self correct according to the progress of the project, to do at the time of the maximum degree to the actual data, with the budget data, thus the model itself to maximize meet the specific project itself. The improved Floyd algorithm will be strengthened in the use of network plan, which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the implementation and optimization of project duration objectives.

Abstract: Currently, the community is an explosion of information society, how to quickly find the information which is our requirement has increasingly become the focus of attention in many fields. Image information is an intuitive means of expressing and describing the objective things. Fast query information by image uniqueness has become a hot topic of current research. In this paper, we introduce a method of using MPI parallel processing to accelerate SIFT image matching algorithm in order to achieve information query in museum exhibitions and other applications.
